Credit is the provision of loan money based on an agreement or loan agreement between the creditor and other parties. Credit is made after an agreement is reached between the bank or creditor and the debtor or credit recipient in which there are rights and obligations of each party. Usually banks or financial services are willing to provide loans if the debtor provides his assets as collateral or collateral to ensure the smooth running of his debt. The assessment of the guarantee or collateral must be carried out objectively and apply the precautionary principle. The estimated market value (market value) of the collateral must be based on real market data so as not to harm the creditor. To assist the lender in analyzing the market value of the collateral submitted by the debtor, the author uses the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method by using several criteria including the status of documents/collateral letters, asset allocation, road conditions, locations and several other factors. From the results of the analysis using the MOORA method on the market value of the collateral submitted by the debtor, there is a difference with the market value circulating in the community. The results of this analysis can also be used as a reference in making a decision whether or not the object of the collateral submitted is appropriate to the amount of the loan being submitted. Application is an indispensable necessity at this time. A company or agency requires the role of information technology in terms of data management, one of which is the management of records. Archive is a recording of activities or events in various forms and media in accordance with the development of information and communication technology created and received by state institutions, regional governments, educational institutions, companies, political organizations and others that support the smooth operation of a company or agency. Information technology systems are needed to speed up the work process, reduce material waste, facilitate management so that archived data is well and regularly maintained in a system, and when data is needed can be found easily and quickly. With the development of increasingly sophisticated technology in the current era of globalization, we need a system that can facilitate all problems. The archiving problem can be overcome by having an application that can be used by the case administrator. Application for archiving that can be reached anywhere while being needed by the case administrator. The application can also make it easier to find data that is needed. At this writing will also explain the stages of research, starting from the analysis process, planning and implementing.

The purpose of community service activities is to implement the “Tri Dharma” of Higher Education as well as to contribute ideas and transfer technology to teaching staff at SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara Medan. This service activity was carried out for 2 days, with Video Recording and Video Editing Training materials. The topics given in this training are making video editing media and online learning content. The material given is the use of Filmora X software in video editing, and video recording techniques. This topic is very much needed in order to equip teachers in preparing and delivering subject matter during this COVID-19 pandemic. This topic was deliberately chosen considering that currently teachers are having difficulties in delivering subject matter face-to-face.

Era Revolusi industri 4.0 saat ini muncul sektor ekonomi digital yang melengkapi sektor ekonomi konvensional (non - digital) yang telah ada sebelumnya. Ekonomi digital banyak diartikan sebagai kegiatan ekonomi yang menggunakan teknologi digital dimana transaksi dilaksanakan melalui internet. Layaknya kegiatan ekonomi pada umumnya yang sangat membutuhkan infrastruktur untuk tumbuh, berkembang dan maju. Kondisi masyarakat di daerah yang pada umumnya belum begitu familiar dengan internet sebagai salah satu pendukung kegitatan UMKM. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat wilayah perbatasan adalah melalui pemberdayaan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Hadirnya teknologi informasi (TI) mengubah cara dalam bisnis dengan memberikan peluang dan tantangan baru bagi pengembangan UMKM. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan cara pemanfaatan TI dalam pengembangan UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mix method yaitu pengumpulan data dan menganalisis data serta perpaduan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif melalui beberapa fase proses penelitian. Hasil pengabdian ini, secara umum dapat digambarkan bahwa penggunaan TI di kalangan pelaku UMKM di Lumban Pea Timur Kab. Toba Samosir dimana relatif masyarakat sudah baik dalam hal kemampuan para pelaku usaha mengoperasikan komputer maupun dalam hal mengakses internet. Dikarenakan pemanfaatan komputer dan internet untuk mendukung pengelolaan atau manajemen UMKM mereka pada umumnya relatif masih rendah. Hasil penelitian ini juga sangat jelas menggambarkan bahwa persoalan tingkat pendidikan pelaku UMKM sangat berkorelasi dengan kemampuan mereka memanfaatkan TI sebagai sarana pendukung pengelolaan UMKM.

Technological progress greatly affects several activities, especially in the field of work, where all work processes have used technology that further speeds up work and saves time. But in managing inventory in CV Bandung Jaya warehouse, the process of entering and leaving the goods is still recorded in the stock book, so many warehouse records and workmanship must be long and irregular, besides there is no coding for old and new items in the warehouse resulting in the warehouse clerk not knowing the items that were first sold were useful for maintaining the quality of the goods. therefore the writer takes the FIFO method (first in first out) on the research on the supply of goods at CV Bandung Jaya, because the FIFO method (first in first out) is the item that first enters, the item will first be sold, the system will make coding specifically on goods in warehouse. In addition, the system will produce more effective and accurate goods management reports.

Medicine stores are services for products and services related to buyer satisfaction. Recording data that still uses books causes data recording to be less accurate. In addition, the problem that often occurs in a medicine store is that there is expired medicine that is not known quickly because there is no notification, and if you want to find out the existing stock you must look for one by one on the medicine stock card. The medicine inventory information system at Anugerah Jaminpa medicine store is needed as a means of containing medicine data information, stock data information, employee data information, supplier data information, sales data information, purchase data information and reports.

Indah Mandiri Sari is a company engaged in the payment of electricity in collaboration with PT. PLN. This company uses a system manually on the payroll of its employees. Where in the application of this payroll system there are several problems. There are obstacles that occur, namely in terms of calculating salaries, fines, loans, allowances, and salary reports that must be recalculated from each employee, and the storage of payroll files requires more space. With the above reasons, the authors provide an alternative solution to the problem by creating a systematic and computerized employee payroll information system. This paper will also explain the stages of work, starting from the analysis, planning, design process using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2007. The purpose of this study is to build an information system that will help the employee payroll process to reduce errors in making salary reports. employees. With this employee payroll information system will be able to minimize the constraints that occurred in the previous system and assist in the completion of employee salary reports and reports are stored properly.

Sibolga Motor Medan is an individual owned workshop business engaged in repair services and the sale of motorbike spare parts, the business activities are still manual systems and have not used a computer system. To improve the performance of the motorbike workshop, a motorbike workshop data management information system will be designed using a design based on Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2010. The system built will be able to produce customer data information, service data, spare parts inventory data, service transaction management data and parts sales. motorbike repair shop spare parts can also make reports easier and more efficient, provide accurate, relevant, timely information and can facilitate computerized transactions from consumers to the repair shop. Collection of the requirements needed in designing the information system at the Sibolga Motor workshop by the author through interviews and observations. Furthermore, the author will design a system related to the design of a motorbike workshop data processing information system using database and interface design.
