Abstract

Pandemic where the learning process cannot be done directly or face to face, especially in foreign language learning, especially French in class X in first semestre students who should receive the most basic French language learning. An interactive multimedia for French Learners in North Sumatra using Adobe flash professional CS6 software which aims to improve student motivation and learning outcomes in writing descriptive text material contained in the learning objectives decrire une personne et une chose. Interactive multimedia that is developed and implemented in learning is very important because it has been proven to be feasible and effective. The object of this research is the students of class X at SMA 21 Medan. The purpoese of the research is to develop interactive multimedia on descriptive text material for French learners in Notrh Sumatra and knowing the effectiveness of interactive multimedia products based on Adobe Flash Professional CS 6 to improve the ability to write descriptive text of students of SMA Negeri 21 Medan. This research was conducted using the R&D development research method by adapting the DDD-E development model, as for the interactive multimedia development steps for learning descriptive text writing skills for students of class XI SMA as follows: (1) Decide, (2) Design (product design) , (3) Development (product development), (4)) Evaluation (product test). To obtain data validity, validation of media experts and material experts. To obtain data validity, validation of media experts and material experts is required with the following results: (1) material validation shows the eligibility percentage is 88.5% in the very good category (2) media validation shows the Feasibility percentage is 87.3% with the very good category. The results of individual trials were declared "very good" with an average percentage of 82.7%. The results of small group trials were stated to be "very good" with an average percentage of 86.3% and the results of limited field trials were declared "very good" with an average percentage of 88.5%. Then, the effectiveness of interactive multimedia products is seen from the increase in student learning outcomes in descriptive text material before and after using interactive multimedia. There is a difference in value 22.30. This Interactive multimedia that is feasible and effective is used as a medium for teaching French in high school, especially class x semester 1, which must acquire basic French knowledge with a precise and interesting process during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials in Production Ecrite Intermediare course to improve the writing ability the student of french departement at Faculty of Languages and Arts at One of State Universities in Northen Island of Indonesia by using SIPDA. This research was conducted to response the condition of covid pandemic situation that uses distance learning courses where students learn from their own homes. This research followed the R & D model proposed by Borg & Gall with the procedure analysing the student’s need, collecting the ressource of development, design the material, evaluatingexisting the materials based on the validation of experts judgement, field testing, revising, and finishing the final product. This research was carried out in the French Language Education Study Program FBS UNIMED by developing SIPDA-based teaching materials in lectures, to find out that these teaching materials can improve the writing skills of students of French Language Education Study Program at FBS Unimed. The results of this study show that SIPDA is very effective in helping students to improve the writing ability of French texts. This research recommends to the lecturers of French courses in general to using SIPDA in the teaching and learning process of writing in the classroom of Production Ecrite Intermediaire.

Abstract

The development of SIMPPM is indispensable for the development of an information system for the Research and Community Service Institute. Information system development will be developed through the web. Currently, LPPM has made the system which will continue to be developed according to the needs and will be integrated with the system at the University. The research object is the LPPM Unimed information system. The research method used was ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), the first thing to do was to conduct a needs analysis about the research and service process that switched from manual to IT-based. After finding out what are the requirements for the process of proposal, assessment, monitoring and evaluation to the final report, a model is designed in the system to address the needs of the research and community service implementation process. Then the initial design, a storyboard is developed so that researchers, reviewers and admins can carry out all the processes in the SIMPPM page. The implementation of the system is conducted by researchers/lecturers, by conducting trials and making improvements to the results of the main trials to involve a wider audience. From the test results, the evaluation of user satisfaction is improving than the conventional way. The results of this study resulted a website in the form of SIMPPM which is intended for prospective researchers and civil servants, operators and reviewers who will carry out the process of receiving proposals, selection to reporting. This study provides an innovation in the LPPM information system. This study makes the development of an information system web based so that it can be used independently and anywhere.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi siswa dalam pembuatan produk pembelajaran berbasis blog. Potensi siswa SMU Negeri 21 Medan dibagi ke dalam 3 bidang utama, yaitu: (1) pendidikan karakter berbasis lingkungan, (2) pembelajaran bidang studi, (3) TIK. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra antara lain: (1) Bidang pendidikan karakter berbasis lingkungan; sistem zonasi dalam penerimaan siswa. (2) Mata Pelajaran disajikan secara konvensional: belum menunjukan potensi guru mata pelajaran menggunakan media maupun aplikasi untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh.. Padahal jumlah guru muda relatif banyak. Oleh karena itu akan dilaksanakan pendampingan pembelajaran berbasis blog. Target luaran kegiatan pengabdian diantaranya: blog pemebelajaran dari bidang studi  dan peningkatan penerapan IT di masyarakat. Rencana kegiatan antara lain: (1) pembentukan kelompok kerja, (2) bimbingan teknis pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis blog, (3) pendampingan penyajian blog untuk pembelajaran, (4) pendampingan pembuatan blog pembelajaran.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan kumbung jamur yang representatif, meningkatkan hasil produksi yang masih rendah yang tidak mampu melayani permintaan pasar, membuat tungku lowon untuk menghasilkan panas yang efektif untuk proses sterilisasi bibit dan memperbaiki manajemen pemasaran dari kelompok budidaya Suka Maju dan Mekar sehingga diharapkan penghasilan ekonomi kelompok budidaya meningkat. Program PKM ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan dengan menggunakan berbagai metode, antara lain ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, demonstrasi, pemberian tugas dan partisipatif. Kegiatan yang dilakukan pada program PKM meliputi: 1) Pelatihan pembuatan kumbung yang baik, 3) Pelatihan pemeliharaan jamur 3) Pembuatan tungku lowon; sehingga menghasilkan luaran berupa kumbung jamur yang berstandar baik, produksi jamur tiram yang berkualitas dan tungku lowon. Dari kegiatan ini diharapkan adanya tindak lanjut pada pengembangan produk usaha baik dari sudut kuantitas maupun kualitas serta jangkauan pemasaran yang lebih luas

