Abstract

Pada PT. Jasanet Mitra Networking Indonesia sistem absensi pada karyawan yang dilakukan IT Support dan Kurir masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu dengan melakukan absensi pada buku yang telah disediakan. Hal ini menyebabkan karyawan yang melakukan absensi kurang efektif. Web Absensi memudahkan IT Support dan Kurir untuk melakukan absensi di lapangan, karena tidak lagi menggunakan cara manual. Karyawan melakukan absensi terlebih dahulu pada web absensi, kemudian karywan dapat terpantau melalui Web Absensi. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang ditekankan dalam perancangan dan pengumpulan data adalah metode Design Thinking. Dengan menggunakan metode ini sangat memudahkan peneliti untuk merancang sebuah web absensi yang melakukan beberapa tahapan yang ada dimetode design thinking. Nilai SUS sebesar 76,5 dihasilkan dari data dan hasil perhitungan tersebut. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Web Absensi telah memenuhi kategori kelayakan dan karna telah memenuhi kategori yang diterima. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa prototype web absensi yang didasarkan pada perhitungan SUS sebesar 76,5 sudah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

This introduction to the Macromedia Flash 8 application aims to provide students with understanding and skills in using Macromedia Flash 8 for design and understanding the use of Flash 8. Introduction to the Macromedia Flash 8 application is often needed in creating animations and designs for student learning. The Macromedia Flash 8 application allows its introduction to be personal and efficient, by using image and sound designs from separate sources into one Macromedia Flash 8 application. During the introduction to the Macromedia Flash 8 Application, participants will be taught about the concept of designing the use of Macromedia Flash 8, steps -design preparation steps, creating animations using Macromedia Flsah 8, and merging data into the application. This introduction to the Macromedia Flash 8 application will also discuss the benefits of using Macromedia Flash 8, including time efficiency and accuracy in the student learning that will be created. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, participants.It is hoped that they will be able to master the steps in the application development process that will be presented using Macromedia Flash 8. The results of this training are expected to provide participants with the ability to create personal and efficient student animations, including for education and other organizations. Thus, the introduction of this application contributes to increasing the effectiveness of communication in various activities involving the student learning process.

Abstract

The selection of recipients of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) assistance at universities must be carried out with the principles of fairness, openness, and efficiency to ensure that the assistance is distributed appropriately. However, the manual selection process is often subjective and prone to error. Therefore, this study developed a decision support system based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist the selection process of students eligible for UKT assistance more systematically and accurately. The SAW method was chosen because of its ability to process data involving various criteria to produce objective decisions. In this study, the criteria used for the selection of UKT assistance recipients include several aspects, such as the Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA), parental income, number of dependents, non-academic achievements, distance of the student's residence from campus, active student status, and involvement in student organizations. Data from each criterion is then processed through a normalization stage to ensure uniformity of values and weighting based on their level of importance. After the normalization and weighting process, the next step is to calculate the preference value for each student. The results of the implementation of this system show that the SAW method can accurately rank student priorities, with a student named Selly receiving the highest preference score, 0.673. This indicates that the student in question meets the selection criteria with the best score. This developed system can support the UKT assistance selection process to be fairer and more efficient. By using the SAW method, subjective and manual errors in decision-making can be reduced, resulting in more objective and accurate decisions. In addition, this system also allows universities to evaluate UKT assistance recipients more transparently and precisely, which ultimately can increase public trust in the management of educational assistance at universities.

Abstract

Menyebarkan ataupun mempromosikan potensi desa merupakan langkah yang dapat memajukan ekonomi dari suatu desa. Pada Desa Purwodadi yang berletak di Kecamatan Tepus, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, kelompok KKN 67 Periode 81 membuat rancangan pemasaran dari potensi desa yang dimiliki oleh Desa Purwodadi. Dalam hal ini, kelompok 67 memilih tanaman jali sebagai potensi desa tersebut. Dipilihnya tanaman jali karena tanaman jali tergolong tanaman langka yang juga sulit untuk dibudidayakan, namun masyarakat Desa Tepus dapat menanam serta membudidayakannya. Selain itu, tanaman jali juga dapat berperan sebagai pengganti beras dan dapat diolah menjadi berbagai olahan makanan serta minuman. Kelompok 67 memilih bubur jali sebagai olahan dari tanaman jali. Proses penyebaran ataupun promosi yang dilakukan adalah melalui media sosial Instagram. Tujuan dari dilakukannya kegiatan ini ialah untuk dapat menyebarkan atau mempromosikan potensi desa yang dimiliki Desa Tepus, yang dalam hal ini ialah tanaman jali yang mana bisa diharapkan akan berdampak pada peningkatan penghasilan di desa tersebut.

