Abstract

The curriculum is the heart of education, whose job determines the life or death of a school. This study aimed to compare the implementation of Adiwiyata school curriculum between public and private school in junior high schools, especially in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Data collection techniques by means of literature studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out with qualitative comparative analysis. The results showed that: public and private schools in junior high schools in Bantul Regency, had fulfilled the four main components of the Adiwiyata curriculum, in terms of objectives, content, methods, and evaluation. The implementation of Adiwiyata curriculum in each public and private school varies according to the characteristics and potential of each school.

Abstract

Character education is an educational concept to form and foster a Muslim personality as a whole (syumuliyah). This literature study aimed to determine the implementation of character education and supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of character education in formal schools in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Based on research findings, the trend of implementing character education in Indonesian formal schools has the same spirit in the content of character education. In formal schools with the status of public schools, the implementation of character education follows government regulations as stated in the Strengthening of Character Education (SCE), which is an implication of Islamic teachings. As for formal schools with private status on an Islamic basis, character education tends to be oriented towards cultivating akhlakul karimah (moral education) combined with government regulations. The implications of this research lead to the cultivation of character values that are embedded in social attitudes and spiritual attitudes as provisions for students' daily lives. The supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of character education are also discussed.

Abstract

This study sought to describe the criticism of Al-Jabri Reason stagnation prevailing Salama Islamic Arab and Islamic awakening solutions to epistemology. Expected benefits of this study is to demonstrate the interconnectivity aspect, even unity between fragments in the general conception of Reason Arabic of Islam. The approach used is epistimologi approach (philosophy) associated with science, philosophy of science that concerns the structure which includes ontology, epistemology and axiology. Because the philosophy of science is in Arabic Arabic culture, it would require an additional approach that historical approach. The goal is to discover the fundamental structure of Arabic culture related to the philosophy of science. The conclusion of this study is the study of Islamic Epistemology ala al-Jabri is a paradigm combines Bayani, Irfani and Burhani, who developed dynamically based Rationalism-Burnani toward a future revival of the Islamic world.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis transformasi misi pendidikan dasar dan menengah Muhammadiyah dalam kepemimpinan profetik, menjelaskan pengembangan tujuan strategis kecerdasan profetik siswa, dan mendeskripsikan dampak kepemimpinan profetik terhadap organisasi termasuk perubahan yang terjadi pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam perspektif psikologi pendidikan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi langsung. Teknik analisis data   penelitian   ini   mengacu   pada   teknik eksplikasi,  yaitu  proses memaparkan dengan jelas pernyataan yang   masih bersifat implicit (tersirat) dari responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa transformasi misi dalam kepemimpinan profetik diaktualisasikan oleh kepala sekolah yang ditransformasikan dalam  manajemen tujuan strategis sekolah di Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, konseptualisasi model kepemimpinan profetik yang diterapkan  relevan dengan nilai profetik dan terwujud dalam program tujuan strategis profetik  untuk mencapai kemajuan sekolah unggulan baik sekolah berasrama ataupun non asrama, aktualisasi kepemimpinan profetik berdampak bagi organisasi sekolah dan kecerdasan profetik peserta didiknya di pendidikan dasar dan menengah Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta berupa prestasi baik dibidang akademik maupun di luar akademik, melaksanakan perintah agama, berakhlak mulia, menjunjung tinggi almamater, terlepas dari sifat-sifat remaja, separti tawuran dan sifat-sifat yang dilarang agama, memiliki jiwa usaha dan kepemimpinan, jujur dan bermental mandiri. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, sistem pendidikan berbasis profetik harus diterapkan secara holistic dengan pendekatan yang komplit sehingga dapat mencapai visi akhlak al-karimah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how the application of Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This type of research is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The method of analysis in this study uses the method of content analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are nine types of intelligence possessed by humans, namely linguistic intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, spatial intelligence, musical intelligence, bodily kinesthetic intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, naturalist intelligence and existential intelligence. Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences can be applied to the learning of Islamic religious education through various methods, strategies and learning models so that the potential, talents and abilities of students.

Abstract

Berlakunya Peraturan Menteri Agama (PMA) No. 20 Tahun 2021 pada tanggal 14 Proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan para pengajar terutama pada pelajaran PAI saat ini masih menggunakan media-media pembelajaran yang monoton dan minim dengan media interaktif, perlu hal baru dala medi apembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan aspek-aspek kognitif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aspek koginitf tingkat pengetahuan (C1) dan pemahaman (C2) pada pelajaran PAI dengan menguji coba menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif plickers di SD N Candirejo Kelas III hingga VI menggunakan metode pada setiap ujicoba.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan model Kurt Lewin dengan empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik penentuan sampel purposive sampli. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III sampai VI yang berjumlah lebih dari 100 siswa, kepala sekolah dan walikelas. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan Teknik ujicoba, wawancara, instrument dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Media plickers dipilih sebagai media pembelajran yan gdinilai unik dan inovatif serta mengedepankan fokus siswa, 2) ujicoba dilaksanakan dengan tiga siklus atau metode dengan masing-masing tahapan setiap kelas, yaitu metode test in study, pretest dan posttest. 3) Ujicoba pada setiap kelas dan metode menghasilkan rata-rata skor diatas 90%, hal tersebut dapat dikatakan peningkatan aspek pengetahuan dan pemahaman berhasil meningkat hingga 90%..
