Abstract

This research is a correlation study, to analyze the relation influence of Islamic values on employee job satisfaction. Analyze job satisfaction on affective commitment and analyze affective commitment to service quality. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing which aims to explain the characteristics of certain influences or differences between groups of two or more factors in one situation. The total population in this study was 4,611 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 210 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is convenience sampling with the analytical tool used is SEM. This research found that Islamic physical value attributes and Islamic nonphysical value attributes do not have a positive influence on job satisfaction. Islamic beliefs and Islamic practice have a positive influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on affective commitment and affective commitment has a positive effect on service quality. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai Islam dan religiusitas terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Menganalisis kepuasan kerja atas afektif komintmen dan menganalisis afektif komitmen terhadap kualitas layanan. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan karakteristik pengaruh atau perbedaan tertentu antara kelompok dua faktor atau lebih dalam satu situasi. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 4.611 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 210 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling dengan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa atribut fisik islami dan atribut non fisik islami tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Islamic belief dan Islamic practic memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap afektif komitmen dan afektif komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas layanan.

Abstract

Bank syariah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam industri perbankan di Indonesia. Syariah cenderung mengatur sistem aturan yang dapat mengatur hubungan antara manusia dengan Allah SWT, atau hubungan manusia dengan manusia, sehingga pegawai di perbankan syariah cenderung harus menafsirkan nilai-nilai Islam yang ada di sekitar kantor, religius hingga nilai-nilai agama. keimanan menafsirkan nilai-nilai Islam dan memiliki sifat religius mereka akan selalu merasa puas dengan apa yang mereka lakukan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of digitizing tax payment services using the LinkAja application can increase PAD in Kendari City. This objective is based on the urgency of the problem, namely (1) the payment system using the LinkAja application is not optimal and evenly distributed to all types of regional taxes and levies in Kendari City; (2) The implementation of the payment system for regional revenue by the community is still mostly done in cash, and (3) the implementation of digitalization has not been supported by the availability of regional regulations. This study was structured using a descriptive qualitative approach by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation studies of informants. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the utilization of the LinkAja application has been running since November 2021 but has not been optimal. Although compared to 2021, which only lasted 2 months, but has reached 2 digits, UN revenue in 2022 has increased but the cash flow is relatively low. This study recommends that the Kendari City Government maximize all existing digitization system services. This study provides an overview and understanding of the application of digitizing tax payment services using the LinkAja application that can contribute to increasing PAD in Kendari City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruah antara brand ambasador dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian pada tokopedia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah responden yang menggunakan dan pernah menggunakan aplikasi tokopedia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purpossive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 280. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan sem-pls. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung antara brand ambasador, brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian pada tokopedia

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job stress and career development on employee performance at Bank Panin in Kendari City. The research is quantitative in nature, and data is obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis is employed to measure the independent variables, namely job stress and career development, on the dependent variable, which is employee performance, with the assistance of SPSS 24 software. The number of respondents is 45 employees working at Bank Panin in Kendari. The results of this research indicate that job stress and career development simultaneously have an effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the F-test result with a significance value smaller than the threshold significance value. Job stress, in partial terms, has a significant negative effect on employee performance, as indicated by the significance value smaller than the threshold significance value. On the other hand, career development, in partial terms, has a significant positive effect on employee performance, as indicated by the significance value smaller than the threshold significance value.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Affective Image, Cognitive Image, and Conative Image on Revisit Intention at Fotuno Rete Spring Bath in Wakumoro Village, Parigi District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The population in this study consists of individuals who have visited Fotuno Rete Spring Bath twice. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 40 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Affective Image, Cognitive Image, and Conative Image have a positive and significant influence on Revisit Intention at Fotuno Rete Spring Bath in Wakumoro Village, Parigi District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of fashion motivation and religiosity on fashion consumption, with fashion consciousness as a mediating variable. The population of this study consists of female students from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) at Muhammadiyah University. The sample size is 72 respondents. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents, and the data analysis method employed is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results indicate that fashion motivation has a positive and significant effect on fashion consciousness, fashion motivation has a positive and significant effect on fashion consumption, and fashion consciousness has a positive and significant effect on fashion consumption. Moreover, fashion motivation positively and significantly influences consumption through fashion consciousness as a mediating variable. On the other hand, religiosity does not have a positive or significant effect on fashion consciousness, fashion consumption, or fashion consumption through fashion consciousness as a mediating variable. The limitations of this study are as follows: the research uses only four variables, namely fashion motivation, religiosity, fashion consciousness, and fashion consumption. Additionally, the data collection technique solely relies on online questionnaire distribution, making it impossible for the researcher to monitor the respondents during the questionnaire completion process directly. Lastly, the study is confined to the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah University.Keywords: Fashion Consciousness; Fashion consumption; Motivation fashion; Religiosity

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the process of managing rural assets in Lerepako Village, South Konawe Regency, based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 1 of 2016 concerning Rural Asset Management. The approach used is descriptive qualitative method with primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data from documentation. The results showed that the management of rural assets in Lerepako Village has been running quite well, but not yet fully in accordance with applicable regulations. There are several inhibiting factors in optimizing the management of rural assets, including the low competence of human resources (HR), the lack of communication related to the application of regulations, the absence of legal certainty over some assets, the lack of compliance of implementers with the rules, and the existence of unilateral claims on rural land. In addition, weaknesses in recording and administering assets and the lack of organizational commitment also affect the effectiveness of rural asset management. These findings indicate the need for human resource capacity building, socialization of regulations, and strengthening of the asset administration system at the rural level.
