Abstract

Tawaeli - Toboli is one of road that oftentimes undergo landslide. Most of these roads are in a mountainous area with steep slope angles . The road conditions worsened, especially the citizen do not know anywhere that is prone to landslides. The purpose of this study was to analyze slope stability using bioengineering methods. This method is used to increase the strength of the soil, and stabilize slopes and reduce erosion on slopes .The primary data for this study were obtained by conducting laboratory tests, including testing of bulk density, moisture content, density and shear testing directly without the influence of vegetation roots and the influence of vegetation roots to get the cohesion (c) and friction angle (ϕ ). Data field conditions include high slope and vegetation types. Analysis of slope stability calculated using the Slope / W. Calculation of earth pressure is calculated using the Rankine and Coulomb theories and calculations of stability against the collapse of the soil bearing capacity is calculated based on the equation Hansen and Vesic .From the results of the analysis showed that the presence of plant roots can increase the value of the cohesion and friction angle of the soil that can contribute to an increased safety factor of slope stability. Slope stability analysis using program Slope/W at the root of the condition without having the stability of the landslide is smaller compared with the conditions of using the roots , the results of the calculation of the shear strength of the soil without roots is smaller than the roots and results of calculations using the stability of the retaining wall retaining wall with the same dimensions at which point I Km 17 ± 300, the cantilever type retaining walls with roots influences security ineligible dimensional slope stability due to the retaining wall is not in accordance with the conditions of soil containing the roots of plants. Increasing the value of cohesion and angle of friction on the ground with roots influences can maintain the stability of the slope. Keywords: retaining walls, bioengineering, landslide

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of advertising and facilities on the decision to stay at the grand hotel dafam Bela Ternate. The sample in this study amounted to 65 respondents. The sampling technique uses non probality sampling technique and the data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis in this study is using multiple regression analysis.  The results of this study  indicate  that  partially  the  Advertising Variables (X1), Facilities (X2), have a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay and simultaneously or together Advertising Variables (X1), Facilities (X2), influence the decision to stay at the Hotel Grand Dafam Bela Ternate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct and indirect effects of experience quality on the intention to revisit, as well as the role of the destination's image as a mediating variable. The sample for this quantitative study consists of 112 domestic travelers who have made more than two trips to Goa Boki Moruru. A questionnaire that combined purposive and incidental sampling methods was used to gather data. Smart Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) version 4.0 is the data analysis technique that is employed. The study's findings show that: (1) experience quality has no bearing on the intention to return; (2) experience quality positively affects the destination's image; (3) the destination's image positively affects the intention to return; and (4) the image of the destination completely mediates the relationship between experience quality and the intention to return

Abstract

This article discusses the important role of teachers in stimulating the emotional development of early childhood through workshops held at PKG PAUD Bayan, North Lombok Regency. By using a data-based and statistical approach, this service aims to provide insight into how appropriate teaching methods can improve children's emotional abilities. The results of the workshop showed a significant increase in teachers' understanding of the importance of children's emotional development, as well as the application of the techniques learned in the teaching and learning process

Abstract

Social science learning is closely related to the interaction between humans and other humans, humans and their environment, and human behavior itself. Social science learning in early childhood has not been included separately in school learning, but social values such as cooperation, respect, sharing, helping, love of the environment in children have been introduced by a teacher through singing or direct activities. The purpose of writing this article is to determine and explain the scope of introducing social sciences to early childhood. Meanwhile, the method for writing this article uses descriptive qualitative and the data collection technique is carried out by conducting a library study or literature study. The findings in this research include the scope of introducing social sciences to early childhood, including loving the environment, collaborating, appreciating, sharing, helping, friendly attitudes, empathy, discipline, sympathy, tolerance and mutual cooperation.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai kewirausahaan, dengan fokus pada kreativitas dan inovasi pada kelompok usaha yang dipimpin oleh ibu-ibu di Kecamatan Weda, Halmahera Tengah. Program ini dilaksanakan oleh tim pascasarjana dari Universitas Khairun dan ditujukan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan keterampilan kewirausahaan dan pengetahuan pemasaran di kalangan pelaku usaha kecil setempat. Kegiatan ini mencakup lokakarya dan sesi pendampingan untuk menyampaikan strategi peningkatan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam pengembangan produk. Melalui sesi interaktif, peserta mempelajari sikap kewirausahaan seperti ketangguhan dan adaptabilitas pasar yang penting untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif dalam bisnis mereka. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap kepercayaan diri peserta dalam keterampilan pengembangan dan pemasaran produk, serta menekankan pentingnya dukungan berkelanjutan dan kerja sama dengan instansi terkait. Program ini menyoroti peran nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dalam mendorong ketahanan ekonomi lokal, khususnya bagi industri kecil yang menghadapi persaingan pasar dan keterbatasan sumber daya.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran akan pentingnya konsep green economy pada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Ternate. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya eksploitasi sumber daya alam tak terbarukan serta rendahnya kesadaran generasi muda mengenai pentingnya menjaga lingkungan. Pelaksanaan PKM berlangsung dari Januari hingga Agustus 2024, melibatkan kerjasama antara tim pelaksana dari Program Pascasarjana Universitas Khairun dan pihak Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat. Kegiatan diawali dengan sosialisasi dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi yang diikuti oleh siswa kelas X dan XI. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep green economy dan penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sosialisasi ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan efek berkelanjutan di mana siswa yang teredukasi dapat menyebarkan informasi kepada keluarga dan teman-teman mereka. Dengan demikian, kesadaran terhadap isu lingkungan dapat tumbuh secara bertahap di kalangan generasi muda. Kendala yang dihadapi selama kegiatan bersifat minimal, berkat kerjasama yang baik antara tim PKM dan pihak sekolah. Rencana tindak lanjut dari kegiatan ini meliputi pengenalan dan pembuatan produk kreatif yang ramah lingkungan sebagai bentuk penerapan green economy di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi katalisator dalam meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan siswa dan memperkuat komitmen mereka dalam menjaga kelestarian alam di masa mendatang.

Abstract

In the world of thrft shops, I isan activity of marketing used goods online or offline, most of these seles are related to the marketing of used goods. The rampant marketing of used goods is one of which is the 1994Squad sales platform. Based on the observations that have been made related to the marketing used on the 1994Squad platform, currently marketing is still carried out directly by conducting bazaar event activities of promoting products online through the Instagram platform, so that it is considered imperfect so hat the used goods marketing mechanism does not apply. Meanwhile, marketing sold through the Instagram platform can result in losses, fraud, over-consumption because users are tempted to buy goods just because the goods offered are cheapher. In addition, problems with marketing using a platform that includes income recapitulation for each purchase that is used are still manual which triggers several errors regarding the sum of income. Due to the occurrence of many problems with thrifting 1994Squad sales, a thrifting sales information system was created. The method used to create this website is in the form of a data collection which includes the interview method and sales system design, while the software development method uses the DSDM approach to the agile method which goes through several stages. In using this method, the steps that must be considered are analizing the problems that occur in 19994Squad sales, the next step is to carry out a needs analysis in marketing make a information system design, then implement or develop software testing. For programming laguages using PHP, Codeigniter, Javascript, and CSS. Using XAMPP as the database. This reseasing has several objectives including increasing efficiency in the sales process, making transctions easier, responsible website users making it easier to get the produt they want at a very friendly price and accessible in various media. The results of this information system designcan change the marketing of used gooda through the Instagram platform by faciliting the sales mechanism, searching for well-known brand products, besides that it can prevent errors in shipping goods and errors in data input on thrifting 1994Squad sales.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green knowledge and green perceived value on purchase intention mediated by green lifestyle on Gen Z tumbler product users in Indonesia. This study was conducted through a quantitative approach with a total sample of 200. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Smart Partial Least Square statistical program. The results of this study prove that: Green knowledge has no effect on purchase intention; Green knowledge has a positive effect on green lifestyle; Green perceived value has a positive effect on purchase intention; Green perceived value has a positive effect on green lifestyle; Green lifestyle has a positive effect on purchase intention; Green knowledge has a positive effect on purchase intention through green lifestyle as a mediating variable; and green perceived value has a positive effect on purchase intention through green lifestyle as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Lifestyle and Green Knowledge on Green Purchase Behaviour with Green Purchase Intention as a mediating variable. The study is motivated by the growing public awareness of environmental issues and the importance of understanding the factors that drive environmentally friendly purchasing behavior. A quantitative approach was used, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the analytical technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents with experience in purchasing eco-friendly products. The results show that lifestyle does not have a direct effect on green purchase behaviour but has a positive effect on green purchase intention. Green knowledge has a positive effect on green purchase behaviour but does not influence green purchase intention. Furthermore, green purchase intention is found to significantly mediate the relationship between lifestyle and green purchase behaviour, but not the relationship between green knowledge and green purchase behaviour. These findings reinforce the importance of building environmentally friendly purchase intentions through consumer lifestyle in order to enhance green purchasing behavior.
