The border areas of villages and cities are areas that intersect and influence each other. This was the case between Mranggen District and Semarang City. The development of Mranggen is growing rapidly along with the city of Semarang. All of this has the potential to cause changes in regional characteristics both spatially and socio-economically. This phenomenon is indicated by an increase in population, socio-economic activities as a result of increased population mobility from Mranggen to Semarang and vice versa. The purpose of this study was to analyze the movement and mobility factors of the existing population in terms of age, education level, occupation, income and expenditure and distance. This study uses crosstab sampling analysis to determine the level of relationship and population mobility that occurs. The benefit of this research is to provide input to relevant stakeholders in planning this area

Pemanfaatan peta desa terutama untuk analisis informasi-informasi berupa batas wilayah, sarana prasarana, bangunan, penggunaan lahan dan jalan dapat dijadikan acuan dalam perencanaan pembangunan desa. Dalam artikel pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, diadakan pelatihan pembuatan peta untuk perangkat desa di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Perangkat desa dari Kabupaten Purbalingga berpartisipasi dalam lokakarya pembuatan peta menggunakan program ArcGIS dan Avenza Map, dengan tujuan untuk mempelajari dasar-dasar peta menggunakan perangkat lunak. Peserta juga belajar bagaimana mengelola data spasial dan membuat peta digital. Informasi geografis ini sangat membantu untuk berbagai pilihan, termasuk perencanaan, inisiatif kelembagaan, pemetaan, dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam di setiap desa di Kabupaten Purbalingga.

-This research analyzes potential locations for the manufacturing industry studied using a GIS approach and data analysis. Researchers combine statistical and spatial analysis methods and unique techniques such as TOPSIS and MOORA to evaluate the most suitable locations based on predefined criteria. Key findings show that Purbalingga Regency is the optimal location, supported by high labor availability, developed logistics infrastructure, and supportive environmental regulations. Sumedang Regency also shows good potential, especially regarding vital market accessibility and strict environmental regulations. However, Bengkulu City faces challenges in several aspects, such as underdeveloped logistics infrastructure and suboptimal ecological regulations. The implications of these findings for manufacturing location decision-making practices, the advantages and disadvantages of GIS approaches and data analysis, and the research contributions to science and the manufacturing industry are also discussed in depth. Thus, this research provides valuable insights for decision-makers in allocating resources and planning investments in the manufacturing industry.

This study investigates the factors that shape customer loyalty in the electricity service sector in Yogyakarta Special Region, West Java, Central Java, and Aceh provinces. The main objective is to analyze the influence of service quality, customer value, and company image on customer loyalty. This study was conducted among several electric service companies in the mentioned areas, with 150 respondents. The overall analysis results show that all research variables have a significant impact on the level of customer loyalty to products in the electrical service sector. This is supported by the Fcount value exceeding FTable at the 5% significance level. Additionally, the T-test results partially confirm that service, customer value, and company image significantly influence customer loyalty to electric service companies. Company image seems to be the most decisive factor in customer loyalty. Therefore, it is important for stakeholders in the electrical services sector in the region to maintain and improve their corporate image with the aim of building customer loyalty.

Each region requires an Industrial Designation Area for economic development, activity separation, environmental management and infrastructure development. The purpose of this study is to identify and find the location of the Industrial Designation Area in Purbalingga Regency that meets the technical criteria totaling seventeen criteria. These criteria are weighted through the Analysis Hierarchy Process technique to obtain the level of importance of all criteria by expert opinion. The method used is Spatial Multicriteria Analysis using the ArcGIS map processor. The results of the study show that the location of the Industrial Designation Area that is very suitable in Purbalingga Regency is 2,165 Ha spread across Bukateja, Kemangkon, Purbalingga and Kalimanah Districts. In-depth spatial analysis shows that the Very Suitable location is supported by the existence of a planned toll road, station, airport and is still close to the city center. The seventeen criteria used produce three categories of industrial area suitability levels, namely Very Suitable covering an area of 2,165 Ha, Suitable covering an area of 2,123 Ha and Quite Suitable covering 8,071 Ha.

