Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out the influence of teacher teaching skills and student learning motivation on economic learning outcomes in online learning. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Solok with a population of 432, then samples were drawn using proportional random sampling technique, obtaining a sample of 123 online learning students. This research uses a causal survey method. Research data was collected using research instruments in the form of questionnaires with a Likert scale and also students' UAS scores for learning outcome variables which were processed and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Data distribution is carried out using Google Form. The results of hypothesis testing showed that teachers' teaching skills have a significant effect on students' learning motivation in economics subjects in online learning at SMAN 1 Solok, Teachers' teaching skills have a significant effect on economics learning outcomes in online learning at SMAN 1 Solok, Teachers' teaching skills have a significant effect on economics learning outcomes. in online learning at SMAN 1 Solok which is mediated by learning motivation

Abstract

The position and high level of dedication of the teacher are essential to the effective delivery of instruction and learning in classrooms. The instructor must be able to perform their responsibilities and functions as a facilitator effectively. Teachers must be competent to facilitate learning, evaluate student work, employ learning media, and possess a thorough understanding of information and technology. The application of anates on instructors in the analysis of item items is one of the uses of learning media and assessment tools required by teachers. A computer application program called anates software seeks to examine individual things. Teachers believe that using Anates software is essential for assessing student learning outcomes, and observers of educational evaluation can also benefit from its use. However, because the teachers are unfamiliar with and do not comprehend how to utilize the Anates software, they still have trouble using the item analysis tool. This activity's objective is to give teachers useful practice in analyzing item questions using the anates application, particularly at YAPI Padang High School.

Abstract

The Teaching Assistance Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education has an important role in preparing students to become professional and competent teachers. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the program in improving student teaching readiness. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the Teaching Assistance Program provides significant hands-on experience for students in managing classes, developing learning plans, and interacting with students. Factors supporting the success of the program include the guidance of senior teachers, the support of partner schools, student motivation, and their involvement in curriculum management. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the quality of guidance be improved, cooperation with partner schools is strengthened, and program evaluations are carried out periodically. Thus, this program can run more optimally in preparing competent teacher candidates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) pengaruh literasi ekonomi terhadap Perilaku Kosumtif Mahasiswa FKIP Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Ekasakti Padang. 2) pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa FKIP Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Ekasakti Padang. 3) pengaruh pengaruh literasi ekonomi dan gaya terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa FKIP Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Ekasakti Padang. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 57 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling, maka sampelnya berjumlah 57 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk penelitian berupa angket tertutup dengan digunakan uji Regresi Linear Berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara literasi ekonomi (X1) terhadap prilaku kosumtif mahasiswa Universitas Ekasakti Padang.Nilai koefisien regresi β literasi ekonomi sebesar 0,241 dan nilai thitung 2,070 > t tabel 1,674 dengan nilai signifikan 0,003 > 0,05. 2) positif dan signifikan antara gaya hidup (X2) terhadap prilaku kosumtif mahasiswa Universitas Ekasakti Padang. Nilai koefisien regresi β literasi ekonomi sebesar 0,157 dan nilai thitung 8,596 > t tabel 1,672 dengan nilai signifikan 0,008 < 0,05. 3) Terdapat pengaruh literasi ekonomi (X1), dan gaya hidup (X2) secara silmutan terhadap perilaku kosumtif (Y). nilai signifikasi untuk pengaruh X1 dan X2 secara simultan terhada Y yaitu sebesar 0,005 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 7,711 > F tabel 3,17. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh literasi ekonomi dan gaya hidup secara simultan terhadap perilaku konsumtif (Y) pada mahasiswa FKIP Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Ekasakti Padang.

