Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi komoditas tanaman pangan unggulan yang berperan dalam mendukung perekonomian daerah di Kabupaten Kendal melalui pendekatan Location Quotient (LQ) dan Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder berupa nilai produksi dan laju pertumbuhan komoditas tanaman pangan selama lima tahun terakhir di masing-masing kecamatan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa beberapa komoditas seperti padi sawah, padi gogo, jagung, ubi kayu, dan kacang hijau merupakan komoditas basis yang tersebar di sejumlah kecamatan dan memiliki prospek pertumbuhan positif di masa mendatang. Analisis DLQ memperkuat temuan bahwa dinamika pertumbuhan komoditas tertentu lebih unggul dibandingkan rata-rata wilayah kabupaten, sehingga layak dijadikan prioritas pembangunan ekonomi lokal. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam penyusunan strategi pembangunan pertanian berbasis potensi lokal yang lebih akurat dan terukur.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the economic impact of the foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) outbreak on livestock farmers in Semarang Regency. The economic impact analysis reviewed includes prices, production, and income. The study was conducted in Tengaran District, Semarang Regency. There are 100 samples consisting of 77 farmer households affected by FMD and 23 farmer households not affected by FMD. This study was carried out from August to September 2023. The results showed that there was a price reduction of 13% from prices before the FMD outbreak. Milk production decreased by 43-68% from before being affected by FMD. The income of breeders affected by FMD is smaller than those who are not affected by FMD.

Abstract

A representative food service sector that frequently meets fundamental human requirements is coffee. The younger generation consumes more than the middle and older generations combined among consumers. They base their decision to buy from the coffee shop on its distinctiveness and distinctive features, such as its upscale interior, premium drinks, selective marketing, and varied menus. Coffee shops provide simple meals, a place to study, a place to work, and a comfy place to rest, among other things. This study conducted an empirical investigation of the variables influencing coffee customers' purchase decisions. The method of this study is descriptive qualitative and uses primary and secondary as the data. Then, the purposive sampling techniq used to determine sampling of location and participans, which number of seventy five participants. The data analyzed used IPA ( Importance Performance Analysis ) and CSI ( Customer Satisfaction Indeks ). The analysis showed that the IPA matrix or known as product quality was in quadrants I and quadrants II. While CSI result is 72%, could be concluded that customer are satisfied about product and service in Lelet Coffee Shop John Lasem. Lelet Coffe Shop John Lasem is espected to make continuous improvements to quality atributtes off cofffee drinks as with customer expectations.
