Abstract

Abstract Evaluation Of Eldery-Friendly Aspect In Puputan Margarana Field Renon. City parks are public open spaces that can be used to conduct various kinds of activities. Therefore, good city parks should be designed to be suitable to elderly people who have physical limitations. The purpose of this study is to identify the landscape criteria for elderly-friendly parks and evaluate the compatibility of the elderly-friendly aspects of the city parks according to the compiled criteria. This study uses a survey method with descriptive and quantitative analysis data collection techniques using the KPI (Key Performance Index) method. The assessment of this study are divided into 4 (four) assessment indicators, which are : location, accessibility, vegetation and facilities. The results of the study shows that vegetation is the indicator with the highest rating and accessibility is the indicator with the lowest values. Overall, the selected city parks are quite friendly to the elderly, but several aspects need to be considered to make the parks more friendly to the elderly. Abstract

Playing is the main things for children study. It needs to be inserted by moral values and local culture so that can be delivered and well preserve. Indonesia has aware of importance from playing and built some playing space such as children playground in green space and school which apply a concept of SRA (Sekolah Ramah Anak). inside SRA one importance component is children playground. One of children games/dolanan in Indonesia is gale-galean. Inside gale-galean contains every aspect in outdoor game which stimulate physique, social, cognitive, and emotional development of children. The purpose of this Research is to design gale-galean which located at SD 29 Dangin Puri. Research method has been used was qualitative descriptive which contains 4 systematic element such as: preparation, inventory, analysis, and synthesis. The result of this research is design plan of gale-galean in SD 29 Dangin Puri front yard which use colour dan shape as lines and implement the concept of mandala. Beside that this research consider six criteria in children playground planning. Which is safety, health, comfort, convenience, security, and beauty. This research can be used for preserve gale-galean and beneficial for children grow development.

Abstract

The Tanah Kusir Public Cemetery is the largest public cemetery in South Jakarta, it makes Tanah Kusir public cemetery can be used as one of the lungs of the city of Jakarta because the public cemetery itself is one of the green open spaces in urban areas, but in Tanah Kusir public cemetery still has areas that are not well maintained, this can be caused by an ineffective working capacity. Work capacity is a person's ability to complete his work in an area with a certain time and work capacity is one of the important elements of the maintenance system. This study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the work capacity in Tanah Kusir public cemetery using a survey method. The data collected is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and literature study. Interviews were conducted with the public cemetery and observations of 10 workers in each field of work such as pruning, sweeping and watering. Based on the results of research conducted, it is known that the maintenance system used is a continuous maintenance system and in the implementation of maintenance such as pruning, sweeping and watering, the performance of workers still does not meet the ideal standard of work capacity. The recommendation given by the author is the need for additional workers and evaluation of skills, maximizing work schedules and more thorough supervision during work.

Abstract

The Jalan Karna Ubud Corridor is classified as an environmental road that is commonly known as a means of connecting the community with the surrounding space. Along with its development, the road corridor underwent many changes, which caused the comfort and function of this road corridor to be reduced. The purpose of this study is to produce a rurung design concept that can accommodate community activities as a multifunctional facility in the community environment, as well as describe the phenomenon of the rurung space as a multifunctional space. The research method used is a survey method with the data collection process using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The basic concept developed is space as a multifunctional space, namely the application of the concept of open space in order to facilitate various community activities carried out in that space. Thus, it is hoped that the presence of a road corridor as a multi-functional space in facilitating community activities will be able to provide a sense of balance with the balance of needs between users who have differences in each individual community. It is also hoped that the existence of this road corridor can become an icon or distinctive and, at the same time, can become a feature or example in other areas of Bali.
