Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan, motivasi, dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai BPS Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 42 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner tertutup berskala Likert, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS, yang dilengkapi uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan motivasi tidak signifikan. Secara simultan, kemampuan, motivasi, dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kontribusi sebesar 32,9%. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada jumlah variabel dan objek penelitian yang terbatas pada satu instansi. Penelitian ini memberikan nilai tambah berupa bukti empiris mengenai pentingnya peningkatan kemampuan pegawai dan penguatan dukungan organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pada instansi pemerintah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Terminal Tirtonadi Surakarta dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 192 karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 48 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang didukung oleh observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS yang dilengkapi dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t, serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Terminal Tirtonadi Surakarta, sehingga peningkatan motivasi kerja serta terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang kondusif menjadi faktor penting dalam mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan, dengan tetap memperhatikan pengelolaan sistem disiplin secara tepat guna mendukung stabilitas kerja karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of reward, punishment, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Kanaan Global Indonesia Telukan Sukoharjo, both partially and simultaneously. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of 2,000 employees, while the sample comprised 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, the F-test, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that reward, punishment, and work discipline each have a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance, with punishment showing the most dominant contribution. The Adjusted R² value of 0.832 indicates that 83.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, whereas the remaining 16.8% is attributable to other factors beyond the scope of this study, such as work motivation, work environment, and leadership style. Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly fierce competition in the Coffee shop industry, which requires business actors to understand the factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions. At Plaga Coffee Surakarta, purchasing decisions are assumed to be influenced by Lifestyle, electronic word of mouth, and store atmosphere. Therefore, it is important to conduct research to analyze the influence of these three variables on consumer purchasing decisions.This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample was determined using a random sampling technique of 100 respondents who are consumers of Plaga Coffee Surakarta. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 22 program. The results show that Lifestyle, electronic word of mouth, and store atmosphere, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These three variables are able to explain the variation in purchasing decisions, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. This study suggests that management should continue to optimize viral content, improve comfort of the place, and strengthen positive consumer recommendations to increase purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada P.O Sugeng di Terminal Tirtonadi Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan penelitian terdiri atas pelanggan, petugas loket, dan awak bus P.O Sugeng yang dipilih berdasarkan keterlibatan dan pengalaman mereka dalam proses pelayanan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan mendalam, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Analisis kualitas pelayanan mengacu pada lima dimensi SERVQUAL, yaitu tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan P.O Sugeng secara umum sudah baik dan mampu mendukung kepuasan pelanggan. Dimensi tangibles terlihat dari kebersihan, kerapian petugas, dan ketersediaan fasilitas, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa fasilitas yang perlu ditingkatkan. Dimensi reliability ditunjukkan melalui kejelasan informasi dan ketelitian dalam memberikan pelayanan. Responsiveness terlihat dari kemampuan petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan secara cepat dan tanggap terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan. Assurance tercermin melalui rasa aman, kesopanan awak bus, serta kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap pengemudi, meskipun aspek kecepatan berkendara masih perlu diperhatikan. Sementara itu, empathy ditunjukkan melalui keramahan, perhatian, pemahaman terhadap kebutuhan, dan perlakuan yang sama kepada pelanggan. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas pelayanan P.O Sugeng telah memenuhi sebagian besar harapan pelanggan dan berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenges faced by Human Resources (HR) in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in adapting to digital advancements, particularly in leveraging social media for marketing. The research focuses on Mom Fithri Brass & Copper Craft and Fried Shallot business located in Cepogo, Boyolali, where HR capabilities in digital marketing remain limited despite its vast potential. This study aims to analyze the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in enhancing the development of creative economy products in the digital era. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. The population consisted of 30 employees and one business owner, with the sample being the business owner. Findings reveal that HRM plays a pivotal role in improving the digital competencies of human resources, which in turn fosters innovation and enhances product development. The training implemented significantly improved digital marketing knowledge and skills, enabling the MSMEs to become more competitive in the global marketplace. Moreover, HR demonstrated increased creativity in utilizing social media to expand market reach and visibility of their products.
