Abstract

Permasalahan kesehatan lingkungan terutama terkait pengelolaan sampah dan perilaku Buang Air Besar Sembarangan (BABS) di wilayah pesisir khususnya di Kabupaten Tanggamus masih tinggi. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan terutama diare pada anak-anak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendirikan bank sampah sebagai sarana promosi edukasi dan solusi ekonomi, sehingga meningkatkan akses sanitasi dan mengurangi perilaku BABS di Desa Pasar Madang. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Aksi Partisipatif (PAR) dengan mendirikan dan meresmikan Bank Sampah. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mencakup pemberian informasi tentang sanitasi dan dampak BABS, serta pemanfaatan sarana edukasi seperti botol air minum, celengan, kaos, kartu kebiasaan, dan pemutaran film. Hasil kegiatan, yang diikuti oleh 90% masyarakat undangan, menunjukkan minat yang tinggi untuk menabung sampah sebagai sarana pendanaan pembangunan toilet. Pendekatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sampah melalui ekonomi sirkular dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan akses sanitasi bagi masyarakat dalam jangka panjang. Kegiatan ini memerlukan evaluasi jangka panjang untuk melihat dampaknya terhadap pembangunan toilet. Namun, pendekatan bank sampah terpadu memiliki potensi untuk direplikasi di daerah lain untuk mendukung tujuan sanitasi nasional.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of electronic services (E-Service Quality) on user satisfaction of the DANA digital wallet application in the West Jakarta area. The evolution of financial technology (fintech) in Indonesia has encouraged rapid growth in the use of digital wallets, including DANA which is recorded to have more than 200 million users by 2024. However, this rapid growth is still marred by a number of user complaints regarding system reliability, service response speed and transaction security. Therefore, this study is important to evaluate how much e-service quality dimensions influence user satisfaction levels. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. Data was collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents who were active users of the DANA application in the West Jakarta area using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software through validity tests, reliability tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of the DANA application with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.907, which means that 90.7% of the variation in user satisfaction can be explained by the E-Service Quality variable, while the remaining 9.3% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The results of the significance test (t test) show a significance value (Sig. < 0.05) which indicates that the influence of E-Service Quality on user satisfaction has been proven to be statistically significant. The results of this study are expected to serve as evaluation material for DANA application managers in improving the quality of digital services, particularly in terms of efficiency, system reliability, security, and user responsiveness. Furthermore, this research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of studies in the field of information systems and digital service management.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of instilling the values of faith and noble character in students through Aqidah Akhlak learning at Islamic schools. However, in practice, learning is often still focused on theoretical delivery and lacks connection with students’ real-life experiences, resulting in less optimal internalization of values. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the strategies of Aqidah Akhlak teachers, the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach, as well as the obstacles and efforts in instilling values of faith and noble character at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nururrodhiyah Jambi City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving the headmaster, teachers, and students. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results show that teachers implement strategies by linking learning materials with real-life contexts through discussions, real examples, and habituation of moral behavior. The CTL approach encourages students to be more active and facilitates deeper understanding and internalization of values. However, challenges such as limited time, lack of learning media variation, and suboptimal student participation still occur. To address these issues, teachers provide motivation, relate materials to students’ environment, and develop more contextual learning methods. It can be concluded that the CTL-based strategy effectively supports meaningful learning and strengthens the internalization of faith and moral values in students’ daily lives.
