Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk membangun kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dengan masyarakat dan membantu masyarakat menyelesaikan permasalahan nyata yang dihadapi. PKM ini berisikan penyelesaian permasalahan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Objek dalam pengabdian ini yaitu UKM Desa Tegallega Kecamatan Ciampel Kabupaten Karawang. Desa Tegallega berpotensi pengembangan UKM dengan produknya seperti keripik gadung dan keripik pisang. Permasalahan yang dimiliki yaitu pengelolaan atau manajemen usaha terutama kinerja kualitas. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan UKM Desa Tegallega membutuhkan pemahaman ilmu proses produksi dan manajemen usaha secara umum. Metode pelaksanaan program PKM ini yaitu berupa transfer keilmuan berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Program PKM yang mempunyai kaitan dengan penelitian dan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini diharapkan memberikan penambahan literasi dan dokumentasi manajemen usaha yang lebih baik untuk UKM Desa Tegallega. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah telah tersampaikannya literasi Tata Kelola Operasional UKM dan tersusunnya dokumen output berupa mapping alur proses dari UKM yang ada di Tegallega, sehingga dapat menjadi pedoman dalam setiap proses produksi dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja kualitas.

Abstract

Purpose — The purpose of this study is to evaluate service quality using the RURALQUAL model and examine its relationship with customer satisfaction and customer experience.Method — The research method employed in this study is quantitative research using Structural Equation Modeling, specifically Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The variables investigated include service quality (X) as the independent variable, customer experience (Y) as the intervening variable, and customer satisfaction (Z) as the response variable. The population for this study consists of tourists visiting Wanayasa Rural Tourism in Purwakarta. The sampling method used to select participants is non-probability sampling, specifically the purposive sampling technique. A total of 344 Wanayasa tourists were included as samples in this study.Result — This study discovered that there is a notable impact on customer experience and customer satisfaction when it comes to service quality. Additionally, customer experience can act as a mediator between service quality and customer satisfaction.Novelty — This research applies RURALQUAL model approach to measure service quality in rural tourism in Wanayasa, Purwakarta, Indonesia.

Abstract

Duren Village is one of the villages in Klari Sub-district with the highest population density per km2 in Klari Sub-district, the population density is is positively correlated with the rate of household waste production. With this influence, good waste management is needed, but Duren Village must face a problem in this regard in the form of Duren Village must face problems in this regard the form of the lack of knowledge and skills of partners in processing household waste and high population density and limited open land. The implementation of this activity was carried out to help Duren Village face these problems with the method of socialization and training related to household waste management based on zero waste management. With the implementation of this activity, the results were obtained increased literacy about household waste management of the participants with sustainability.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki potensi mendukung kesejahteraan ekonomi mandiri masyarakat. Selain itu UMKM juga memili kontribusi yang besar pada perekonomian Indonesia dengan menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 96,9%, kontribusi PDB sebesar 60,5%, dan total investasi UMKM Nasional 60,0%. Sayangnya UMKM menghadapi permasalahan yang umum terjadi, yaitu pengembangan produk, kemasan dan digitalisasi pemasaran. Maka dari itu kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan nilai tambah produk yang ada di UMKM Opak Apik Teh Tika yang berlokasi di Desa Karanganyar, Kecamatan Klari, Kabupaten Karawang. Saat ini, UMKM tersebut masih dalam proses pengembangan karena masih terbatasnya variasi produk dan pemasaran. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan UMKM Opak Apik Teh Tika dapat lebih berkembang dan memiliki nilai tambah produk yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the XYZ Health Center using 10 TQM Elements according to Goetsch and Davis, as well as using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method to determine the main causes of existing problems regarding quality and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) analysis to determine improvements that need to be prioritized. The method used is a mix method, namely qualitative and quantitative. Data collection method by triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results of this study show that the XYZ Health Center has implemented several efforts in the TQM element but it is still not optimal both in terms of implementation and results. Analysis with RCA with Fishbone diagram found that problems occurred in Cluster 3 on human factors, methods or procedures, machines and materials. Problems with the method factor are the most common problems. Meanwhile, the analysis with FMEA obtained three failure modes with the highest RPN (Risk Priority Number) to be given recommendations for improvement. The mode of failure is that the patient does not understand the information provided regarding the service rules, the patient is not honest about the health condition and the patient does not carry a personal identity.

Abstract

Era pertumbuhan teknologi saat ini membawa dampak yang sangat besar bagi kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari, khususnya dalam bidang perdagangan. Peneliti dan pengguna teknologi perlu menerapkan Technology Adoption Model (TAM), yang membantu menjelaskan bagaimana pengguna teknologi bertindak di dunia yang terglobalisasi. Evaluasi literatur ini dikembangkan untuk melakukan analisis menyeluruh, mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang TAM, dan menentukan kegunaannya sebagai basis penelitian untuk platform fintech Kredit Pintar. Definisi, evolusi teoritis, penelitian teoritis, dimensi dan indikator, referensi, dan rekomendasi untuk studi tambahan diperoleh melalui evaluasi mendalam terhadap sejumlah bahan referensi yang memiliki reputasi baik.

Abstract

The history of Service Quality has appeared in several previous studies, but studies that discuss property SERVQUAL remain underexplored, particularly in relation to user satisfaction and housing quality in developing countries. The concept of quality management will support the success in developing the housing sector and will provide acceleration for the government to improve the local economy. Unfortunately, in many developing countries, the management of housing for the community tends not to meet the required quality because it always prioritizes quantity. There is the urgency of empirical and theoretical gaps is an opportunity for researchers to provide additional scientific references in the form of conceptual quality management of housing users' perceptions using property SERVQUAL in accordance with the expected impact. The method applied in this paper was carried out with a quantitative approach. The data obtained is through surveys. The survey data were processed using a model test tool, namely PLS-SEM. Respondents in this study were 150 housing users. The findings that will be obtained in this study are in the form of a conceptual description of quality management of housing user perceptions using property SERVQUAL and how it impacts housing characteristics and direct impacts for users in the form of subjective well-being. The implications of this research consist of two outputs, namely the first implication for science in the form of new references from the concept of quality management with novelty linking Property SERVQUAL, housing characteristics, and subjective well-being. The second is the consideration of practical strategies for housing stakeholders.

Abstract

The impact of the pandemic has resulted in many people losing their jobs. This causes the potential for muzakki to decrease and mustahik to increase. This paper will examine how zakat is received and distributed before and after the pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The results showed that there was a decrease in both the collection and receipt of zakat after the Covid-19 pandemic. BAZNAS Karawang Regency needs to make various efforts to improve the collection and distribution of zakat in Karawang Regency again.

"The Influence of Electronic Word of Mouth and Promotion on thePurchasing Decision Process of Kobolonimbus Youtube Membership".Under the guidance of Fety Nurlia Muzayanah SE., M.Sc. S1 ManagementProgram, Faculty of Economics, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang.This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous significant effectof electronic word of mouth and promotion on the Purchase DecisionProcess of kobolonimbus membership youtube. The research is quantitativewith descriptive and verification analysis and uses non-probability samplingpurposive sampling techniques. The sample in this study were members ofthe Kobolonimbus Youtube Membership who were buying or had bought aKobolonimbus YouTube membership, totaling 384 respondents. the dataused is primary data resulting from distributing questionnaires which arethen processed using SPSS for windows 21. The data is processed using amultiple linear regression analysis model. Hypothesis testing was carried outusing the t test and f test. The results of this study show that electronic wordof mouth and promotion have a partial and simultaneou
