Abstract

AbstractIn order to discipline employees, up to SDN 25 Manado has implemented finger print attendance becauseall this time on manual absences (only in the form of attendance books), employees are still found to beabsent, coming and going home from school not according to the specified hours and staff and teacherswhose performance is as the maximum number of teachers does not match what is received in this caseEmployee Perfomance Allowance money (TKD). This research formulation is how the application ofemployee work discipline through finger print attendance in SDN 25 Manado? The purpose of this studywas to describe the application of employee work discipline through finger print attendance at SDN 25Manado. In this tudy the research method used was qualitative with the type of descriptive approach,datacollection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation. The research results pbtainedwere, schools that had previously used fnger print attendance but there were still employees anda teacherswho could manipulate attendance data because the data was still managed entirely by the scholl. Fingerprint attendance is now able to discipline employees because of the absenteeism data recorded directly intothe Manado City Civil Service Agency.Keywords: Application Of Dicipline, Finger Print Attendance.

Abstract

The implementation of regional expansion policies that have been carried out through severalstages that are mature, planned and systematic greatly affect the quality of life of the community,both in the aspects of development, public services and in improving the welfare of the communityin Apeng Sembeka Village, Sangkub District, Bolaang Mongondow Utara Regency. This study usesquantitative research methods that try to answer the magnitude of the effect of the variableimplementation of regional expansion policies towards the variable improvement of publicservices.Data collection is done through careful observation, questionnaires in a detailed context, indepthinterviews, and analysis results. The results of the simple linear regression analysis testshowed the influence of the variable implementation of regional expansion policies on theimprovement of public services had a positive and significant effect, and through correlationanalysis showed that there was a relationship between the variable implementation of the regionalexpansion policies on increasing public services by 62.7% while the rest amounted to 37.4% isinfluenced by other factors.Keywords :Policy Implementation, Area Expantion, Public Service

Abstract

Abstract: Transparency is a principle that guarantees access or freedom for everyone to obtaininformation about the administration of government, namely information about policies, the process ofmaking and results achieved, transparency is needed and required to be done in institutions or anypublic institution that has an interest in the public, Building transparency in the management of zakatwill create a good control system between two parties, namely institutions and stakeholders, because itdoes not only involve internal parties but also external parties. This research uses descriptive researchtype with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviewtechniques with informants related to the research and also direct observation at the research locationand using literature study. The purpose of this research is to be able to describe how the transparencyof zakat fund distribution services at the office of the amil zakat agency in North Sulawesi province.Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the transparency of zakat services carried out by theamil zakat agency of North Sulawesi province has been done transparently, this can be seen from howthe North Sulawesi provincial baznas, provide so much access to information, both through applicationservices and directly , Baznas also often conducts the distribution process of zakat by inviting Muslimsfrom various groups to get involved, although it can be seen that the involvement of the people in termsof supervision and involvement in the distribution process of zakat is still lacking, this can be seen fromthe lack of understanding of Muslims towards the management process zakat. Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to know the influence of the reform of the Organization's performance against bureaucratic structures in the Secretariat of the regional city of manado. This research using quantitative methods. The respondents in this study amounted to 99 employees at the Secretariat of the regional city of manado. Data collection instruments and techniques used are questionnaire and assisted with interviews and observation. Analytical techniques used for hypothesis testing is the analysis of the correlation of product moment and linear regression with aided by data processing computer program SPSS version 20. The results of data analysis in this research indicate: (1) strong linkages among variables reform bureaucratic structure with organizational performance the Secretariat of Manado City area namely the correlation coefficient was obtained (r) of 0.611 and the coefficient of determination (r2), obtained of 0.373. (2) this can be explained further that the influence of the reform of the Organization's performance against the bureaucratic structure of the Secretariat of the regional city of Manado of 37.3%, while the rest of 62.7% determined by other factors not examined in this study. (3) the results showed that the average performance of organization reform post-war bureaucratic structure acquired for 45.82 or in pengkuran of ideal scale 0.9164 or 91.64%, while the performance of the organization prior to the implementation of the reform of the structure of the bureaucracy, only of 39.96 or in Hiiumaa ideal measurements acquired for 0.7992 or 79.92%, making it a very real differences occur, i.e. around 11.72%.Keywords: reform of the bureaucratic structure, organizational performance, Setda

Abstract: National development has been, is and will be expected to improve the well-being and prosperity of society. As for the formulation of the problem in this paper is how Tobaru custom community role in maintenance of rural development in the District of North Head West Halmahera District? Referring to the formulation of the problems set forth above, then the object of the study was "to find out how Tobaru indigenous role in the maintenance of rural development in the District of North Head West Halmahera District. North Capital District is geographically located on land that lies to the west of the island of Halmahera in the position of territory extending from the east to the western area of ​​about 1234.5 km2. Based on data analysis results which have been presented in the previous section, then some conclusions can be drawn, as follows: Tobaru role in the maintenance of indigenous rural development in the District of North Head unrealized optimally. refer to the results of the findings in this study, then the things that have sought solutions / troubleshooting tips are as follows: To optimize TOBARU role in the maintenance of indigenous rural development, particularly in the District of North Head. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Dampak Sosial Pengelolaan Tambang Emas diDesa Bakan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodepenelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primerdan data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi,data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menjadi suatu kesimpulan dari proses penelitian. Temuandari penelitian diketahui bahwa Dampak Sosial Pengelolaan Tambang Emas Desa Bakan memberikandampak positif dan dampak negatif terhadap pertambangan. Dampak positif dapat meningkatkanekonomi penambang, sedangkan dampak negatif menimbulkan bahaya yang lebih besar terutamadampaknya terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan. Untuk menghindari dampak negatif terhadappertambangan maka para penambang harus melakukan Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP). Dalam(IUP) penambang mempunyai standar keselamatan kerja yang didukung oleh fasilitas kerja.Kata Kunci : Dampak Sosial, Pengelolaan, Tambang Emas

