Abstract

The implementation of management of village-owned companies must touch the community through the utilization of existing potential in the village with the aim of improving the economy of the local village community. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of management of village-owned enterprises in the rae village of north beo district talaud island regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation and data collection with documents to see how the implementation of management of village-owned enterprises in the rae village of north beo district talaud island regency. The researcher used four indicators, namely: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Based on the results of this study it was stated that the implementation of management of village-owned enterprises in the rae village of north beo district talaud island regency had not been effective and efficient, because the planned program has not been in accordance with the needs of the village community in general, organizing that is not in accordance with the needs of the business entity, actuating carried out in the conduct of business activities is not maximum, and controlling was not optimal. Thus It can be concluded that the achievement of the objektives of implementation of management of village-owned enterprises in the rae village of north beo district talaud island regency it was not effetive and efficient.Keywords: Implementation, Management, Of Village, Business Entities.

Abstract

In any case, however we can not be shifted from the fact that the face of life as it is today, partlydetermined by existing human resources. For, as we already know, most of the future is determined by humanactions. What we do today, significantly affects the face tomorrow. Feels or does not present the progress of scienceand technology (Science and Technology) has been so rapid. Communication of information has brought progressand changes in all fields, especially the progress of the quality of Human Resources to create a skilled, competent,skilled cultured and virtuous in the face of opportunities and challenges in the future. Therefore, the research is theRegional Government Strategy in Improving Quality of Human Resources in the West District of Manokwariregency Manokwari, West Papua Province.This study uses qualitative research method using data analysis techniques SWOT. Analysis of internalFator produce factors strengths and weaknesses. Strength (Strengths) that repon The High Society, SpecialAutonomy Fund The Big and The Big Local Revenue. Weaknesses (Weakness) that low levels of education, lack ofguidance and Labor Productivity Development, Lack of Infrastructures, lack of experts and lack of attention fromthe Government. External factors result in opportunities adann threat factor. Opportunity Factors (Opportunities),namely the Advancement of Technology and Natural Resource Rich. Abstract

ABSTACK: This research Along with the reform era, the organization of local government to change with the implementation of regional autonomy widely, real, and responsible. Based on the results of the initial observations indicate that tingka outcomes on development in villages in the subdistrict Pineleng not optimal. This condition can be observed from the socio-economic conditions / livelihood of people is still relatively low, where the number of underprivileged families are still quite high, while the Tertiary participation and independence of the community also showed a similar reality.This type of research used is descriptive and explanatory survey by using quantitative and qualitative approach, which aims to obtain an overall picture of the mapping and the benefits of social capital for the success of rural development in the district Pineleng Minahasa district ..Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it is known that the social capital variables are at low and medium categories are respectively 34.34%, followed by the category of "high" of 31.31%. Meanwhile, variaDbel success of rural development in the category of "low" tend to be moderate, amounting to 44.44% and 43.43%, and only 12.12% are categorized high. Statistical analysis showed that the hypothesis that social capital of rural communities and a significant positive effect on the success of rural development in the District Pineleng Minahasa regency.Keywords: Effects of Social Capital Rural Communities Against Rural Development Success In District Pineleng Minahasa District.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research moved from the fundamental problems, namely: the extent to whichemployees of the Performance Role Head office Head Sario Manado city districts. Thus, this studyaims: to know the effect on the Role of Employee Performance Head Head office Sario Manado citydistricts. This study uses a quantitative approach to the application of descriptive and explanatory.Data and information collected through a technical questionnaire distributed to 26 respondents, andequipped with observation and interview techniques (Interview), then analyzed by applying thetechniques of frequency table analysis, product moment correlation and simple linear regression.Based on the analysis, it is known that: a descriptive analysis results through analysistechnique table (frequency table) it is known that the distribution of respondents to variable EmployeeRole in the category "medium" to "low", but dominant categorized "medium" or medium with themean average performance of 60.57%, while the Employee performance varies from moderate to high,but tends to be in the category of "moderate" with an average performance of 66.15%.Thus, it can be concluded that the role of employee positive and significant impact onperformance and be contributive Head. This means that empirically Role of Employees contributesignificantly and substantially to the Head of Performance, particularly the sub-district office SarioManado city districts.Keywords: The role of employees, Head of Performance

Abstract

The communication of the Soatobaru village government in the implementation of development wasimportant among all parties involved in the village development effort, especially between the villagegovernment and the community. Dissemination of development information that has been carried out untilnow is carried out through communication media from communicators to communicants, both thosehandled by the village government and the media. In the concept of communication, a communicator hereplays a very important role, why? Because a Communicator must have good communication skills so that acommunicant can capture messages quickly and accurately. In implementing village development forvillage-scale local authority, the village government needs to carry out development stages which include;Planning, Budgeting, Implementation, Reporting, Monitoring and Monitoring. Reliable indicators areknowledgeable communicators. Abstract

