Abstract

Alih fungsi lahan pertanian ke non pertanian menjadi permasalahan di kawasan pinggiran perkotaan. Alih fungsi lahan ini disebabkan land rent lahan pertanian tidak menguntungkan dibandingkan jika dibandingkan dengan lahan komersil. Jika kondisi ini terus berlanjut maka akan mengancam ketahanan pangan suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan penentuan kawasan sawah berkelanjutan berdasarkan analisis spasial dan teknik penginderaan jauh. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis interpretasi citra, Geography Information System (GIS), analisis statistik, dan analisis prediksi ketersediaan lahan sawah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Semarang dengan perkembangan perkotaan yang cepat. Variabel dalam menyusun model kawasan sawah berkelanjutan ini terdiri dari variabel produktivitas padi, kesesuaian lahan pertanian, intensitas panen, dan serta proyeksi arah perkembangan perkotaan. Hasil analisis produktivitas tanaman menghasilkan persamaan statistik produktiivtas (Ton/Ha) = 3,795 (NDVI) + 3,773 dan nilai koefisiennya sebesar 0,85. Terdapat selisih antara data dinas dengan data peneliti sebesar 10% dari luas lahan pertanian eksisiting. Selisish luas ini dikarenakan perbedaan skala peta, proses analisis, dan metode yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa lahan sawah berkelanjutan ketersediannya mulai berkurang. Sehingga perlu adanya ketegasan pemerintah daerah dalam menjaga ketersedian lahan sawah.

Abstract

Kediri city has a role as a Regional Development Centre for the region around it. The role focuses on the trade in goods and services, industry and education. The impact is an increase in urban activity, including in the transportation sector. The existence of street lights as part of road complementary facilities has an important function in supporting road user safety and improving the city's economy. However, street lighting services in Kediri City do not meet the minimum standards required. So that an increase in street lighting services is absolutely necessary. The limited available resources make it difficult for the Kediri City Government to improve overall street lighting services. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine the priority of improving street lighting services in Kediri City. This research use mix method, namely use the qualitative and quantitative approachment, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and weighted overlay as analytical tools. AHP is used to determine the weight of each variable for priority setting. Weighted overlay analysis is used to determine the priority of road lights improvement by combining the weight variables of AHP results and variable values on each road segment. The AHP produced the highest weight in planning for increasing street lighting was the accident hazard rate (16%) and the number of intersections (12.49%). The final analysis produces four priority levels. The main priorities are on the Kapten Tendean and K.H.Ahmad Dahlan road sections

Abstract

Jakarta is a city with a high economic growth rate and continues to increase. Moreover, Jakarta's economic growth led to the development in the surrounding area, especially in Tangerang which had the settlement functions. To serve the mobility of Tangerang's inhabitants to Jakarta, Central Government developed a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system as the implementation of a mass transportation in the exclusive bus lane (Busway). One of the BRT routes is Transjabodetabek Poris Plawad-Bundaran Senayan that serve mobility from Tangerang City to City Center of Jakarta (Bundaran Senayan Zones). The service standards analyzed by a comparative method which compares the patterns from field observation findings to the service standards. The quality of service analyzed with the quantitative descriptive method. Based on the findings, 45% of respondents chose for the reason of efficiency associated with more cheap fares. However, the result of the assessment against the standards, the level of service only reached weight values of 16 from 30 total weight rating. It means that there are several factors that still unwell and need to be improved. Furthermore, from the passenger perceptions, the service quality of Transjabodetabek categorized as quite satisfied. The addition of the fleet which should operate as many as 15 buses being only 10 buses per day. It is necessary to improve the quality of service of this Transjabodetabek routes to realize better sustainable transportation system.

Abstract

Cities in the systems perspective of cities are related and interconnected with each other. So is in the Subosukawonosraten region which is an Ex-residency region of Surakarta. Both Surakarta City as the administrative city and regency cities in the Subosukawonosraten Region experience interaction due to the needs that cannot be obtained in the origin area. This phenomenon is a symptom that leads to the formation of urban agglomeration which leads to the formation of Surakarta Metropolitan Area. This study aims to determine the effect of spatial interactions between Surakarta City and on urban growth in the Surakarta Metropolitan Area. The analysis carried out included periodic identification of urban growth in the Metropolitan Area, identification of the amount of spatial interaction between Surakarta City and its surrounding urban areas in the Surakarta Metropolitan Area, and analysis of the influence of spatial interactions Surakarta City and its surrounding urban areas on urban growth in the Metropolitan Area Surakarta. The result is that Surakarta City and each urban area has experienced a change in the land area built from 2002 to 2017. The amount of spatial interaction between urban areas in the Surakarta Metropolitan Area and Surakarta City continues to increase. Spatial interaction variables have a significant influence on Boyolali Urban Areas, Karanganyar Urban Areas, and Sukoharjo Urban Areas.

