Abstract

Performance can generally be defined as the work results or work achievements of an individual or a group of people in carrying out their duties and responsibilities within an organization or a specific time period. This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and workload on teacher performance at Dayah Harapan Ummat Simpang Mamplam Bireuen. The research method used is quantitative with a census sampling approach, involving 58 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression and was analyzed using SPSS 24 software. The research results show that job satisfaction and workload significantly influence teacher performance. Job satisfaction, reflecting teacher utility, is positively correlated with performance, indicating increased productivity. Managed workload, as a production factor, also positively influences performance, emphasizing efficient allocation of human resources. Simultaneously, both variables explain 78.3% of the variance in teacher performance, demonstrating a significant contribution to the effectiveness of educational organizations. The implications of this research are strategic human resource management in the education sector, focusing on improving job satisfaction and optimizing workload for superior organizational performance. This research provides empirical insights for the development of policies to enhance the quality of education through improved teacher welfare and productivity.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a pleasant or positive emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one's job or work experiences. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and work environment on the job satisfaction of teachers at SMAS Islam Zulkifliyah, Simpang Mamplam Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a census sampling approach, involving 39 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression and was analyzed using SPSS 24 software. The research results show that compensation and work environment, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant influence on teacher job satisfaction. Compensation, which includes salary, allowances, and incentives, as well as a conducive work environment, has been proven to increase teacher job satisfaction. This research concludes that both factors play an important role in creating teacher job satisfaction, which has a positive impact on the quality of education. This research recommends increasing compensation and creating a supportive work environment to enhance teacher job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi supervisi terhadap kepala sekolah dengan pendekatan supervisi klinis untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di UPTD SD Negeri 21 Bireuen yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, warga sekolah di UPTD SD Negeri 21 Bireuen. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan (planning) pada manajemen supervisi klinis kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di UPTD SD Negeri 21 Bireuen yaitu melalui menemukan aspek-aspek prilaku apa dalam proses belajar mengajar yang perlu diperbaiki, mendiagnosis dan membantu memecahkan masalah-masalah pembelajaran.  Pelaksanaan (actuating) pada manajemen supervisi klinis kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di UPTD SD Negeri 21 Bireuen yaitu kepala sekolah secara langsung supervisi kegiatan pendidik dalam melakukan tugas utamanya, mengajar, menggunakan alat, metode dan teknik mengajar, serta observasi secara cermat. Hasil observasi kelas digunakan oleh supervisor bersama pendidik untuk menentukan cara-cara yang paling tepat untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan proses pembelajaran. Evaluasi (controling) pada manajemen supervisi klinis kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di UPTD SD Negeri 21 Bireuen yaitu kepala sekolah memberikan penguatan terhadap penampilan pendidik, mengajak pendidik menelaah tujuan pembelajaran dan aspek pembelajaran yang menjadi fokus perhatian dalam supervisi, dan menanyakan perasaan guru tentang jalannya pembelajaran. Kepala sekolah juga menunjukkan data hasil observasi yang telah dianalisis dan diinterprensentasikan, selanjutnya secara bersama menentukan rencana pembelajaran berikutnya, termasuk kepala sekolah memberikan dorongan moral bahwa pendidik mampu memperbaiki kekurangannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Environmental Service. This type of research uses Quantitative Research. The data analysis method uses Descriptive Analysis Test, Reliability Test, Validity Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The sample in this study were all employees of the Environmental Service office, totaling 56 employees. the results of the study showed that leadership style, motivation and work environment influenced employee performance both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of digital marketing and information quality on purchasing decisions. The design of this study was quantitative descriptive by selecting a sample of 100 visitors to the Caf Zona Nyaman in Bireuen Regency. The results of the study prove that digital marketing and information quality partially, positively and significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions at the Caf Zona Nyaman, and the highest variable that has an influence is information quality.

Abstract

Research shows that repentance can help individuals overcome various mental health problems, such as anxiety, depression, and guilt. Mental health counseling can play an important role in increasing awareness of repentance and assisting individuals in the process of repentance. Purpose of the Study This study aims to understand the role of mental health counseling in increasing awareness of repentance in Islam. This study uses a library research method by reviewing literature related to repentance, mental health, and counseling in the context of Islam. The data sources used include books, scientific journals, and scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that repentance and mental health have a close relationship. Repentance can help individuals achieve optimal mental health, and mental health counseling can assist individuals in the process of repentance. Mental health counseling can help individuals by: Assessing the individual's psychological condition, providing appropriate counseling and guidance services, helping individuals understand the root of their problems, increasing individual self-awareness, developing individual coping skills, strengthening individual faith, helping individuals to make a repentance plan. Conclusion, repentance and mental health counseling are two important elements in achieving optimal mental and spiritual health. By combining the two, individuals can find solutions to the psychological problems they face and live a more positive and meaningful life

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of communication and discipline on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this research was carried out using a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 82 respondents, while the population used in this research were employees of Rantauprapat Regional Hospital, Labuhanbatu Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this research uses SEM-PLS. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that communication on employee performance has a positive and significant effect, communication on motivation has a positive and significant effect, the influence of motivation on employee performance has a positive but not significant effect, discipline on employee performance has a positive and significant effect, discipline has an effect on motivation positively and significantly. Meanwhile, motivation does not mediate the effect of communication on employee performance. And meanwhile motivation also does not mediate the influence of work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of RSU BMC Bireuen employees. The sample in this study was 75 employees at RSU BMC Bireuen. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The research results stated that the work environment and job satisfaction influenced the performance of Labuhanbatu District Health Service employees. The results of this research state that the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-statistic path coefficient value of 6,934 > 1,658 and has a significant value of 0,000 < 0.05 and the Job Satisfaction variable has a significant effect on the Performance of Labuhanbatu Regency Health Service Employees. This is clear from the t-statistical path coefficient value of 1,893 > 1,658 and has a significant value of 0.058 < 0.05. Thus the results of testing the second hypothesis in the research were rejected.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Profitability and Liquidity influence Going Concern Audit Opinions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2023 period. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2021–2023 period. Sampling was carried out using the Purposive Sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data. The results of this research show that the Profitability variable has a significant negative effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion, while the Liquidity variable does not have a significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion. However, the variables Profitability and Liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion.