Abstract

The shift in learning paradigms following the pandemic has driven massive adoption of digital platforms, one of which is Google Classroom. Although widely used across educational institutions, few studies have systematically evaluated its usability based on direct user perceptions, particularly among secondary school students. This study aims to assess the usability of Google Classroom at SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta using two standardized methods: the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the Website Usability Evaluation Tool (WEBUSE). Data were collected from 86 respondents through quantitative questionnaires and qualitative open-ended feedback. The results show that the average SUS score was 70.2, categorized as “Marginal High,” while the average WEBUSE score was 71.25%, classified as “Good.” Validity and reliability tests confirmed that all items in both instruments were valid and reliable. Open-ended responses revealed issues such as difficulties uploading files, limited communication features, and an unappealing interface. Overall, Google Classroom is considered sufficiently feasible as an online learning platform, yet requires further development to enhance user comfort and effectiveness

Abstract

PT. XYZ in its distribution is still carried out by using the sales and the results of sales or distribution are recorded in a ledger about how many cigarette products are sold, as well as biodata from consumers. Based on the results of recording in the field will be recapitulated again at the office by using Microsoft Excel this is very difficult in the process of data integration, manufacturing, suppliers, retailers, sales and distribution of products. One of the things that can support the efficiency of production activities is to set the layout of the production machines owned. Material handling process, space utilization, distance between departments, production process flow can be more efficient if good layout planning is done. Supply Chain Management (Supply Chain Management) is a field of study that lies in the efficiency and effectiveness of the flow of cigarettes, information, and money flows that occur simultaneously so that it can unite the Supply Chain Management with the parties involved. The results of this study are a distribution information system that can be used to record all sales transactions. In order to make it easier for the data distribution section manager to recap and know the history of cigarette distribution better and complete reporting.

Abstract

This study explores the spiritual meaning embedded in the traditional Perang Sabut game in Rambutan Masam Village, Batanghari Regency, Jambi, as a foundation for character education grounded in local wisdom amid globalization. Employing qualitative ethnographic methods, primary data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with local figures (M. Suhaimi and Samsul Bahri) and participatory observation in February 2026, revealing the game as a collective ritual rich in spiritual significance: smoke from burning coconut husks symbolizes prayers for rain, the no-clothing rule reflects humility and surrender to God, and its post-Quran recitation timing integrates faith with communal bonding.Values such as gratitude, piety, harmony with nature, and mutual cooperation are instilled in children, aligning with the Pancasila Student Profile and Merdeka Curriculum. Adapting this tradition into elementary school learning strengthens moral character against modern cultural erosion, fostering a generation that excels academically, remains devout, and preserves national identity

. CV. Aneka Kaca is a company engaged in the supply of the best glass materials, because CV. Aneka Kaca is a direct distributor from Japan. In a company like CV. Aneka Kaca, employees are one of the important assets in helping to improve and stabilize the company. Employees are people who work in a company or agency to carry out an operational task and expect remuneration in the form of a commission or salary. Usually employees will also get bonuses from the company. Bonuses that will be received by employees are one of the ways companies use to increase the motivation of their employees' performance. But giving bonuses to CV. Aneka Kaca still uses the conventional method, so it can take a long time if only managers do the math. The determination of bonuses can sometimes be missed due to one or two problems that can have an impact on awarding bonuses. The Naive Bayes algorithm is a simple probabilistic classifier that computes a probabilistic set by summing the frequencies and value combinations from a given dataset.

Abstract

Human resources (employees) are essential assets that determine the sustainability and development of a company. Employee performance evaluation processes for selecting the best employees often encounter challenges due to manual procedures, subjectivity, and lengthy assessment times. Therefore, an objective, accurate, and computerized decision support system is required to assist management in making effective decisions. This study aims to develop a system for determining the best employees using the Naive Bayes algorithm as a classification method. The Naive Bayes algorithm is a probabilistic classifier that predicts decisions by calculating probability values based on the frequency and combination of attributes within a dataset. The implementation of this method is expected to minimize errors in employee selection caused by limited evaluation criteria and human judgment. The results of this approach indicate that the use of a computerized decision support system can improve the efficiency, accuracy, and objectivity of employee performance assessments compared with conventional methods. Thus, the proposed system can support management in determining the best employees more effectively.

Abstract

Abstract—Sales is an activity that connects customers with sellers through a product or service offered to produce something that is mutually beneficial for both parties. So for that we need a system so that sales transactions can run effectively and efficiently, for example by using a sales information system. CV. Geojaya Nusantara is a company engaged in the sale of coffins. The existing sales system in CV. Currently, Geojaya Nusantara is still carried out conventionally, such as customers who want to buy their products via phone calls or also through messaging applications such as the WhatsApp application. Then the incoming sales data is still done manually, as recorded in a sales book. Therefore, with these problems, a web-based application is needed to support the sales system which aims to simplify all transaction processes, because it can be done anytime and anywhere. The research method used is by conducting direct observations and interviews with employees or shop owners. As for the software development method used is the waterfall method and the programming language used in making the website itself is PHP, HTML, CSS, and JQuery, and for the database it uses MySQL. The expected results in this web-based coffin sales information system at CV Geojaya Nusantara, are expected to be a solution to overcome the problems encountered due to the conventional system, and can also overcome errors in the sales recording input process.
