Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology that runs dynamically, then this has a lot to give a significant effect on the field of property. Utilization of electrical energy is currently less effective because many household electronic appliances that use electrical energy and its use is very excessive. Excessive use of electrical energy will cause electrical energy to be scarce. Technological developments such as smart phones that have many innovations to overcome the problem of use or electricity savings. Electrical switches can be replaced by using a relay and controlled via a microcontroller connected to a pre-programmed smart phone. With the existence of Ethernet shield equipment that can communicate with the microcontroller through serial communication with the command communication on / off switch via a smart phone with wireless connection to the Ethernet shield equipment is a solution to overcome the switch electrical switch, android-based smart phone that has been programmed lamp control can turn off or turn on home lights with distance to the range of available wifi connections.

Abstract

Various types of government programs in poverty alleviation efforts have been widely implemented, but the assistance that reached the hands of the people has not been in accordance with what is expected. One reason is that the determination of the status of poor families as beneficiaries has not been optimal, so that in providing poverty assistance has not been well targeted. Application Development Decision Support System Determination of Poor Family is made by the method used in determining the decision is the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The results of the assessment conducted by the system are given poverty status such as Very Poor, Poor, Vulnerable Poor and Not Poor. SAW method is chosen because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with the ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternatives referred to are families categorized as poor families based on the criteria specified. With the ranking process, the assessment will be more precise because it is based on predetermined criteria and weights, so it will get more accurate results for anyone who is categorized as poor. These results can then form the basis for the TPK (Poverty Reduction Team) team of Tamanmartani villages to determine which families are entitled to receive government funding so that the distribution of aid is targeted.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a study to analyze public opinions, sentiments, evaluations, attitudes, and emotions towards services, products, public issues, organizations, general topics, etc. Sentiment analysis is a computational research of various opinions and emotionsexpressed textually and opinions in the form of text can be obtained through social media such as Twitter. The Malioboro area as one of the famous tourist destinations in Yogyakarta has pedestrian facilities for visitors. In the area, there are many pedestrian facilities including pedestrian paths, sidewalks, zebra crossings and parking. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the use of the pedestrian area in Malioboro based on opinions on Twitter. This study uses the Sentistrength method. The results shows that from 3,572 Tweet data from 2016 to 2020, the results of Positive sentiment are 55.81%, the results of Neutral sentiment are 36.18% and the results of negative sentiment are 8.01%.

Abstract

Currently the use of website technology has become a necessity and has been applied in many fields such as economy, public services, education, socio-politics, health, lifestyle, health, government, trade and so on. The website is used for business purposes, information delivery, transaction processing and data processing. As important as the use of websites is, in the education sector, a website is also needed as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process, promotion and information media to users. SMK N 2 Magelang in an effort to improve web creation and management skills for teachers and administrative staff, has organized web development training and technical guidance. This activity is in collaboration with the Department of Informatics, IST AKPRIND Yogyakarta as a resource for training activities on website development with the CMS Website (Content Management System). This activity got satisfactory results because the teachers managed to create a website / blog to support improving the quality of student learning. Administrative staff also gain knowledge of good web management and successfully create additional features and content that are added to the school website. With these results, it is expected to increase the credibility of SMKN 2 Magelang

Abstract

This paper is a report on the results of developing an expert system using the Papi Kostick method which is used to test the personality of employees in a company. Papi Kostick method to evaluate individual behavior and work style in relation to work situations. The researcher's system development process uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This expert system is implemented web-based. The tests used are validation testing and expert system accuracy testing. The test results are 100% which shows that the functionality of the system can run well according to the list of requirements. The results of the accuracy test show that the expert system using the Papi Kostick method can function properly. The results of the assessment, the company can see the progress and ability of its employees in doing certain jobs well and the suitability of employees with the workplace through personality tests. Assessment of employee behavior and work style is also useful for companies in providing feedback to employees and can be used as a basis for companies to conduct training, transfer, rotation and promotion of employees.

Abstract

Alat pendeteksi kebakaran merupakan salah satu pendukung strategis dalam upaya mendeteksi adanya kebakaran dalam ruangan, jika salah satu rumah mengalami kebakaran maka api akan mudah menyebar ke rumah lainnya. Untuk menghindari hal itu dibutuhkan alat pendeteksi api dan asap agar dapat meminimalisir dampak kerugian yang diterima pemilik rumah. Pada penelitian ini, dibuat purwarupa sistem pendeteksi kebakaran menggunakan mikrokontroler arduino berbasis SMS gateway yang dapat melakukan pendeteksian jika akan terjadi kebakaran dan mengirimkan SMS notifikasi peringatan saat terdeteksi api atau asap. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor MQ-2 untuk mendeteksi gas dan asap, flame sensor KY-026 untuk mendeteksi api, buzzer bunyi sebagai alarm peringatan dalam ruangan serta SIM800L untuk mengirimkan SMS notifikasi kepada nomor tujuan. Seluruh komponen tersebut dikontrol menggunakan mikrokontroler arduino. Purwarupa sistem pendeteksi kebakaran berbasis SMS Gateway ini diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif sistem keamanan rumah.