Abstract

Kabupaten Asahan merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang memiliki sejarah yang panjang dan penting. Mulai dari era kesultanan hingga era revolusi kemerdekaan. Dari sejarah yang Panjang tersebut telah meninggalkan berbagai jejak sejarah bendawi yang penting. Kabupaten Asahan memiliki potensi cagar budaya yang sangat besar dan memiliki nilai penting yang tinggi, diantaranya nilai penting pendidikan, agama, ilmu pengetahuan, sejarah, dan kebudayaan. Potensi cagar budaya yang terdapat di Kabupaten Asahan meliputi bangunan bersejarah, artefak tradisional, dan jejak sejarah lainnya. Kondisi kekinian dari seluruh objek cagar budaya Kabupaten Asahan penting untuk diketahui apakah saat ini dalam kondisi baik, terawat, rusak, telah berubah, atau bahkan telah hilang. Sehingga penting untuk dirancang strategi penyelamatan terhadap kelestarian cagar budaya tersebut. Penelitian ini mengusulkan strategi penyelamatan cagar budaya di Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi potensi cagar budaya, menyusun strategi penyelamatan, dan melakukan kegiatan publikasi untuk memperkenalkan potensi cagar budaya kepada masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan historis dan arkeologis. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka, wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian akan diinterpretasikan untuk merancang strategi penyelamatan cagar budaya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Situate in Time learning materials based on Linktree media and to determine the feasibility of the developed learning materials. This research uses the research and development (R & D) method of the ADDIE development model which includes five stages, namely analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate. In this study, only up to 3 stages, namely, Analysing, Designing, and Developing. This research stage begins with the data collection carried out with the needs analysis. The results showed that up to 68.7% of students had difficulty learning the subject Situate in Time. 18.7% of students responded to learning difficulties with teaching materials, instructions, signs, and panels and 12.6% of students had difficulties with everyday materials. So, to reduce the difficulty of students to learn the time-based material as the material with the highest level of difficulty, 87.5% of students want to learn more. The results showed that the Situate in Time material developed using Linktree media is quite usable as a learning aid. Validation test results from Materials Experts are 83% with Very Good Categories and Media Experts are 94% with Very Good Categories. Based on the results of this validation, Linktree-based learning materials are quite feasible in Set in Time learning materials.

Abstract

Abstract Cette étude teste l'efficacité du jeu Scramble sur Des Choses Et De Lieux Public pour les élèves de classe XI à SMA Negeri 11 Medan. Les entretiens avec les professeurs de français montrent un faible intérêt des élèves pour le français, une mauvaise compréhension des articles, et un besoin d'innovation dans les médias d'apprentissage. L'observation des résultats révèle que 59,3% des élèves n'ont pas atteint le KKM, indiquant un manque de motivation. La recherche utilise une méthode expérimentale Prétest-Posttest à groupe unique avec pré-test, expérimentation, et post-test. L'analyse des données inclut la description, le test de normalité, le test T, le test de Wilcoxon Signed-Rank, et l'analyse de corrélation. Les résultats montrent une valeur pré-test de 3,754 et post-test de 4,387. Le test de normalité indique une distribution non normale, nécessitant une analyse non paramétrique. Le test de Wilcoxon Signed-Rank révèle une différence significative (p = 4,38e-06) et l'analyse de corrélation montre une relation faible (r = 0,217), mais Scramble améliore les capacités des élèves.