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi msyarakat dalampenanganan kebersihan sungai di Kelurahan Mahawu Kecamatan Tuminting Kota Manado.Teori yang digunakan yaitu partisipasi masyarakat dalam penerimaan program dan kebijakanyang berkaitan dengan kebersihan lingkungan, partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemanfaatankebersihan lingkungan, partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemeliharaan kebersihan lingkungan.Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasiyang kemudian di analisis sehingga menjadi satu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan sungai di Kelurahan MahawuKecamatan Tuminting Kota Manado dilihat dari penerimaan atas program pemerintah yangberkaitan dengan penanganan kebersihan didukung serta diterima dengan baik olehmasyarakat tetapi belum semua masyarakat melakukannya dengan baik. Pemanfaatan danpemeliharaan kebersihan lingkungan, masyarakat turut berpartisipasi dalam pemanfaatanfasilitas pengangkut sampah yang ada. Pemeliharaan kebersihan lingkungan belum semuamasyarakat yang berpartisipasi dan menyadari betapa pentingnya menjaga dan memeliharakebersihan lingkungan.Kata Kunci : Partisipasi Masyarakat, Kebersihan Lingkungan

Abstract

The capacity of farmer groups is one of the things that can help the welfare of the existing village ofUuwan. The existence of ani group in Bolaang Mongondow Regency basically greatly affects theimprovement of the economy and the welfare of the community, this is seen from the number ofworkers and the size of land in the sector. Empowerment of farmers is all efforts to improve theability of farmers to carry out better farming activities through education and training, counseling andassistance in developing systems and means of marketing for cultivated agricultural products andguaranteeing the extent of agricultural land, easy access to science, technology and information andstrengthening farmer institutions. The results of the 5 existing informants can be concluded that thewelfare of the Uuwan village community is good and not a little from agricultural products. And also fromthe social aspect, In Uuwan village, social life in the community is already high. And in education also inUuwan Village, many have been educated up to a Bachelor's degree compared to a few years ago foronly a few high school graduates, but now many parents who are farmers are able to send their childrento the strata 1 level even many are already working .Keywords: Capacity, Farmer Groups, Empowerment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Program Kota Tanpa Kumuh diKelurahan Mahawu Kecamatan Tuminting Kota Manado. Persoalan mengenai Program Kota TanpaKumuh yang terjadi di Kelurahan Mahawu menarik untuk diteliti karena apabila dilihat secaranumerik Kelurahan Mahawu sudah tuntas kekumuhannya, namun realita di lapangan menunjukkanbahwa masih terdapat beberapa indikator kekumuhan dilihat dari aspek bangunan gedung, jalanlingkungan, sanitasi dan drainase. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan modelpenelitian deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialahmelalui teknik wawancara dengan informan, teknik observasi ke lokasi penelitian dan teknikdokumentasi hasil penelitian yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwaimplementasi program Kotaku di Kelurahan Mahawu sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Adapun hasildari pelaksanaan program ini ialah terbangunnya infrastruktur pelayanan dasar yang ada sepertipenyediaan air bersih, pembuatan jalan, tangga dan ralling. Namun dalam pelaksanaan program initidak terlepas dari berbagai kendala yang ada seperti adanya sebagian masyarakat yang masih tidakpeduli dan acuh tak acuh terhadap program yang sedang dijalankan, adanya hambatan dalam proseskerjasama antar agen pelaksana dan para pekerja, adanya penyimpangan-penyimpangan yangdilakukan oleh para agen pelaksana maupun para tenaga kerja yang ada. Adapun saran dari penelitiyaitu agar supaya pihak yang terkait dapat melakukan sosialisasi melalui media sosial, meningkatkantugas pokok dan fungsi di masing-masing bidang, melakukan pemeriksaan keuangan tehadap danayang digunakan dan dapat lebih meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan program Kotakuini agar dapat mencapai tujuan dari program Kotaku ini.Kata Kunci : Implementasi Kebijakan, Program KOTAKU, Kumuh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah yang masih menjadi sorotan utama di Indonesia yaitumasalah kemiskinan. Salah satu upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia dalam penanggulangankemiskinan adalah dengan memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat miskin. Bantuan yang diberikan berupauang tunai ataupun barang. Salah satu program bantuan sosial yang dikeluarkan pemerintah adalah ProgramKeluarga harapan (PKH). Sulawesi Utara merupakan salah satu daerah yang menjadi sasaran dalam programtersebut, salah satunya Desa Picuan Kecamatan Motoling Timur Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan terhadapPeningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Desa Picuan Kecamatan Motoling Timur Kabupaten MinahasaSelatan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknikanalisis data yang digunakan teknik analisis data Regresi Linear Sederhana. Dalam penelitian ini diperolehhasil yakni terdapat pengaruh variabel pelaksanaan program terhadap variabel peningkatan kesejahteraanmasyarakat dan dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan program keluarga harapan berpengaruhterhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Picuan Kecamatan Motoling Timur KabupatenMinahasa Selatan, dengan semakin baik pelaksanaan program yang dijalankan, maka kesejahteraanmasyarakat akan mengalami peningkatan.Kata Kunci : Pelaksanaan Program, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat
