Abstract

Students of the Elementary School have core competencies and basic competencies that must be achieved according to the 2013 curriculum contained in Minister of Education and Culture Regulation number 24 of 2016 concerning Core Competencies and Basic Competencies of Learning in the 2013 Curriculum on Basic Education and Secondary Education. In PERMENDIKBUD number 24 (2018) it is stated that curriculum objectives include four competencies, namely (1) spiritual attitude competency, (2) social attitude, (3) knowledge, and (4) skills. The competency is achieved through extracurricular, curricular and / or extracurricular learning processes. The importance of the correct use of terms in learning materials in schools is one of the important things where in the academic world the use of standard language is a must. In sports and health physical education material which on several occasions uses the term in English, remembering that sports culture originates from a global culture that uses the English term needs to be mastered appropriately by physical and physical education teachers. The questionnaire is used as a data collection tool that uses descriptive quantitative analysis and research data will be obtained from a questionnaire filled out by elementary school PJOK teacher participants in Bangkalan who attended the basic motion material socialization event carried out by the STKIP PGRI Bangkalan sports education study program. Data analysis techniques used by researchers in looking at the percentage of respondents from the questionnaire distributed. Based on the results of the research and discussion above it can be concluded that the understanding of the knowledge of the accuracy of the use of English terminology in the material of large ball games physical and sport education and the results of the analysis have shown that the accuracy of elementary school teachers in using the terminology in English to teach sports the body in elementary school the results are quite good.

Abstract

The learning motivation among students in each learning activity plays a significant role in enhancing student learning achievement in certain subjects. Seeing students less enthusiastic in the learning process, the researcher tried to make learning videos, namely using Animation Videos which were expected to help students become motivated triggering them more enthusiastic in learning. This research is a type of quantitative research, as for the design carried out in this study is true experimental with the type of Pretest-Posttest control group design. Pretest was employed to determine the learning motivation of students, whereas the posttest was used to determine student learning achievement at the end of learning. The data analysis technique in this study used a validity test, reliability test, normality test, and Manova. Based on the results of the Cronbach reliability test, it can be interpreted that the questionnaire is reliable. Based on the output of the normality test, it is known that the significant value is greater than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the questionnaire questions are normally distributed. According to the Manova test, it is known that the value is less than 0.05, which can be concluded that there is a significant effect of using Animation Videos learning media on interest and learning achievement.

Abstract

Orang tua memiliki peran terbesar dalam proses pendidikan anak terutama dirumah, karena saat dalam kandungan hingga lahir ke dunia, anak secara otomatis mengalami pendidikan informal yaitu pendidikan yang di dapat dari orang tua dan lingkungannya. Tingkat pendidikan orang tua dalam mendidik anaknya memiliki tingkatan yang berbeda-beda. Peran orang tua dalam memberikan dukungan berupa fasilitas belajar, perhatian, motivasi dan pengawasan kepada anaknya ikut memberikan andil. Jika anak memiliki fasilitas belajar yang memadai, maka motivasi dalam belajar akan lebih baik yang berdampak pada hasil belajar yang tinggi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dan penghasilan orang tua terhadap motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dan soal dengan responden sebanyak 20 siswa dan sebanyak 20 orang tua siswa. Angket respon siswa digunakan untuk pengambilan data motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa, sedangkan angket respon orang tua digunakan untuk pengambilan data tingkat pendidikan dan penghasilan orang tua. Uji korelasi berganda tingkat pendidikan dan penghasilan orang tua terdapat hubungan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa karena diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,020 < 0,05. Sedangkan tingkat pendidikan dan penghasilan orang tua tidak terdapat hubungan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa karena diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,249 > 0,05.

Abstract

Ancaman wabah Coronavirus Disease 2019 atau Covid-19 melanda Indonesia dan memberikan dampak pada berbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang pendidikan. Sebelum wabah melanda Indonesia, pembelajaran dilakukan secara tatap muka. Namun saat ini, pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi zoom dan whatsapp. Pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan di SDN Mlajah 2 Bangkalan menjadi terhambat karena terkendala jaringan siswa yang berada dilokasi kurang mumpuni untuk kelancaran jaringan, sehingga hal ini menghambat kemampuan berpikir kritis, logis, reflektif, metakognitif, dan berpikir kreatif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran matematika menggunakan aplikasi zoom dan whatsapp dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada masa pandemi dan perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan Aplikasi Zoom dan WhatsApp. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampelmenggunakan teknik “Cluster Sampling” dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 dari kelas Va dan kelas Vb. Variabel pada penelitian ini yaitu variabel independent (Model pembelajaran Zoom dan WhatsApp) dan variabel dependen (hasil belajar). Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan soal tes untuk mendapatkan data tentang hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data berupa uji prasyarat yang terdiri atas uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, dan uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran zoom terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata-rata nilai belajar siswa dari 60,20 menjadi 81,00; (b) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran whatsapp terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata-rata nilai belajar siswa dari 54,60 menjadi 75,80; (c) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan aplikasi Zoom dan WhatsApp siswa kelas V SDN Mlajah 2 Bangkalan Bangkalan yang dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai Sig. yang diperoleh pada Independent Samples Test sebesar 0,005 < 0,05

Abstract

Pada usia dini, anak- anak akan dengan mudah memperoleh pelajaran bahasa Inggris teori second language acquisition. Terkait teknik dan strategi pengajaran, perlu diadakan sesuatu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan Peningkatan pendidkan bagi guru- guru di tingkat Taman kanak- kanak Insan Teladan yang terletak desa Remen Jenu dikota Tuban adalah suatu contoh lokasi pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang di bawah naungan Yayasan Insan Teladan Tuban. Hal ini amat dipandang perlu untuk mengetahui kemampuan bahasa Inggris bagi guru- guru di TK insan teladan tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk : 1) memberikan pelatihan tentang pengajaran English for the young learner; 2) meningkatkan motivasi guru- guru di Tk Insan Teladan di bidang bahasa Inggris; 3) mengembangkan ilmu dalam bidang pendidikan bahasa, 4) meningkatkan kemampuan SDM dalam pengajaran. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Metode pelatihan merupakan upaya mendidik dan melatih mitra agar mampu memahami pelajaran Bhasa Inggris.Hasil di capai adalah : 1) meningkatkan keprofesionalisme seorang guru; 2) memiliki kemampuan dalam bidang bahasa Inggris; 3) mengembangkan model opembelajaran terhadap murid- murid di TK. Insan Teladan. Dengan dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diharapkan bisa memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar bagi guru- guru di Tk. Insan Teladan.

Abstract

The purpose of the activity is to provide direct understanding to teachers regarding the preparation, implementation and evaluation of traditional games and sports schools as an effort to improve the psychomotor skills of special school students. The method used is mentoring and workshops on traditional games and sports. The results of the mentoring activities for traditional games and sports schools as an effort to improve the psychomotor skills of the Keleyan State Special School students in Bangkalan Regency have the aim of combining traditional games in learning. The benefits of traditional games and sports for SLB students include optimizing physical development, stimulating movement skills and increasing endurance that is useful for life. SLB teachers also need to understand the stages in learning traditional games for SLB students. Conclusion: mentoring schools for traditional games and sports has succeeded in helping special schools have the opportunity to improve their psychomotor and moving body functions for their lives.

Abstract

The real research was The Effectiveness Extensive Reading Strategy on the students’ ability in reading comprehension was conducted at The Fifth Semester Students of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan as subject because they have gotten some problem to comprehend the text in Extensive Reading course. In solving their problem, the researcher tried to overcome by introducing Extensive Reading Strategy, because Extensive Reading is one of the strategies that can used to teach vocabulary and extensive reading can enhance student vocabulary, it needs the process of extensive reading in order that students can read more and more. The research was done from Jan 2nd to April15th2023. The population of The Fifth Semester Students in academic year 2020/2021 was 30 students, which consists one classroom. One class were taken as the sample of this research. The experimental quantitative research was applied in this research. The quantitative design, researcher used one class to be experimental group and control groups. The facts showed that T- critical (T- c) value was higher than the t-table on the level 2.024. Therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected and alternative hypothesis was accepted. So, the researcher concluded the alternative was accepted that there was any significant Effectiveness Extensive Reading Strategy on the students’ ability in reading comprehension. The students difficulties of using the Extensive Reading Strategy on the students’ ability based on the minimal passing grade the students that 30 points or 30% was low did not get pass the minimal passing grade and the students got above passed of the minimal passing grade 70%, it means that there was The Effective Extensive Reading Strategy on the students’ ability in reading comprehension was succeeded.

Abstract

Blended learning is an important learning model application for today's needs, with meetings through e-learning and face-to-face. Basically, the purpose of this research is to observe carefully and then carry out a thorough discussion of the application of learning activities using the blended learning method, which is linked and linked to interest in learning PJOK. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a survey method. The sample used is the students of SMAN 2 Bangkalan class X, with as many as 103 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed online at the school. The data were then analyzed using percentage calculations. Based on the research results, most of them are categorized as very low 9%, low 19%, moderate 45%, high 22%, and very high 5%. The results of this research can be interpreted that the implementation of learning using a blended learning approach to interest in learning PJOK subjects is moderate. The conclusion is that the implementation of blended learning is in the medium category, which means that it is not very interesting for students in PJOK subjects. Improving facilities as learning support using a blended learning approach to increase interest in PJOK subjects is a suggestion that can be given from research results.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of using visual aids on students' understanding of Civics in Class V at UPTD SD Negeri Patenteng 4, Modung District. The research adopts a quantitative approach and includes all fifth-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri Patenteng 4 as the population, totaling 16 students, consisting of 7 female and 9 male students. The study is conducted at UPTD SD Negeri Patenteng 4, Modung District. Data collection techniques involve observation, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The data is analyzed through validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, and paired simple T-Test. The results of the hypothesis analysis indicate that the student's learning outcomes improved after utilizing visual aids in the learning process. The average pre-test score was 68.13, while the average post-test score was 85.88, suggesting a significant increase in learning outcomes. The statistical analysis in IMB SPSS v21.0 revealed a significance value of 0.000, indicating that using visual aids significantly impacts student understanding, facilitating their mastery of the subject matter and enhancing the meaningfulness of the learning process.

Abstract

Ombul is the name of village which is located in the Arosbaya- Bangkalan Madura sub-district. The people in the village of Ombul have a livelihood by farming, traders, porters and overseas migrants (TKI). Community awareness about children's education is very lacking, this is due to the lack of information on technology from outside which is very minimal. The lack of motivation that exists in every family is very influential, especially the family environment and the surrounding community. Therefore, we, as PKM proponents, are planning a work program, namely Tutoring and Reading Cottages which synergize with the village administration and nearby schools to help people who have children to become students to participate in the program. With this work program, it is hoped that the village community will be able to better understand and increase self-awareness of the importance of education. The results achieved are: 1) increasing the ability to learn a material according to the level of education; 2) have the ability to read a sentence and 3) assistance is still needed so that it can develop and be followed up by partners with the closest school
