Abstract

Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pengelolaan data dan peningkatan layanan publik, termasuk kesehatan anak usia dini. Di pedesaan, sistem digital menjadi solusi strategis untuk memastikan pencatatan data kesehatan yang cepat, akurat, dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model pelacakan digital untuk memantau status kesehatan balita di Posyandu Desa Kadugenep, sekitar 18 km dari ibu kota Provinsi Banten, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis dokumentasi dan observasi sistem operasional. Prototipe berbasis web dirancang dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menghasilkan struktur data terorganisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pelacakan digital meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, akurasi data kesehatan, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan di tingkat desa, serta dapat diadaptasi di wilayah pedesaan lain untuk memperkuat tata kelola kesehatan berbasis masyarakat dan literasi digital desa.

Abstract

PengusahaX (penulis tidak diizinkan menyebutkan nama) memiliki 19 toko di beberapa market places. Data penulis dapat saat  wawancara. Setiap tokonya menjual barang-barang berbeda-beda.  PengusahaX sudah tidak punya waktu untuk memantau kelokasi bisnisnya beroperasi dan sudah dipercayakan sepenuhnya kepada karyawan menjalankanya. sistem penggajian karyawanya, bagi hasil, bila penjualan besar, maka mendapatkan upah yang besar pula. Customers yang belanja pada tokonya masih mengunakan uang tunai. Owner toko menerima  laporan jumlah transaksi penjualan perhari dan perminggu via email dalam format Excel. Laporan yang diterima selalu dia hitung ulang, dan ada terdapat ketidaksesuaian dengan perhitungannya (ada sedikit kurang), meskipun tidak semua toko. Masalah ini sering terjadi, dan belum teratasi saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam memodelkan proses bisnis pembayaran transaksi terpadu ini Unified Modelling Language, dan menggunakan kaidah paradigma Prototype. Penulis mengasumsikan toko-toko sebagai resellers pada market pelaces. Untuk mendapatkan data jumlah transaksi perhari dan perminggu pada setiap toko, penulis menambahkan fitur databse disetiap toko. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan aplikasi pembayaran transaksi terpadu berbasis digital. Tujuanya untuk menghilangkan pembayaran tunai, dan menggantinya dengan pembayaran nontunai.

Abstract

Public services in many government institutions are still traditional, characterized by slow processes, bureaucracy, and limited working hours. This condition makes it difficult for the public to obtain information quickly and accurately. This study aims to analyze the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the form of chatbots as a digital innovation to improve the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of public services. The research method used is a qualitative approach through literature review, observation, and interviews with ICT Public Service staff or employees at government agency, as well as users from the community. The research findings, as presented in Table 1 in Discussion sub-chapter 3.4, show that chatbots are able to provide instant and consistent responses, operate more efficiently (saving human resources and time), respond within one minute (real-time, 24/7), support automation, and reduce the workload of government officials through interactive services available around the clock. However, key challenges remain, including limitations in natural language understanding, data security issues, and user resistance to new technologies. With appropriate development strategies and attention to digital literacy among citizens, AI-based chatbots have the potential to become an effective solution in supporting the transformation of public services toward smart, transparent, and citizen-oriented governance.

Abstract

Kadugenep Tourism Village holds great potential as a culturally based tourist destination. However, language barriers remain a significant challenge for the local community in providing services to international visitors. This cross-language communication training aims to improve the villagers' foreign language skills, particularly in tourism contexts, to enhance service quality and the village's overall appeal. This study employs a qualitative method with a participatory training approach, incorporating observation, interviews, and skill evaluations before and after the training. Findings indicate a significant improvement in basic English communication skills and a deeper understanding of tourist cultures post-training. Additionally, villagers gained greater confidence in interacting with foreign visitors. The implications of this study suggest that cross-language communication training contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of Kadugenep Tourism Village and can serve as a model for other tourism villages. With continued support, such initiatives could foster sustainable tourism, empower local communities economically and socially, and strengthen intercultural exchange between hosts and visitors, making local destinations more accessible and attractive to a global audience.

Abstract

The Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm is a statistical learning method that has shown promise in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients. Hepatitis is a liver disease that can be chronic or acute and affects millions of people worldwide. The healing rate of patients with hepatitis can vary widely depending on various factors such as age, gender, and medical history. The Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm takes into account the correlations between the different attributes of patients and their healing rates, unlike the traditional Naïve Bayes Algorithm. This approach has been shown to improve the accuracy of predictions significantly. In this study, the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm was applied to a dataset of hepatitis patients. The dataset contained information about patients' age, gender, medical history, and other attributes that might affect their healing rates. The algorithm was trained on this dataset to predict the healing rate of new patients. The results showed that the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm achieved higher accuracy in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients compared to the traditional Naïve Bayes Algorithm. This suggests that the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm could be a useful tool for healthcare professionals in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients, and ultimately improving their treatment and care. Furthermore, the study also investigated the importance of different attributes in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients. The results showed that age and medical history were the most important factors, followed by gender and other attributes. The findings of this study have significant implications for the medical community, as accurate prediction of healing rates can inform treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes. The Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm provides a powerful tool for healthcare professionals in predicting the healing rate of hepatitis patients, and could be extended to other medical conditions. However, it is important to note that the Correlated Naïve Bayes Algorithm has limitations, such as the assumption of independence between attributes. Therefore, future research should investigate alternative methods that can overcome these limitations and improve the accuracy of predictions further.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a strategic communication model for Kadugenep Village to enhance cross-language interactions between local residents and tourists. Employing a mixed-method approach, the research collected qualitative data through interviews and focus group discussions with villagers, tourism stakeholders, and language educators, while a quantitative survey assessed the current linguistic capabilities and communication barriers. The data were also analyzed using using thematic analysis to summarize the villagers’ linguistic abilities and identify the most common communication barriers. The findings revealed that villagers express enthusiasm for engaging with tourists, limited access to formal language education and a lack of practical communication tools pose significant challenges. The proposed model incorporates a combination of basic language training, non-verbal communication strategies, and mobile translation applications to facilitate more effective interactions. The study concludes that a structured yet flexible approach to language learning, adapted to local needs and resources, can significantly improve rural communities’ participation in the tourism economy. Implementing this model in Kadugenep Village has the potential to not only enhance visitor experiences but also promote sustainable tourism development. Future research should explore how similar models can be adapted to other rural tourism destinations with varying linguistic and cultural contexts.