Abstract

As one of the tsunami disaster mitigation efforts, the Padang City Government has made a tsunami evacuation map in 2010. However, information regarding the tsunami hazard zone on the map has not been updated to date. Planning for mitigation activities focuses on the coastal areas on the north to the urban centers of the city of Padang. Hills and rice fields on the coast make access to the movement of evacuation communities in the southern region of the city of Padang to be limited. Based on this background, this study aims to conduct topographic analysis in determining potential tsunami evacuation routes in the southern region of Padang City using quantitative methods through the GIS approach. The analysis carried out was community preparedness analysis, tsunami flooding zone modeling, analysis of the level of danger, vulnerability, and tsunami risk. In the end, based on the results of the analysis carried out the determination of potential shelter locations and potential evacuation routes as a form of direction and recommendations regarding tsunami disaster mitigation activities in Padang City. 53 locations of potential evacuation shelter were proposed with details of 18 locations in Bungus Bay, Kabung District, 9 locations in Lubuk Begalung District, and 26 locations in Padang Selatan District. To support the 53 potential locations of the shelter, a potential evacuation route is planned for 52 evacuation routes using the existing road network and 21 proposed evacuation routes to the nearest hills.

Abstract

Banyumanik sub-district grows and develops caused by increases in population. Jalan Sukun Raya is a road commonly used by residents in Srondol Wetan Village to Jalan Setiabudi and vice versa. Sukun Raya Road Corridor is one of the local roads in Banyumanik Subdistrict.  The land use in this corridor is a commercial and service area, and settlement. Land use in the road corridor is a commercial and service area. Based on these problems, it is necessary to do trip attraction modeling. In this case, the trip attraction is needed in considering the impact of existing development, such as in the sub-center of the commercial and services area, housing, and offices. The aims of this article to develop the trip attraction model.Trip attraction modeling uses multiple linear regression analysis with the stepwise method on the commercial and service area and small scale on Jalan Sukun Raya, Banyumanik Subdistrict which is a sub-service area of the city of Semarang. Correlation and multiple linear regression analysis done based on data obtained from survey results. Data collection on Jalan Sukun Raya at peak times was carried out with field observations and interviews with established resource persons.The results showed that the sales income variable became the most influential variable on the trip attraction shown in the equation Y = 0.352 + 4.998E-7 X4. The resulting model is useful for estimating trip attraction in small-scale commercial and service areas.

Abstract

Kota-kota kecil mengalami perkembangan oleh karena pengaruh keberadaan kota besar di sekelilingnya. Salah satunya adalah Kota Ungaran. Kota Ungaran sebagai ibukota Kabupaten Semarang terletak di selatan Kota Semarang dan dilalui oleh jalan utama yang menghubungkan Kota Semarang dengan Kota Solo dan DIY. Letak geografis ini membawa pengaruh besar terhadap perkembangan Kota Ungaran. Selain itu juga masih murahnya harga lahan di kawasan Kota Ungaran menambah peluang untuk para pengembang membangun kawasan perumahan yang harganya lebih murah dibandingkan dengan perumahan di Kota Semarang. Akibatnya, kawasan perumahan dan lahan terbangun di Kota Ungaran semakin banyak dan berkembang. Jika ekspansi perkotaan terus terjadi maka akan terjadi urban sprawl yang akan berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan dan pemanfaatan lahan pada Kota Ungaran, khususnya pada Kawasan hinterland dan mengakibatkan menurunnya kualitas permukiman jika tidak disertai dengan kontrol perencanaan. Kontrol perencanaan ini perlu disusun dan dilakukan dengan baik oleh pemerintah maupun pengembang. Oleh karena itu, untuk memberikan rekomendasi terkait penanganan urban sprawl di Kota Ungaran, penelitian mengenai tipologi kawasan urban sprawl di Kota Ungaran akan dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode skoring dan overlay dari  variabel-variabel penentu Urban Sprawl yaitu kepadatan bangunan, kepadatan penduduk, jarak ke pusat kota, dan pola pembangunan lompatan katak (leapfrog). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 21 Desa/Kelurahan yang ada di Kota Ungaran, terdapat 9 Desa/Kelurahan yang termasuk ke dalam wilayah yang sprawl dengan tipologi urban sprawl tertinggi adalah pada Desa Kawengen.

Abstract

Garam di Kabupaten Pati memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dapat dikembangkan. Pengembangan dalam usaha pegaraman ini harus didasarkan kepada potensi teknis yang dimiliki wilayahnya.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan lahan potensial untuk ekstensifikasi tambak garam di wilayah Kabupaten Pati.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan spasial. Teknik analisis pada jenis penggunaan lahan dilakukan dengan proses digitasi penggunaan lahan pesisir, Kesesuaian tambak garam didapatkan dari proses weighted overlay variabel kesesuaian untuk tambak garam. Nilai Sewa lahan dihasilkan dari perhitungan selisih pemasukan dan pengeluaran dalam mengusahakan berbagai penggunaan lahan, yang selanjutnya dilakukan proses overlay untuk menghasilkan potensi ekstensifikasi lahan untuk tambak garam. Hasil analisis menunjukkan  bahwa (1) wilayah penelitian sesuai untuk digunakan sebagai tambak garam sebesar 55,74% (2)  tambak garam memiliki nilai Sewa lahan lebih tinggi daripada budidaya perikanan lainnya (3) terdapat lahan yang berpotensi sebagai pengembangan lahan tambak garam seluas 6.872,94 Ha di wilayah desa pesisir Kabupaten Pati.
