Abstract

AbstrakDalam penentuan karyawan berprestasi pada bagian kepegawaian khususnya Universitas Trunojoyo (BAPERJAKAT) terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi penilaian. Penelitian ini melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan berbasis Competencies for Executive Leadership Development yakni pengetahuan tentang pekerjaan, kreativitas, perencanaan, pelaksanaan instruksi, pelaksanaan deskripsi tugas, kualitas kerja, kerja sama dan sikap terhadap karyawan lain, inisiatif, kehandalan, kehadiran, sikap pekerjaan, keuletan, dan kejujuran. Kompetensi tersebut dirangkum oleh spencer menjadi standart penilaian yang akan dibandingkan dengan penilaian DP3 untuk membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang mempunyai kemampuan analisa pemilihan karyawan berprestasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk perhitungan pembobotan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), di mana masing-masing kriteria dihitung berdasarkan uji konsistensi untuk dijadikan pembobotan pada setiap karyawan. Sedangkan hasilnya berupa perangkingan untuk pengambil keputusan yang terkait dengan masalah pemilihan karyawan berprestasi, sehingga akan didapatkan karyawan yang paling layak diberi rekomendasi ke jenjang selanjutnya. Untuk mengambil suatu keputusan tergantung dari kuota yang ada dan urutan tertinggi dari perangkingan sebagai prioritas yang paling diutamakan. Pada perhitungan menggunakan kriteria kompetensi Spencer menghasilkan skor 3.1 dan AHP 2.94 . dan Metode Spencer merupakan metode penilaian yang terbaik karena mempunyai rentang pembobotan yang kecil karena kriteria lebih banyak. Kata kunci: AHP, kompetensi Spencer, kinerja karyawan, pembobotan AbstractThe determination of employees on the personnel, especially the University Trunojoyo (Baperjakat) there are several factors that assessment. This study assessed the performance-based employees with the Executive Leadership Development Competencies for the knowledge of the work, creativity, planning, implementation instructions, the implementation of job descriptions, work quality, cooperation and attitude toward other employees, initiative, reliability, attendance, work attitude, tenacity, and honesty. Competencies are summarized by Spencer become standard assessment will be compared with the assessment DP3 to build a decision support system that has the ability to analyze the selection of employees. The method used separately weighting calculations using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), in which each criterion was calculated based on the consistency test to be used as the weighting on each employee. While the result is a ranking for decision-makers on issues related to the selection of employees, so will the employees get the most feasible given the recommendation kejenjang next. To take a decision depending on the existing quotas and the highest order of priority ranking as the most preferred. In calculations using the criteria of competence Spencer generate AHP score 3.1 and 2.94. and the method of Spencer is the best method of valuation because it has a small weighting range for more criteria. Key words: AHP, Spencer competency, employees evaluation, weighting range.

Abstract

Natural Library growth relate to information technology, started from library of manual, library of terautomasi, digital library or cyber library. Measure growth of library was measured from many appl yings of using information technology, so the requirement of information technology of library as strength in continuation for spreading of science information and culture expanding along with writing, printing, educating and requirement of human society ininformation. This research would be made by library information system with database of client server in University of Trunojoyo. The library information was recognized by cyber library information system base on web and information system of client server which used for local network ( nor intranet) of Internet and used good at library of college or library of public.

Abstract

Troubleshooting komputer yaitu mendeteksi kerusakan hardware dan software pada saat komputer beroperasi berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang ada seperti komputer tiba-tiba hang, hardisk failed, atau booting komputer menjadi lambat, dan lain-lain. Gejala-gejala ini sering mengandung ketidakpastian yang bisa terjadi karena informasi atau fakta yang tidak lengkap. Untuk mengatasi masalah ketidakpastian ini, system artificial intelligence yaitu sistem pakar mengadopsi metode certainty factor untuk menganalisa berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang terjadi. Metode CF merupakan tingkat kepastian system terhadap suatu fakta atau aturan untuk menghasilkan sebuah diagnose. Hasil ujicoba sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan diagnose kerusakan komputer berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang ada meskipun gejala-gejala tersebut mengandung ketidakpastian yang disajikan bersamaan dengan saran penyelesaian berdasarkan hasil diagnosa dengan menggunakan probabilitas Bayesian. Hasil diagnosa disertai dengan nilai CF yang menunjukkan tingkat kebenaran hasil diagnosa. Di mana nilai CF terbaik berdasarkan nilai CF tertinggi untuk menghasilkan tingkat kepercayaan semakin optimal Kata kunci: certainy factor, troubleshooting, sistem pakar, hardware, software AbstractTroubleshooting a computer that detects damage to hardware and software when computer operates on basis of existing symptoms such as sudden computer crashes, failed hard drive, or booting, they are becomes slow, and others. These symptoms often contain uncertainties can occur information incomplete. To overcome problem of uncertainty, so artificial intelligence systems were an expert system methods to analyze the certainty factor based on the symptoms that occur. CF method is the certainty of the system toward a fact or a rule to generate a diagnosis. System test results show that the system can perform computer malfunction diagnosis based on symptoms that exist even though the symptoms of uncertainty and result by used bayessian probability. The diagnosis is accompanied by the CF value that indicates the level of truth of the diagnosis. Where is the best CF value based on the highest CF value to produce the optimal level of confidence. Keywords: certainy factor, troubleshooting, expert system, hardware, software
