Abstract

Abstrak: Pengembangan materi ajar bahasa Indonesia berbantuan media aplikasi kahoot Siswa Kelas V SD Telkom Makassar. Pengembangan materi ajar berbantuan media aplikasi kahoot pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas V SD Telkom Makassar . Bermanfaat sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian pengembangan ini digunakan metode research and development (R&D). Subjek dari penelitian ini berisi 2 validator ahli yang terdiri dari ahli isi/materi dan ahli desain/media, siswa yang berjumlah 29 orang dan 1 guru pengampu mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan materi ajar berbantuan media aplikasi kahoot serta uji kepraktisan pada kelas V SD Telkom Makassar berada pada kualifikasi yang sangat baik, berdasarkan hasil dari pengembangan Materi ajar berbantuan media aplikasi kahoot pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas V SD Telkom Makassar. Kata kunci : Materi ajar, Media aplikasi kahoot Abstract: Development of Indonesian language teaching materials assisted by the Kahoot application media for Class V Students at SD Telkom Makassar. Development of teaching materials assisted by the Kahoot application media for class V Indonesian language subjects at SD Telkom Makassar. Useful as a learning medium. This development research used the research and development (R&D) method. The subjects of this research consisted of 2 expert validators consisting of content/material experts and design/media experts, 29 students and 1 teacher who taught Indonesian language subjects. The results of this research show that the use of teaching materials assisted by the Kahoot application media as well as practical tests in class V at SD Telkom Makassar are in very good qualifications, based on the results of the development of teaching materials assisted by the Kahoot application media in Indonesian language subjects for class V SD Telkom Makassar. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the structure and linguistic rules of explanatory texts in Suara Muhammadiyah magazine, edition 19 of 2023. This research uses a library research type of research with a . The researcher chose this magazine as research material because it is media produced by Muhammadiyah and there has been no previous research using Suara Muhammadiyah magazine. The results of this research found that in the 19th edition of Suara Muhammdiyah magazine three explanatory texts were found which were composed of a complete structure, namely identification of phenomena, series of incidents, and interpretation. As well as linguistic rules in the form of the use of time adverbial indicators, manner adverbial indicators, causality conjunctions, and pronouns.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to describe the implementation and analyze the impact of the Classroom Reading Corner (PBK) on the participation of Grade IX students in literacy activities at UPT SMPN 1 Galesong Selatan. The background issue was the formal atmosphere and access barriers in the school library, which led to low reading initiative among students. The solution implemented was the transformation of a class corner into an attractive, easily accessible, and text-rich Reading Corner. The implementation method involved needs analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation using a Likert Scale questionnaire. The questionnaire respondents were 40 students from class IX.C. The result of the questionnaire analysis showed an average agreement score of 4.2 out of 5, categorized as High. This result indicates that PBK successfully created a comfortable environment, increased accessibility, and effectively encouraged student participation and initiative to read outside of formal class hours. The program contributes significantly to strengthening the literacy culture at the classroom level.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam keterampilan menulis cerita, hal ini terjadi karena pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru terkesan lebih monoton dengan minimnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang sifatnya merangsang minat dan motivasi siswa dalam menulis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penggunaan media Film Animasi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerita siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Tete Batu Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Pre-Experimental dan menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV A yang terdiri dari 18 siswa laki-laki dan 8 siswa perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dan lembar tes keterampilan menulis cerita. Hasil statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata hasil belajar keterampilan menulis cerita siswa sebelum penggunaan media film animasi adalah 66,33. Sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar keterampilan menulis cerita siswa setelah diterapkan penggunaan media film animasi yaitu 89,78. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar keterampilan menulis cerita siswa sebelum dan setelah diterapkan media film animasi dalam pembelajaran. Adapun hasil analisis uji-t tentang keefektifan penggunaan media film animasi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerita siswa menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 96,5 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,05553 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media film animasi efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerita siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Tete Batu Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to describe the implementation process and analyze the impact of workshops on the use of Canva visual media and Quizizz digital quizzes in enhancing the digital pedagogical competence of junior high school teachers at UPT SMPN 1 and 2 Galesong Selatan. The main problem faced by teachers is the dominance of conventional teaching methods and the low utilization of digital media. The evaluation results showed an average teacher satisfaction score of 4.4 out of 5.0 (very high category). The activity successfully improved teachers’ ability to design engaging and interactive learning media. These findings are consistent with studies by Patto dkk. (2025) and Dewi & Febriyanti (2025), which indicate that the use of Canva and Quizizz effectively increases student engagement and teachers’ digital literacy.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve students’ reading comprehension through the application of the Reading Theatre method. The research employed Classroom Action Research consisting of two cycles conducted with 27 sixth-grade students of SD Negeri Kalukuang, Gowa Regency. Each cycle included planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observation and reading comprehension tests. The results showed an improvement in students’ reading comprehension achievement. In Cycle I, 17 students (62.96%) achieved the minimum mastery criteria, while in Cycle II, the number increased to 23 students (85.19%). These findings indicate that the Reading Theatre method effectively improves reading comprehension skills of sixth-grade students.
