Abstract

ABSTACT The objective of this research in to observe the realization of chanelling KUR Agriculture at Bank BRI Tondano Branch Offices. The research was conducted with data collecting taken from Bank BRI Tondano Branch Offices. The data is processed qualitative research methods presented in the form of charts and tables.  The Research result indicate that the study of KUR Agricultural field at Bank BRI Tondano Branch Offices showed excellent improvement, but the socialization of KUR financing to farmers in rural areas is still lacking, so there are many farmers who are less familiar with the financing programmed government since 2007.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Agribusiness as the overall activity of the means of production and distribution of farm production, farming activities, as well as storage, processing, distribution of farm commodities, and other activities that make up the product. Agribusiness is a system consisting of sub-systems are interlinked with each other. The subsystem is agroinput, agroproduction, agro-industry, Agroniaga and argroservice. This study aims to determine the performance of agribusiness in farmer groups in Sub Rurukan quinine and farmer groups in the Village agape Rurukan One. The research was conducted from june to August 2014 and data using survey methods. Data collected consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from interviews with respondents based on a list of questions (questioner), while secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies Rurukan sub-district Office and District Office Rurukan One. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and to determine the performance of the system using a ranking scale agribusiness. The results showed that the performance of agribusiness is between 60-80 value, so it gets the final value 72 thus value indicates that the relatively high performance of agribusiness  Key words: Agribusiness performance, farmer group, Rurukan

Abstract

ABSTRAK The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumption patterns of poor people in the village of Tiwoho.The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained by directly asking to the respondents based on a list of questionnaire in the village of Tiwoho, whereas secondary data is taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The determination of the location is done by using purposive sampling in the village of Tiwoho consits of  301 poor households as population taken 27 households as the reperesentative sample.The results showed that the higher the number of dependents, the expenditure on consumption will also increase, and the higher the level of education, the patterns of consumption will be higher as well. The consumption patterns of poor people who live in the village Tiwoho Wori District of North Minahasa Regency is divided into two categories, namely food and non-food consumption. The largest consumption patterns is on food consumption because of the influence of population income.  Keywords: Consumption pattern, Poor People

Abstract

ABSTRACT Supply Chain Management is an activity that is interconnected and dependence on one another, ranging from ordering raw materials to finished product delivered to the consumer. The goal is the coordination of various activities in the production process and the parties involved. Uncertainties or constraints along the supply chain will make the service meeting the needs of consumers into decline and uninterrupted production process. Need the right decisions especially in the procurement of input because these activities are carried out initial production. Therefore, a decision maker needs a decision support that can help provide a consideration in the decision-making activities. The purpose of this study was to obtain a decision support regarding the procurement of inputs, especially in the selection of the best suppliers and the selection of products with the potential to be developed.The results showed that the selection of suppliers are processed using the Delphi method produces District of North Dumoga as a supplier who has the highest score of 5.4 followed by Kecamatan East Dumoga with a value of 5.2. While the determination of potential products are processed using MPE products Milk Chocolate / Chocolate Trunk as potential products to be developed, with a value of 397 303 882. Abstract

ABSTRACT Willem Nicolas Siwi. Factors that affect the collectability of farmers in East Tomohon BRI bank branch. Under the guidance of Dr. Ir Tommy Lolowang, MSi (Chairman), Ir. Eyverson Ruauw, MS (Member), and Ellen. G. Tangkere SP, MSi (Member).   The purpose of this study is to determine what are the factors that affect the ability of borrowers to repay loans of farmers, particularly in the BRI bank branch tomohon. This study uses a sample is not likely. The data used is primary data obtained through interviews with Bank Employees Field collector, especially on the characteristics of farmer customers who struggle to pay loans, and secondary data is primary data that has been processed. The variables measured were age, sex, marital status, education, long occupied dwelling, possession of a residence, a distance of BRI with the location of the home and the number of family dependents, other loans, business experience, business turnover, collateral, interest rate, and term credit payback time. The data has been obtained from BRI bank over the last year, were analyzed to determine the characteristics of the debtor where the most significant effect on the collectibility of the loans of farmers. Results of the study determined that the BRI branch captive eastern Tomohon experiencing nonperforming loans are largely at the age of 31-40 years, with female sex, having the status of married, graduated from high school education, long occupied a place to stay for 1-10 years, ownership of residence is a self-owned, has a location within the house with BRI as far as 1-10 km and has a number of family dependents of 2-3 people, have other loans, between 0-10 years of business experience, has a business turnover of between 1,000,000.00 - Rp20 .000.000,00 per month, has a household collateral, high interest rates and are in a payback period of between 7-12 months credit. And the factors that influence the real (significant) towards repayment of credit is long occupied dwelling, other loans and interest rates. Advice can be given by the researchers in this study that, when considering the value of the variable long odds ratio occupied dwelling, other loans, and interest rates on the loans at BRI branches east Tomohon can be focused on prospective borrowers with long residence occupies more than 1 years, has no other loans and debtors of understanding regarding his willingness to pay the installments with interest charges apply. BRI should Tomohon eastern branch is expected to be more selective in deciding which prospective borrowers may receive loans by considering various things in particular turnover of the businesses owned by prospective borrowers and frequency / intensity in obtaining loans. Business condition of borrowers in the future have to be predicted because there is a possibility of success or failure of the business in the future and it affects the value of the business turnover is becoming one of the benchmark loan repayment capacity.  Keywords: Credit, BRI, Collectability
