Abstract

Latar Belakang ; Sindrom pramenstruasi merupakan gejala fisik dan emosi yang dialami sebelum menstruasi. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah penurunan kadar endorphin selama fase luteal. Olahraga dapat meningkatkan produksi endorphin, sehingga olahraga direkomendasikan sebagai salah satu treatment untuk mengurangi sindrom pramenstruasi, selain karena penurunan kadar endorphin, sindrom pramenstruasi juga disebabkan karena obesitas (Indeks Massa Tubuh ≥25). Semakin meningkat Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) akan meningkat pula keluhan sindrom pramenstruasi. Tujuan; Mengetahui hubungan aktivitas olahraga dan obesitas dengan kejadian sindrom pramenstruasi di Desa Pucangmiliran Tulung Klaten. Metode; penelitian non eksperimen dengan metode analitik menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 119 responden, sedangkan instrumen penelitian menggunakan timbangan, meteran dan cheklist. Analisa bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square dan pada analisa multiviariat menggunakan uji Regresi Logistik. Hasil: Hasil uji bivariat membuktikan bahwa aktivitas olahraga berhubungan dengan kejadian sindrom pramenstruasi (pvalue 0.008), dan obesitas berhubungan dengan kejadian sindrom pramenstruasi (pvalue 0.044) sedangkan pada uji multivariat membuktikan bahwa aktivitas olahraga (0.004) dan obesitas (0.020) dengan variabel kejadian sindrom pramenstruasi Phitung > Ptabel adapun variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kejadian sindrom pramenstruasi adalah aktivitas olahraga dengan  pvalue 0.004. Simpulan; Ada hubungan antara aktivitas olahraga dan obesitas dengan kejadian sindrom pramenstruasi di desa Pucangmiliran Tulung Klaten.   Kata Kunci : aktivitas olahraga, obesitas, sindrom pramenstruasi

Abstract

Pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit mengalami infeksi nosokomial sebesar 1,4 juta infeksi setiap tahunnya. Infeksi nosokomial dapat dicegah dengan 10% lingkungan dan 90% perilaku. Salah satu perilaku untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi nosokomial adalah dengan melakukan cuci tangan. WHO (2009) merumuskan strategi pencegahan infeksi nosokomial dengan menerapkan five moments cuci tangan perawat. Tujuan; Mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan penerapan five moments cuci tangan perawat di RSUD Sukoharjo. Metode; Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian Deskriptif dengan teknik total sampling dengan subyek penelitian adalah perawat ICU dan NICU sebanyak 29 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Analisa yang digunakan yaitu analisa univariat. Hasil; Hasil penelitian pengetahuan dengan hasil pengetahuan baik yaitu sebesar 22 responden (75,9%) dan pengetahuan cukup dengan 7 responden (24,1%). Sebagian besar perawat sudah menerapkan five moments cuci tangan yaitu 17 responden (58,6%) dan perawat yang tidak menerapkan five moments cuci tangan yaitu 12 responden (41,4%). Kesimpulan; Pengetahuan perawat tentang five moments cuci tangan adalah baik dan sebagian besar perawat telah menerapkan five moments cuci tangan

Abstract

Background: During the Covid-19 pandemic, all levels of education must use online learning. Therefore, childrens use gadgets and computers more for a long time, which is made myopia causes in children. The prevalence in Indonesia shows that 10% of 66 million school children (5-19 years old) suffer from refractive errors, namely myopia. While the prevalence of myopia in children Asia is more than 5%, and children in Asia have a higher prevalence in myopia cases of about 29%. Objective: To determine the effect of eye exercises on reducing myopia booming in children during online learning in the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design. The sample in this study were 15 respondents. The instrument used is the Snellen chart. Results: The results of the paired t statictic test showed that the data before and after the eye exercises intervention showed that in the right eye the p value was 0.035 (α<0.05), while for the left eye the p value was 0.031 (α<0.05). Conclusion: This study concludes that there is an effect of giving eye exercises intervention on reducing myopia outcomes in children.

Abstract

Introduction: Osteoarthritis has affected 7% of the world’s population, more than 500 million people worldwide, the number of people affected globally increased by 48% up to 2019. In 2019, osteoarthritis was the 15th highest cause of living with disability worldwide and was responsible for 2% of the global total. Non-pharmacological therapies, such as osteoarthritis gymnastics are used to reduce pain in knee osteoarthritis. Purpose: To find out the effect of osteoarthritis gymnastics on pain reduction in elderly who have knee osteoarthritis at Posyandu Lansia (integrated care for the elderly) in the working area of Mojolaban Health Center, Sukoharjo Regency. Method: The design in this study is a type of Quasi-Experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design.  Sampling techniques use purposive sampling techniques, with inclusion criteria by researchers. The sample size is 20 respondents. Results: The results of the bivariate test using the Wilcoxon test proved that there is a significant influence of osteoarthritis gymnastics on pain reduction in people with osteoarthritis with a value of p: 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: There is a significant influence of osteoarthritis exercise on pain reduction in people with osteoarthritis.