Abstract

Hasil belajar yang baik adalah dambaan setiap siswa. Namun untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik bukanlah hal yang mudah bagi siswa. Banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam melaksanakan proses belajar yang efektif sehingga berakibat hasil belajar yang tidak maksimal. Dengan adanya motivasi belajar dan dukungan dari lingkungan sekolah yang nyaman akan menjadi salah satu faktor yang dapat membangkitkan semangat belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Swasta Plus Setia Tua Peijat Mentawai Tahun 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Swasta Plus Setia TuaPeijat Mentawai Tahun 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 57 orang diambil secara total sampling. Data diolah dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi belajar (X1) terhadap hasil belajar dan terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan sekolah (X2) terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Swasta Plus Setia TuaPeijat Mentawai Tahun 2021/2022.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze 1) the influence of self-concept on the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA 01 Sipora Selatan. 2) the influence of parental control on the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA Sipora Selatan. 3) the influence of self-concept and parental control on the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA N 01 Sipora Selatan. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive associative. The population in the study were all class XI students of SMA N 01 Sipora Selatan. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques. So the sample amounted to 60 people. The instruments used for the study were questionnaires and documentation using Multiple Linear Regression tests and hypothesis testing with t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between self-concept (X1) on the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA N 01 Sipora Selaran. It is known that the regression coefficient value β of emotional intelligence is positive at 0.138 and the t count value is 2.455> t table of 1.67203 with a significant value of 0.017> α = 0.05. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between parental control (X2) on the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA N 01 Sipora Selatan. It is known that the regression coefficient value β of parental control is positive at 0.111 and the t count value is 2.463> t table of 1.67203 with a significant value of 0.017 <α = 0.05. 3) There is an influence of self-concept (X1), and parental control (X2) simultaneously on learning outcomes (Y). It is known that the significance value for the influence of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y is 0.009 <0.05 and the F count value is 5.162> F table 3.16. This shows that there is an influence of self-concept and parental control simultaneously on learning outcomes (Y) in class XI students of SMA N 01 Sipora Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of economic literacy and digital literacy on student learning motivation in economics class X at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang, analyzing the influence of economic literacy, digital literacy and learning motivation on student learning achievement in economics class X at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang. The research conducted was associative deceptive research. The population is all students of class X of SMAN 2 Gunung Talang, with a proportional random sampling sample drawn of 112 people. Data analysis using descriptive and inductive analysis using pathway analysis. The results of the study show that economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation in economics class X at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang. Digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation in Talang economics subjects. Economic literacy has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement in economics subjects. Digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement in classroom economics subjects. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement in economics subjects

Abstract

Personal finance management is very important, especially for the younger generation such as students, for their future. However, in reality, there are still many students who do not understand how to manage finances effectively. Community service activities are carried out for students of SMA PGRI 2 Padang with the hope that students will be able to manage their personal finances from an early age. This activity is carried out through a series of workshops and interactive discussions that involve students in activities based on good financial planning and management. Through a simple and practical approach, students are invited to learn the basic concepts of money management, create a personal budget, and understand the importance of saving and investing. The results of this service show an increase in students' understanding of the importance of personal financial management and their ability to plan a more structured budget.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the first objective of knowing the effect of the teacher's teaching skills in distance learning on the online learning motivation of students in economics at SMAN 1 Solok. The second objective is to determine the effect of the teacher's teaching skills in distance learning on learning outcomes and the last objective is to determine the effect of the teacher's skills in distance learning on learning outcomes that are intervened by the online learning motivation variable. The study was conducted at SMAN 1 Solok with a total population of 432, then a sample was drawn using the proportional random sampling technique to obtain a sample of 123 students. This study uses a causal survey method. The research data was collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale and also the student's UAS scores for the processed learning outcome variables were analyzed using path analysis techniques. Data dissemination is done using Google Forms. The results of hypothesis testing obtained 1) Teacher teaching skills in distance learning have a significant effect on students' online learning motivation for economic subjects at SMAN 1 Solok (H1 is accepted), 2) Teacher teaching skills in distance learning have a significant effect on student learning outcomes in SMAN economic subjects. 1 Solok (H2 is accepted), 3) Teacher's teaching skills in distance learning have a significant effect on student learning outcomes mediated by online learning motivation for economic subjects at SMAN 1 Solok (H3 is accepted).