ABSTRACT :Village Consultative Body (BPD) is one of the perpetrators of PNPM Rural in the village which serves as the agency that oversees the process of each stage desa.Tujuan PNPM Rural in this study to determine how the function of BPD supervision of the implementation of PNPM Rural Village Kalasey One Subdistrict Mandolang Minahasa.The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The focus of research is supervision of BPD at the planning and implementation stages of PNPM Mandiri in the village. Informants were taken from perpetrators PNPM Rural Village Kalasey One, entirely as many as 10 people. Data collection techniques used were interviews. Data analysis technique used is descriptive-qualitative analysis interactive model of Miles and Hubernann.Based on research results ditariki conclusions: (1). BPD supervisory functions in the planning activities of PNPM Rural done fairly well, namely through the activity of BPD in every stage of the planning of activities ranging from the preparation and dissemination of early, stage of planning at the village and district. (2) The oversight function of BPD at the stage of implementation of PNPM Mandiri in the village is quite well done is through the activity of BPD in each stage of the start of the preparatory meetings implementation in the village, distribution and use of funds, procurement of labor, materials and tools, monitoring and evaluate progress on implementation of activities in the field, and village meetings for accountability by the implementation team.Based on the results of this penellian then it can be recommended some suggestion that: although PNPM Mandiri is no longer there, but the results achieved must be maintained and preserved to support the efforts penanggunglangan poverty. For that BPD oversight function to be needed in the maintenance and preservation of the results of PNPM Mandiri.Keywords: Monitoring, BPD, PNPM Mandiri.

Abstract

Center Nusa Nipa Tabukan and what are the factors that hinder the implementationprocesspolicy.for answer the problem in this study , the data collection was conducted through interviewswith 13 informants consisting of : 1 person holder of a health program in PHC Nipa , health center employeesNipa 4 , 5 community health card holders , 3 poor people are not holding a health card . In general , almostall indicators of a health policy implementation programs organized by relevant agencies has been goodenough . Referring to the findings in this study , it is necessary to give some suggestions , as follows : PolicyJAMKESNAS program should be This study aims to determine how the implementation of a health programin the District Health implemented to the fullest to the public especially disadvantaged communitiesspecifically , so that people can feel satisfaction in the good and excellent service from the staff and can feelthe benefits of a health program and health services provided puskesmas.thenofficers should be enhanced because it is still found some weaknesses , especially in terms of providing healthcard to the people who have not been targeted and more in priority vehicle for patient referrals . Abstract

The placement of a Civil State Apparatus on structural position is a process which is very decisive in getting competent employees in their fields, because the exact placement in the proper positions will be able to help a the Agency in achieving the expected objectives. Placement is one of the important aspects in the human resources planning process, as it relates to efficiency and fairness. This research aims to find out how the placement of the Civil State Apparatus on structural position in the service of Social Government Talaud Islands. This research uses qualitative research methods. Based on the results of the study found that education, knowledge, skills, experience and age factor of a Civil State Apparatus became a benchmark in placing employees on structural position in the service of Social Government Talaud Islands. The Basic Social Service should be more effective and efficient in putting employees on structural position.Keywords: Placement, Structural Position, Civil State Apparatus.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the influence of job placement on the performance of civil state apparatus in the sub-district of Singkil, city of Manado. This research uses quantitative method. Respondents in this study numbered 56 civil state apparatus in sub-district of Singkil, city of Manado. Instrument and data collection techniques used are questionnaires and assisted by interviews and observation. Analytical techniques used for testing the hypothesis is the analysis of correlation coefficient and simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21.0 data processing program. Based on the results of this study work placements have a significant effect on the performance of ASN in the sub-district of Singkil, city of Manado. This can be seen from the t-test results In Table Table Coefficients a job placement value of 0.00 <0,05 so H0 is rejected, which means work placement partially significant effect on ASN performance variable In the sub-district office of Singkil, city of Manado. If incorporated into a simple regression equation then the value is Y = 15.845 + 0.562 X + e, with the value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0,554. This number indicates that the relationship between the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y) in the "moderate" category of employee placement on ASN performance as suggested by Sugiyono is at intervals (0.00 to 0.199), and the correlation coefficient of determination (R2 ) Obtained is 0.307 which shows that the effect of work placement on ASN performance is 30.7%Keywords: Job placement, ASN performance, sub-district of Singkil, city of Manado