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital technology on marketing strategy development and its effect on the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. In an era of rapid digitalization, adopting digital technology has become a crucial factor in enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs. The research utilizes a quantitative approach with a survey design, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 MSME entrepreneurs who have integrated digital technology into their marketing strategies. The findings indicate that using social media and e-commerce platforms significantly contributes to increased brand awareness, sales, and customer loyalty for MSMEs. Approximately 68% of respondents reported a sales boost after utilizing digital platforms, while more than 60% noted enhanced brand visibility. On the other hand, despite the great potential of SEO and email marketing to improve competitiveness, the application of these strategies remains limited. Multiple linear regression analysis suggests that the more intensively digital technology is used, the greater the competitiveness of MSME products in an increasingly competitive market. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating digital technology into MSME marketing strategies to strengthen their position in domestic and global markets. Therefore, MSME entrepreneurs are encouraged to expand their understanding and implementation of additional digital marketing strategies and seek more significant support from the government and related institutions.

The problem of natural disasters in the form of landslides is the most common disaster event in Purbalingga Regency. In fact, landslides occur in almost all regions with increasing frequency. There is a need for potential vulnerability to landslide hazards so that landslide disaster mitigation can be carried out, especially in residential areas. Landslide susceptibility mapping is also an evaluation tool for Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) material, especially spatial pattern plans. This research aims to determine and map the potential for landslide vulnerability in Purbalingga Regency using a geographic information system (GIS) and evaluate the spatial pattern of the RTRW of Purbalingga Regency. The method used to determine landslide susceptibility is weighting and scoring parameters. The research results show that areas with low class landslide vulnerability are 7,391 Ha (9%), medium class are 33,992 Ha (42%), high class are 30,685 Ha (38%) and very high class are 8,296 Ha (11%). A total of 9 sub-districts have very high potential for landslides. The results of overlay calculations of landslide susceptibility maps and spatial patterns found that 6,658 ha of protected areas were in high landslide susceptibility zones and 4,652 ha were in very high landslide susceptibility zones. The 24,203 ha cultivation area is in the high landslide vulnerability zone and 3,643 ha is above the very high landslide vulnerability zone. So these findings can be taken into consideration in revising the RTRW for mitigating landslide hazards, especially for residential areas

The purpose of this community service is to assist Sumampir Village in compiling the Village Spatial Planning (RTRD) document as a guideline for development, attracting investment, and optimizing village potential. The method used is participatory planning through focus group discussions (FGD) and field surveys, by actively involving the community in identifying priority areas and formulating spatial strategies. The service partners include village officials and community representatives, who provide data, input, and aspirations that are important for the planning process. The evaluation instruments for this activity include assessing the specificity of priority areas set out in the RTRD document, the level of community understanding and participation during the process, and the alignment of priority area plans with village potential. The data analysis technique used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, with depiction as the main tool for processing and visualizing data collected during FGDs and field surveys. Spatial data analysis using GIS is used to map regional potential based on criteria such as accessibility, legality and land availability, and economic potential, supported by field validation and stakeholder input. The resulting maps, created using tools such as ArcGIS, visually illustrate the findings and provide a strong foundation for data-based decision-making in village spatial planning. The results of this service show that Sumampir Village now has a well-structured RTRD document that identifies priority areas with significant potential for development and investment. This document is aligned with local policies, visions, and collective aspirations, which serve as a strategic reference for sustainable village growth and empower local actors in spatial management.Â

ABSTRAK Pengembangan sektor budidaya perikanan, khususnya ikan nila (oreochromis niloticus), menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Kecamatan Baturraden merupakan wilayah daratan tinggi dengan potensi besar untuk budidaya ikan nila karena ketersediaan sumber air yang stabil, dukungan infrastruktur, dan aktivitas budidaya yang telah berjalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian lahan untuk pengembangan kawasan budidaya ikan nila dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis SIG. Analisis dilakukan melalui pemetaan kondisi fisik lahan, seperti aksesibilitas, kedekatan dengan sumber air, serta kesesuaian arahan pemanfaatan ruang dalam RTRW Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa zona selatan memiliki kesesuaian budidaya ikan nila. Beberapa desa dengan tingkat kesesuaian tinggi dan potensial meliputi Desa Purwosari, Kutasari, dan Kemutug Lor. Hasil menunjukkan kawasan budidaya ikan berada dalam zona pemanfaatan ruang kawasan budidaya khususnya zona pertanian lahan basah dan lahan kering yang mencerminkan kecocokan lahan untuk kegiatan perikanan khususnya ikan nila sehingga sesuai dengan arahan dalam RTRW Kabupaten Banyumas. Wilayah ini memiliki keunggulan dalam ketersediaan sumber air dan jaringan jalan kolektor dan lokal. Kata kunci: Kesesuaian Lahan, Ikan Nila, Budidaya, SIG, Perencanaan Ruang.
