Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Dividend per Share (DPS), Earning per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2014-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2014-2017 yaitu sebanyak 48 perusahaan. Setelah dilakukan seleksi menurut metode purposive sampling pada populasi, maka terdapat 12 perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor Property dan Real Estate yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi Linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan Software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) Versi 21 dan Microsoft Excel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Dividend per Share (DPS), Earning per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode tahun 2014-2017

Abstract

Esports activities are developing very rapidly, encouraging the people’s desire to build its distinctive building, an esports arena to support its activity. However, there is no specific spatial form for planning the main room’s interior of esports arena, especially in coastal areas. The absence of guidelines to be applied can lead to less ergonomic spatial planning. This research applies the mixed descriptive method by collecting primary data of questionnaire and secondary data of existing buildings from any official information source as the object of research analysis. With digital information source, source triangulation method is used to identify an ergonomic layout and furniture form to be used by the player and audience within the esports arena building in the coastal zone. The result of this study provides an overview of ergonomic layout and furniture form that can be applied to planning the coastal esports arena building.

Abstract

Making decisions in giving positions to employees is important because it can affect the company's progress; the assignment itself has several types, one of which is the provision of promotions and demotions to employees. In this study, a decision support system was developed to determine employee positions by providing demotions or promotions to employees working at PT SCI using the web-based Fuzzy AHP (FAHP) method. The results are that employees in the top four ranks will get promotions, and employees with high positions but not in the top four will be demoted. The data collected is PT SCI's employee data. The results of this research are decision-making applications using the FAHP methods, which can help simplify and speed up the determination of employee demotions and promotions.

Abstract

Kehandalan alat riset Conjoint Analysis di bidang ilmu psikologi dan ekonometri menjadikan penggunaannya semakin dikenal luas, termasuk dalam riset kuantitatif arsitektural. Pengembangan Conjoint Analysis dalam riset arsitektural memanfaatkan informasi bergambar pada atributnya untuk membantu menilai preferensi dan perilaku pengguna atas produk arsitektur. Gambar memberikan nilai informasi lebih daripada verbal dan menjadi keunggulan tersendiri dalam hal validitas data. Ulasan ini bermaksud mendeskripsikan penerapan Conjoint Analysis yang memanfaatkan gambar pada atributnya melalui perbandingan empat preseden studi kasus riset yang dipilih di bidang Arsitektur, teknologi bangunan, dan teknik bangunan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan informasi bergambar yang digunakan bersama dengan data tertulis menolong menegaskan maksud informasi dalam kuesioner.

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan Islam, sudah tentu peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan guru Bimbingan dan Konseling akan disebut-sebut dalam masalah perilaku atau akhlak peserta didiknya. Akhlak merupakan topik yang mendapat perhatian lebih, terutama dalam bidang bimbingan dan nasehat. Karena akhlak merupakan cerminan kemanusiaan. Tidak hanya nilai akhlak, tetapi juga nilai akidah dan nilai ibadah. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode kualitatif. Metode kualitatif sendiri adalah metode yang digunakan untuk meneliti sebuah objek alamiah. Peneliti disini berperan sebagai instrument kunci dan pengumpulan data beserta analisisnya bersifat induktif. Hasil penelitian kualitatif menekankan makna daripada generalisasi. Tempat penelitian yang diteliti adalah SMP Tri Budi Mulia Palembang. Adapun pemilihan tersebut untuk mencari tahu bagaimana peran seorang guru agama dan guru BK dalam menanamkan pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam, Permasalahan siswa-siswi SMP Tri Budi Mulia Palembang berdasarkan hasil wawancara mengenai permasalahan yang menjadi bimbingan konseling dengan guru BK dan guru agama di SMP Tri Budi Mulia Palembang, terdapat dua permasalahan utama yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Adapun permasalahan- permasalahan tersebut adalah rendahnya tingkat kejujuran dan kurangnya kedisiplinan. Permasalahan yang demikian ini merupakan tantangan zaman modern yang harus dihadapi dan diselesaikan oleh para pendidik. Penanggulangan permasalahan ini haruslah dengan cara yang bersifat tersistematisasi. SMP Tri Budi Mulia Palembang menggunakan Ajaran Islam pada hakikatnya diungkapkan dari konsep Islam yang paling mendasar dan mendasar, yaitu keyakinan terhadap keesaan Allah. Dalam ajaran Islam, pendidikan agama Islam sangat penting bagi siswa. Pendidikan agama Islam adalah upaya sadar dan terencana untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik agar mengetahui, memahami, menghayati, mengimani, bertakwa dan berakhlak mulia dalam mengamalkan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Technology use is really reflected in games. Every year, there is evidence to suggest that the evolution of video games has a huge impact on society. The advent of online games has made it possible for an infinite number of players to play these games simultaneously at the same time. Among them is the MOBA-style game Mobile Legends, which is playable on smartphones. In the classic 5v5 battle game Mobile Legends, players must devise a plan of attack in order to win each match and advance to the next round. Moreover, the Mobile Legends game is a team game that involves more than one person who is required to have the same vision and mission when in a match to achieve victory. However, due to a lack of language and speech, player-to-player communication is frequently hindered and misinterpreted. This is one of the negative things that must be avoided during matches because it can have a fatal effect that ends in defeat for the team. This is an example of the lack of communication strategies experienced by communities and teams that compete professionally. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods using a case study approach. The results of this research are that planning communication strategies and conveying information between members is very influential in increasing the winning percentage in a match. Penggunaan teknologi sangat tercermin dalam game. Setiap tahun, terdapat bukti yang menunjukkan bahwa evolusi video game berdampak besar pada masyarakat. Munculnya game online telah memungkinkan pemain dalam jumlah tak terbatas untuk memainkan game-game ini secara bersamaan pada waktu yang sama. Diantaranya adalah game ala MOBA Mobile Legends yang bisa dimainkan di smartphone. Dalam game pertarungan klasik 5v5 Mobile Legends, pemain harus menyusun rencana serangan agar dapat memenangkan setiap pertandingan dan melaju ke babak berikutnya. Terlebih lagi permainan Mobile Legends merupakan permainan tim yang melibatkan lebih dari satu orang yang dituntut memiliki visi dan misi yang sama ketika dalam suatu pertandingan untuk mencapai kemenangan. Namun, karena kurangnya bahasa dan ucapan, komunikasi antar pemain sering kali terhambat dan disalahartikan. Ini merupakan salah satu hal negatif yang harus dihindari saat bertanding karena bisa berakibat fatal yang berujung pada kekalahan bagi tim. Hal ini merupakan contoh kurangnya strategi komunikasi yang dialami oleh komunitas dan tim yang bersaing secara profesional. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan strategi komunikasi dan penyampaian informasi antar anggota sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan persentase kemenangan dalam suatu pertandingan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the correlation between organizational learning, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. Data were collected through a questionnaire from 194 teachers at private schools in Batam City and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that organizational learning, motivation, and work discipline influence teachers' job satisfaction, while motivation and work discipline positively affect teacher performance. Organizational learning does not directly impact teacher performance. Job satisfaction does not serve as a significant mediator between the independent variables and teacher performance, as the influence of job satisfaction on performance may be affected by other more dominant factors, such as specific aspects of the work environment and individual conditions not measured in this study.

