Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, digital promotion, and perceived value on customer loyalty among GoFood users in Banda Aceh City. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design, intended to identify the relationships and effects between the research variables. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling, with the criterion that respondents must have previously used the GoFood service. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the impact of each independent variable on customer loyalty. The results indicate that service quality, digital promotion, and perceived value each have a positive and significant partial effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, these three variables also exert a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Among the three variables, perceived value is the most dominant factor influencing customer loyalty. These findings confirm that enhancing service quality, ensuring the effectiveness of digital promotions, and creating value that aligns with customer expectations are crucial factors in maintaining and increasing the loyalty of GoFood users in Banda Aceh City.
