Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the ergonomic risk level in the spark plug installation process at PT XY to identify musculoskeletal complaints and provide recommendations for improvement. The Nordic Body Map method was used to identify areas of the body experiencing complaints, while the Rapid Entire Body Assessment was used to evaluate the risk level of work posture. The results revealed that the most complaints were found in the wrists, neck, back, and arms. An initial REBA score of 13 indicated a very serious risk level, requiring immediate corrective action. Proposed improvements were made through changes to the work layout by bringing the rack closer and eliminating excessive bending activities. After improvements were made, the REBA score decreased to 3, which indicates a relatively low risk level. Thus, ergonomic improvements have been proven to increase comfort and reduce the potential for work injuries in spark plug installation operators.

Abstract

Mangrove merupakan salah satu tanaman yang khas karena tumbuh di daerah pantai serta memiliki banyak manfaat untuk menjaga ekosistem perairan antara laut, pantai dan darat. UKM Kebaya atau Kelompok Bahagia Berkarya merupakan produsen yang mengolah buah mangrove menjadi berbagai produk olahan pangan, terletak di Desa Pantai Bahagia, Kecamatan Muaragembong, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Pencantuman nilai gizi juga merupakan salah satu syarat wajib pada kemasan produk pangan sesuai dengan peraturan BPOM. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat telah berlangsung pada 31 Agustus 2023 dan berlokasi di Desa Pantai Bahagia, Muaragembong, Bekasi. Hasil dari uji kandungan nutrisi dengan menggunakan metode yang berbeda menunjukkan kandungan lemak total, protein, karbohidrat total, gula total dan natrium pada Stik Mangrove secara berurutan adalah 25,60%, 10,77%, 58,54%, 2,36% dan 2530 ppm. Hasil kandungan nutrisi menunjukkan persentase kandungan tertinggi adalah pada karbohidrat yaitu 58,54%. Pencantuman Informasi Nilai Gizi (ING) pada kemasan stik mangrove sehingga kemasan dapat memenuhi Pemerintah (PP) No. 69 tahun 1999 tentang Label dan Iklan Pangan.

Abstract

The industry plays a central role as the primary driver of the global economy and has significant potential to reduce carbon emissions through technological innovation, energy efficiency, and transitioning to a low-carbon economy. However, financial challenges often become major obstacles in realizing technological innovation transformation. Wise debt management is necessary to ensure the operational sustainability of industries while supporting investments in green initiatives. The initial situational analysis required includes: 1) Identifying the company’s debt profile and repayment capacity, 2) Conducting an inventory of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions generated by industrial operations, 3) Structuring opportunities for the use of renewable energy and low-carbon technologies. Companies need to establish internal policies to redirect debt refinancing to instruments that support sustainability, such as green bonds or sustainability-linked loans. They should also set carbon emission reduction targets for the short, medium, and long term. Optimizing the use of a "Green Crowdfunding Platform" that connects companies with investors interested in funding environmentally friendly projects through application-based technology is crucial. Environmental management requires the involvement of all stakeholders, including the government, industry, academics, communities, and the media.
