Abstract

Setiap proyek konstruksi lazimnya mempunyai rencana pelaksanaan dan jadwal pelaksanaan yang tertentu, kapan pelaksanaan proyek tersebut harus dimulai, kapan harus diselesaikan dan bagaimana proyek tersebut akan dikerjakan, serta bagaimana penyediaan sumberdayanya.Namun dalam proses pelaksanaan tersebut, sering terjadi hambatan - hambatan yang tidak diketahu isebelumnya. Untuk itu kiranya perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek agar waktu penyelesaian proyek sesuai dengan rencana. Maksud dan tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan  pekerjaan konstruksi jembatan Klamalu Kabupaten Sorong, merangking faktor-faktor keterlambatan tersebut, serta mengetahui persepsi responden terhadap faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Peneliti mengambil sampel 11 responden yang terdiri dari penyedia jasa, pengguna jasa dan konsultan pengawas pada pekerjaan konstruksi Jembatan Klamalu Kabupaten Sorong. Hasil dari penelitan ini ialah faktor-faktor keterlambatan konstruksi Jembatan Klamalu Kabupaten Sorong setelah di rangking sebagai berikut Cuaca buruk (hujan deras / lokasi tergenang), Tidak memenuhi perencanaan awal proyek, Produktivitas tidak optimal oleh kontraktor, Mengalami gangguan diluar proyek,Keterlambatan pengiriman bahan. Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan persepsi responden berdasarkan jabatan  responden setelah dilakukan Uji Chi Square dimana nilai asymptotic signifikansi lebih besar dari 0.05 atau Ho diterima.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the cooperative effect of snowball throwing type on learning outcomes in learning social science class III State Elementary School 66 Pontianak City. The form of research used was quasi experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this study was class III A (control class) and class III B (experimental class) consisting of 61 people. Data collection techniques used were measurement techniques with data collection tools used in the form of student learning outcomes tests in the form of multiple choice totaling 50 questions. Based on the results of data analysis, the average learning outcomes of the control class students was 73.93 while the average learning outcomes of the experimental class students were 77.10. The results of hypothesis testing (t-test) using t-test obtained tcount of 5.6796 and ttable (a = 5% and dk = 60) of 2.0435, indicating that tcount (5.6796)> ttable (2.0435) . Then Ha was accepted. This means that there is an influence of learning outcomes between students taught with the Snowball Throwing cooperative learning model and students without the Snowball Throwing cooperative learning model. Abstract

This research aims to find out more deeply about the role of Islamic boarding schools in the digital era that emerged amid the Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0 markets. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method and describes it in a systematic, comprehensive, and holistic manner. Then the results of research on the role of Islamic boarding schools in the digital era can utilize various kinds of technology instead of being tossed around by the world of technology. Islamic boarding schools can also take advantage of digital technology in bureaucracy, administration, and in preaching. There are at least two constrictive steps that can be taken by Islamic boarding schools, namely Islamic boarding schools must be able to adapt to the times without losing their characteristics as Islamic boarding schools, and be able to fill digital space wisely. Islamic boarding schools are also undergoing reconstruction in facing the era of Society 5.0, especially in terms of curriculum, they must develop leadership competencies, language skills, IT literacy, writing skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking. As well as the efforts of Islamic boarding schools to enter into PISA, namely implementing HOTS Literacy-based learning, carrying out trials of questions in a format like the PISA test questions, increasing the competence of educators in Islamic boarding schools in HOTS Literacy-based learning, increasing the competence of educators in Islamic boarding schools in developing learning tools. which leads to PISA through Micro-Learning workshops, and provides links to simulation questions for PISA that are easily accessible to students.