Abstract

Beyond gynecological issues, women with endometriosis have a significant risk of cardiac outcomes. Despite this evidence, the extent and mechanisms of the association remain unclear. The aim of this study was to evaluate the association between endometriosis and the incidence of cerebro-cardiovascular disorders. Using preferred reporting items for systematic review and meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, seven databases were searched as of October 14, 2024, for observational studies assessing the association between endometriosis and cerebro-cardiovascular disorders. The main outcome was major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular event (MACCE) while the secondary outcomes included all-cause mortality, cerebrovascular accident (CVA), ischemic heart disease (IHD), myocardial infarction (MI), arrhythmia, and heart failure (HF). Bias was assessed with the risk of bias in non-randomized studies of exposures (ROBINS-E) tool. Odds ratios with 95% confidence interval (CI) were calculated using random-effects meta-analysis. Evidence certainty was evaluated using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) approach. Robustness was assessed via sensitivity analyses and trial sequential analysis (TSA). Out of 3,141 studies, nine cohort studies encompassing 1,670,589 women (follow-up 7–28 years) were included. Endometriosis was associated with 24% higher odds of MACCE incidence (95%CI: 1.18–1.31, moderate certainty). In addition, having endometriosis increased the odds of CVA by 49% (95%CI: 1.20–1.85, high certainty), IHD by 64% (95%CI: 1.31–2.05, low certainty), MI by 53% (95%CI: 1.18–1.98, high certainty), arrhythmias by 24% (95%CI: 1.12–1.37, high certainty), and HF by 13% (95%CI: 1.03–1.25, high certainty). Endometriosis did not significantly associate with all-cause mortality. Sensitivity analyses and TSA reinforced all of these findings. In conclusion, endometriosis was significantly associated with increased odds of cerebro-cardiovascular disorders. Future research should clarify the underlying mechanisms and develop targeted prevention strategies.

Abstract

Rabies remains a lethal zoonotic disease, claiming over 60,000 lives annually. Despite medical advancements, inadequate treatment and lack of awareness contribute to persistently high mortality rates. To enhance public education and engagement in rabies prevention, this study develops an educational game, “Survival Horror: Rabies Outbreak.” The game integrates a 3D isometric survival horror experience with real-world information on rabies transmission, prevention, and emergency responses. Players assume the role of a police officer delivering anti-rabies vaccines to infected residents while evading aggressive rabid animals. The game employs the A* (A Star) Pathfinding algorithm to enhance enemy AI, allowing dynamic and optimized pursuit behavior, thereby increasing realism and challenge. Beta testing with 10 respondents demonstrated that 60% of users rated the game positively, confirming its effectiveness as both an educational tool and an engaging survival-horror experience. The integration of AI-driven pathfinding with gamified learning provides a novel approach to public health education, offering an immersive method for raising awareness and fostering initiative-taking rabies prevention measures.

Abstract

Consumer problem solving in business aspects can be solved in two ways, namely through the mechanism at BPSK and the Court. Problem solving through BPSK takes a mediation approach and prioritizes good faith and voluntariness. Efforts to resolve problems through the Court prioritize the mediation process first, if peace is not achieved, it will be continued to the trial process and the issuance of a decision from the trial, the power of the court's decision has strong legal authority. So in this study, it is worth examining the comparison of the effectiveness of resolving consumer problems through BPSK and the Court. This research is a normative legal research, legal research based on literacy materials in the form of books, journals, legal theories and laws and regulations that are developing in society and using a comparative concept approach by comparing or comparing one of the legal institutions.
