Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of some kind of feed commercial optimal provided to the rate of growth and survival tawes fish (Barbonymus gonionotus). This research method using Random Design experiments with complete (RAL), consisting of four treatments and three replicates. The treatment given is Pellet P1= tipe PF1000, P2 = Pellet tipe PF 999, P3 = Pellet tipe PF 781, dan P4 = Pellet tipe FF 79-2. Parameters observed include the specific growth rate (SGR), the survival rate (SR), and as water quality data supporting. Results of the study showed The provision of commercial feed different has not been affecting the growth rate and survival rate tawes fish. From the results of this research Feed commercial with treatment p2 pellet type PF 999 is the Is the feed of which showed growth fish tawes which high value. Keywords: Potassium Karbonat, Growth, Survival, Oreochromis niloticus

Abstract

Fibroadenoma mammae is a benign breast tumor that occurs due to abnormal proliferation of periductal tissue into the lobules, often found in the upper lateral quadrant area due to the highest distribution of glands in this tissue. FAM is commonly experienced by younger women between the ages of 20-40 years, with a median age of 30 years. The clinical appearance of FAM lumps is typically lobulated, mostly 2-3 cm in diameter, with a firm and mobile consistency, without causing inflammatory reactions, skin dimpling, or nipple retraction. In this case, we report an 18-year-old female patient diagnosed with a breast tumor. The history revealed a lump in the left breast that enlarged within 1 month, initially the size of a marble and growing to the size of a quail egg, occasionally causing pain. On physical examination, the lump was palpable, mobile, without tenderness or signs of malignancy. Ultrasound examination showed signs of a benign tumor.

Abstract

Adolescence is a phase that is very susceptible to influence from the social environment, both positive and negative. It is not uncommon for teenagers to fall into an unhealthy lifestyle that is dangerous to their health and safety. One of the bad influences that can occur in adolescence is the habit of smoking. Smoking is one of the causes of quite a lot of health problems. The urgency of counseling or health education for teenagers about the dangers and risks of smoking for health aims to ensure that the nation's future generations do not fall into habits that can damage their future.

Abstract

This study focuses on developing the traditional Kemojo cake by enhancing its protein content using locally sourced ingredients available in Kelurahan Melebung. Traditionally known as a carbohydrate- and fat-rich delicacy, Kemojo has been innovated by incorporating protein-rich ingredients such as nuts, seed-based flours, and other local protein sources. The use of local materials aims not only to improve the cake's nutritional value but also to utilize natural resources, support food security, and boost the local economy by promoting healthier food products. This initiative seeks to introduce Kemojo as a more nutritious traditional food alternative suitable for all age groups, including children, adolescents, and the elderly, who require higher protein intake. The improved nutritional value can play a significant role in addressing daily nutritional needs and reducing malnutrition, particularly in vulnerable regions. Additionally, utilizing local ingredients contributes to strengthening the local economy by empowering farmers and supporting food processing industries based on regional resources.

Abstract

The Checksheet process at PT. Automotive component companies are an important activity to maintain quality consistency in the production of automotive components, especially brackets. However, the inspection method that is still carried out manually causes waste of time, high use of paper, and increased operational costs. This study aims to reduce the cycle time of Patrol Check A-T-A, implement a digital (paperless) recording system, and improve process efficiency through the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach, Fishbone Diagram, and Why-Why Analysis. The results of the identification of the root of the problem show that the absence of a standardized digital system and the lack of management initiatives are the main causes of the long inspection process and high paper consumption. The implementation of E-Checksheet as a digital solution resulted in a significant reduction in cycle time, from 50 minutes to 10 minutes, as well as eliminating paper use by up to 100%. In addition, workflows become simpler, data is easier to monitor, and processes become more efficient. This study concludes that the digitization of Checksheet is able to increase operational effectiveness, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement in the manufacturing environment.
