Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi, khususnya Artificial Intelligence (AI), mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan dan menuntut guru memiliki kompetensi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan terstruktur dan pendampingan kepada guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al Munawah Tangerang terkait integrasi AI dalam pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian konsep dasar AI, workshop berbasis praktik, simulasi penerapan AI dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, serta evaluasi implementasi di kelas. Guru diperkenalkan pada berbagai platform AI yang mendukung perencanaan pembelajaran, asesmen, dan personalisasi pengalaman belajar peserta didik. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan literasi digital dan kapasitas pedagogis guru dalam memanfaatkan AI secara efektif dan berkelanjutan, serta mendorong terbentuknya komunitas guru inovatif. Program ini berpotensi menjadikan Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al Munawah Tangerang sebagai contoh penerapan AI di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

The EfficientDet method, which is implemented on the Raspberry Pi for real-time detection in resource-constrained contexts, is the basis for the smart home security system presented in this study.  The system integrates CCTV cameras, motion sensors, and detectors to identify and classify objects, sending notifications via WhatsApp via the Twilio API.  The EfficientDet-D0 model achieves an accuracy of 94.8%, an average processing time of 45 ms, and a memory usage of about 850 MB.  When compared to moving individuals or non-human things, testing shows that stationary human items have a higher detection accuracy.  Notifications are transmitted roughly every three seconds, with an average latency of 1.4 to 1.8 seconds.  The suggested method provides object recognition, real-time monitoring, and configuration flexibility in contrast to traditional IoT-based systems.  These results highlight the potential of EfficientDet as a reliable and adaptable solution for home security.  Future improvements include improving accuracy in a variety of environmental conditions and implementing adaptive learning.

Abstract

Solid waste management in Galuga Village is still largely dependent on manual sorting practices, resulting in low sorting efficiency and limited community participation. This community service program aims to support source-level waste segregation through the implementation of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)–based automatic waste sorting system that can be operated independently by the community. The activity was conducted using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, emphasizing active community involvement in the design, utilization, and evaluation of the system. The implementation results indicate that the developed AI system achieved a highest validation accuracy of 93.37%, enabling faster and more consistent waste sorting compared to manual methods. Furthermore, observations and questionnaire results from the initial pilot implementation show improved community understanding and acceptance of waste segregation practices, as well as increased readiness to adopt the system in daily activities. These findings suggest that integrating AI technology with a participatory approach has the potential to enhance the effectiveness of community-based waste management and may be further developed as a sustainable technology empowerment model at the village level.

Abstract

Limited digital infrastructure and low financial management capacity hinder the development of home-based businesses operated by members of the Independent Single Parent Community (KSPM) in Belendung Village, Tangerang City. Most members did not maintain structured financial records and relied solely on WhatsApp for marketing due to unstable internet access. This community service program aimed to enhance business capacity through the provision of a Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON)-based fiber-optic internet connection, digital bookkeeping training, and mentoring in Artificial Intelligence (AI)-assisted marketing. The program was implemented using a participatory empowerment approach, including infrastructure deployment, six training sessions, and post-training mentoring. Evaluation was conducted through questionnaires, observation, and turnover monitoring. The results show that 70% of participants adopted digital bookkeeping practices after the intervention, and the majority demonstrated improved skills in utilizing AI applications to produce more attractive product photos and promotional materials. Economically, 80% of participants reported an average turnover increase of approximately 5%, while 20% experienced an increase of 10% or more. These findings indicate that integrating digital infrastructure support with technology-based capacity building contributes positively to business management and marketing performance among single-parent entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Kesiapan kerja dan pemahaman terhadap etika profesional sejak dini menjadi aspek penting dalam pendidikan menengah atas,khususnya di tingkat sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK). Transformasi industri dan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, lulusanSMK tidak hanya dituntut untuk menguasai keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga memiliki nilai-nilai integritas, tanggung jawab, sertakemampuan berpikir kritis dan manajemen waktu yang baik. Dunia kerja modern membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang tidak hanyaterampil, tetapi juga mampu mengambil keputusan etis dan bekerja secara kolaboratif dalam tim. Solusi untuk hal tersebut daladilakukan melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kolaborasi tim dosen dan mahasiswa dari perguruan tinggimenyelenggarakan workshop bertema “Kesiapan Kerja dan Etika Profesional” yang ditujukan kepada siswa SMK. Kegiatan inidirancang dengan metode interaktif yang memadukan penyampaian materi, diskusi, serta studi kasus langsung yang relevandengan situasi dunia kerja. Selain memberikan pemahaman konseptual, peserta juga diajak untuk mengidentifikasi tantangandan potensi diri, serta menyusun rencana pengembangan karier secara sistematis. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanyapeningkatan antusiasme dan kesadaran peserta terhadap pentingnya etika kerja dan efisiensi waktu. Kegiatan ini tidak hanyamemberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna bagi siswa, tetapi juga memberikan wawasan baru bagi tenaga pendidik dalammengembangkan kurikulum yang mendukung kesiapan kerja dan pembentukan karakter profesional peserta didik. Para siswaantusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan dan mendapatkan wawasan mengenai keahlian soft skills di dunia kerja.