Abstract

Banyaknya pengguna komputer yang bermasalah dengan penanganan kerusakan komputer, dirasakan perlu dibuat suatu software atau sistem yang dapat membantu memecahkan permasalahan komputer. Software yang dimaksud adalah suatu software sistem pakar yang berfungsi sebagai pengganti organisasi atau seorang yang ahli dalam bidang penanganan kerusakan komputer. Kerusakan komputer terdiri dari dua bagian penting yaitu Perangkat Keras (Hardware) dan Perangkat Lunak (Software), bagian pertama adalah hardware komputer berupa alat yang dapat dilihat dan dipegang seperti: monitor, keyboard, mouse, CPU (Central Processing Unit) dan semua perangkat didalamnya. Pada penelitian ini adalah salah satu metode dari Bacward Chaining, yaitu menggunakan pendekatan goal driven, yang dimulai dari harapan apa yang akan terjadi atau hipotesis dan kemudian mencari bukti yang mendukung atau berlawanan dengan harapan. Backward Chaining ini memerlukan perumusan dan pengujian hipotesis sementara. Metode Backward Chaining ini digunakan jika suatu aplikasi menghasilkan tree yang sempit dan dalam. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode prototype. Perancangan sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode UML. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web yaitu PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya sistem pakar diagnosa kerusakan komputer yang dapat mempermudah pengguna awam menangani masalah komputer khususnya di bagian perangkat keras komputer (Hardware) dengan aplikasi berbasis web dan mempermudah pengguna awam dalam menangani masalah perihal hardware komputer.

Abstract

Produksi daging ayam meningkat, hal ini menyebabkan persediaan berlebih pada pedagang. Akibatnya bila tidak dilakukan pengawetan maka pedagang akan merugi. Salah satu cara pengawetan adalah menggunakan formalin. Formalin digunakan untuk mengawetkan mayat akan tetapi apabila dicampurkan dengan daging ayam maka daging ayam tersebut akan menjadi lebih awet dari pembusukan, lebih berat dan warna lebih bagus. Kondisi ini sangat merugikan kalangan konsumen yang membeli daging ayam. Identifikasi daging dapat dilakukan secara manual dengan kasat mata maupun dengan menekan dagingnya untuk mengetahui tekstur daging. Cara ini memiliki banyak kelemahan bila para konsumen tidak jeli untuk mengidentifikasi daging ayam berformalin. Teknologi pengolahan citra digital memungkinkan untuk mengidentifikasi daging ayam berformalin secara otomatis dengan bantuan aplikasi pengolahan citra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi citra daging ayam segar broiler dan kampung dengan menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) sebagai classifier dan metode Grey Level Co-occurrence (GLCM) sebagai ekstraksi ciri. KNN adalah metode klasifikasi berdasarkan data yang jaraknya paling dekat dengan objek tersebut, sedangkan GLCM merupakan matriks yang mempresentasikan hubungan ketetanggaan antarpiksel dalam citra pada berbagai arah orientasi ɵ dan jarak spasial d. Pengujian menggunakan dataset 60 dan hasil pengujian didapatkan akurasi sebesar 85%.

Abstract

Pada era digital sekarang ini penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah dimanfaatkan juga di bidang pemerintahan untuk berbagai keperluan, termasuk juga di Kapanewon atau Kecamatan Mlati. Saat ini Kecamatan Mlati telah memanfaatkan teknologi digital mendukung kegiatan administratif maupun penyampaian informasi publik ke masyarakat. Dalam penyampaian informasi publik, yang sebelumnya disampaian secara manual, sekarang telah berbasis digital. Dalam rangka menghadapi era digital tersebut, Kapanewon Mlati bekerjasama dengan IST AKPRIND Yogyakarta menyelenggarakan sosialisasi pengelolaan informasi publik. Target peserta adalah Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) kapanewon dan kalurahan, Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) dan pengelola website kapanewon dan kalurahan. Tujuan sosialisasi agar peserta memahami pentingnya penyampaian informasi publik kepada masyarakat secara baik dan benar serta untuk mengindari perilaku yang mengarah ke Cyber Crime. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan sosialisasi kegiatan ini dan kriteria Kinerja/Kepuasan menunjukkan 86,2% peserta merasa puas terhadap kinerja program sosialisasi

Abstract

Data clustering is one of the methods in data science that is often used in data analysis. This method is used in making groupings from a collection of datasheets. Data clustering is done to find patterns or relationships between data. This research aims to evaluate the accuracy of data clustering using K-Means algorithm on wine datasheet. Wine datasheet has 13 features that describe the chemical characteristics of three types of wine. The clustering process must produce the best clustering evaluation metrics. The evaluation metric is done through comparison between the clustering results of K-Means algorithm with Davies Bouldin and Silhouette. The research steps involved data standardization, selection of the optimal number of clusters, and assessment of clustering accuracy. The research method uses KDD which consists of pre-processing, transformation, model building and model evaluation. Experimental results show that appropriate parameters and cluster initialization can improve clustering evaluation metrics. The clustering results show that the normalized datasheet produces evaluation metrics for Davies Bouldin 2 groups and Silhouette produces 3 groups. Before normalization, Davies Boulidin results in 7 groups and Silhouette results in 2 groups. In conclusion, this study produced different evaluation metrics between normalized and non-normalized datasheets. The selection of the number of groups chosen depends on the context of the data analysis performed and is selected into 3 groups which can be labelled "Superior Variety", the second group "Intermediate Variety" and the third group "Standard Variety".
