Abstract

This Research of Binus University brand equity have been conducted by using 5 elements of brand equity: brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, brand loyalty, and market behavior. The research methodologies was descriptive, its explained perception of 3th level high school students from 10 privates as well public high schools in west Jakarta and east Jakarta. The result of this research was Binus university brand awareness was in top of mind level. There were 3 (three) associations of brand image of Binus, were IT up to date; complete and modern facilities; prestigious university which had high quality and innovative. Perceived quality element showed student’s expectations of university quality were overall most important. Brand loyalty element showed as reverse pyramid, that’s good loyalty for Binus University. Indicator of market behavior element showed 6,44% market share estimation.

Abstract

Article explore the influence of the price regulation and pleasure quality versus customer satisfaction using linier regression and measure the performance level versus the customer needs using Cartesius Diagram in order to find the customer satisfactionindex. The result of this research showed that the quality of pleasure services was the highest follow by the price regulation.Keywords:

Abstract

This research about CSR was conducted at educational institutions, where the purpose of this study was to evaluate CSR activities. It is known that CSR activities are an obligation from the government to companies. This study examined CSR being perceived by the participants, where the perception influences trust and affective identification that will ultimately have an impact on intention. Intention means a reaction to attend the training which one matching with what the participants need. CSR activities do not only aim to fulfil the responsibility, but the company sincerely provides training to improve the quality of community life. The rresearch uses smartPLS 3.0. and a total of 100 respondents. The results of this study showed a significant relationship between perceived CSR to the trust as well as affective identification. Trust and affective identification showed a successful mediator between perceived CSR and intention.

Abstract

Green Nitrogen is a pioneerand the largest in the nitrogen charging service and tire for motor vehicles in Pertamina gas station. At the young age of three years the company has not even been able to developthe market from Medan to Denpasar. Along with the development of the service market nitrogen and tubeless tire, the newer companies that have sprung up in order to create competition in the market. As a result of the emergence of competition, the need for companies to build core competencies in order to retain customers and a market leader. This study aims to formulate the company's core competencies in order to become the market leader in the service of nitrogen and tubeless tire. The method of research using qualitative methods of data collection through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Based on the result showed that the core competencies that must be owned by company in strengthening the company's competitive position in the industry nitrogen and tire services in Pertamina gas station is to build expertise in the development of products, services and the latest business that exceeds customer expectations.

Abstract

In the last few years retail industry in Indonesia has been grown rapidly by three main factors, namely economic, demographic and socio-cultural. If a retail business can gain success in Malaysia, it may not gain the same success in Indonesia. A research is conducted using associative analysis by correlation test with path analysis technique and Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results of this research show that three antecedents of service variables – interaction quality, the quality of physical environment, and outcome quality – are related to each other and simultaneously influence consumer’s trust. Regarding to the partial analysis, it is found that the quality of physical environment and consumer’s trust has significant effects on post-purchase behavior. Path analysis shows that three antecedents of service indirectly contribute to consumer post-purchase behavior through consumer’s trust. However, the outcome quality provides the largest contribution on it.

Abstract

SMEC has high durability against any unpleasant economic conditions. Moreover, SMALL MEDIUM ENTERPRISES of batik has had the ability to produce export and derived foreign exchange for the country. It is important to continue to do the construction and development of batik industry competitiveness in order to compete in this era of free trade. The purpose of this research is to find a development Model as an integrated system capability of integrating Indonesian batik business, which is  supported by the existing infrastructure so that it is capable of being one of the pre-eminent business typical batik Indonesia which has been recognized as one of the world heritage of Indonesian as a nation. Methods the study was a qualitative Method to find the organization model and hybrid formulation of e community system to support collaboration among organizations. This research has enabled independent business group supported a Hybrid organization building strength together in the era of globalization based on Electronic Community System that is driven by each component in the Hybrid Organization.

Abstract

Conditions of intense competition and the number of competitors in the napkins industry are quite a lot, so that sanitary napkins manufacturers should be more serious in response to the amount of their market share. Similarly, with Bagus Nina which has a fairly low market share among competitors, this is because the presence of Bagus Nina are fairly new in the toiletries industry. To increase market share and sales, Bagus Nina must find out the purchase intention of their consumer, it is inseparable from the role of intermediaries or channel in distributing products to consumers. Based on that, it was urgently conducted a research about the influence of channel performance towards purchase intention with mediation by brand awareness and brand image with Bagus Nina user in Jabodetabek as the respondents. The purpose of the study is to determine the best path in the form of consumer purchase intention. This research is a descriptive study based on user survey. The method used in this study is path analysis approach with SPSS statistical software. The results of this research indicate that the channel has the effect, directly and indirectly to consumer purchase intention.
