Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of simultaneous or partial career development, job satisfaction and discipline on the performance of employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta Branch. The research method uses a quantitative approach, in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 70 respondents who were divided into employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta Branch. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of the results of questionnaires filled out by respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression, F test, t test and coefficient of determination with SPSS version 21 program.The results of this study indicate that career development has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta Branch, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Surakarta Branch, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Observasi ini dimaksudkan untuk memahami pengaruh online customer review dan website quality pada impulsive buying terhadap pengguna e-commerce pada Kota Surakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Jenis data menggunakan data primer dari jawaban kuesioner dan data sekunder dari rujukan lain seperti jurnal. Cara analisis data pada penelitian ini memanfaatkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi seluruh masyarakat Kota Surakarta yang telah mengadakan pembelian di e-commerce dengan sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 100 orang. Purposive sampling digunakan saat pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan kriteria responden yang melakukan pembelian di e-commerce dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan terakhir dengan batas usia 17-30 tahun.  Hasil yang ditunjukan dalam uji F menunjukkan jika online customer review dan website quality berasosiasi simultan pada impulsive buying. Hasil uji t menjelaskan bahwa variabel online customer review berasosiasi positif dan signifikan terhadap impulsive buying. Hasil uji t kedua menunjukkan pula jika variabel website quality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying.

Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah populasi manusia di dunia, maka sampah yang dihasilkanpun juga semakin meningkat. Desa Mancasan, Kecamatan Baki di Kabupaten Sukoharjo merupakan Desa penghasil alat musik gitar dan sejenisnya yang sudah terkenal secara nasional. Sisa-sisa hasil pembuatan gitar ini menjadi sampah yang harus dipikirkan pengelolannya supaya dapat menjaga kelestarian dan kesehatan lingkungan. Tim pengabdian dari Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta turut berkontribusi pada masyarakat dengan melakukan edukasi berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengolahan sampah organik dengan metode composting bag . Harapan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat mampu mengolah sampah yang ada di lingkungannya menjadi sesuatu yang lebih bermanfaat.

Abstract

Implementation of community service in national collaboration, collaboration between Batik Islamic University, Surakarta and Warmadewa University, Denpasar, Bali. It was carried out on February 6 2024, at Putra Susila UMKM which produces tuna skin crackers with an address in Denpasar, Bali. The method of community service is carried out using a mentoring method carried out jointly between the Batik Islamic University Surakarta team and Warmadewa University Denpasar. Meanwhile, supporting factors include: related to production, storage of raw materials, layout of cooking areas, packing and sales. The analysis used is triangulation of primary data, theory and expert opinion. From the results of community service, a conclusion can be drawn that assistance still needs to be provided regarding raw materials which are still fluctuating, sometimes abundant, sometimes empty, so raw material storage technology is needed. Layout techniques and production space are good, neat and separate from the household. Packing has several inputs, namely that it is not big enough. Marketing is still around Denpasar with pre-order patterns and product displays and participating in exhibitions.

Abstract

This research aim to identify how Organizational Culture, Motivation and Workload gives impact to Employee’s Performance at the Sukoharjo Regency National Land Agency Office. Civil Servants (PNS) at the Sukoharjo Regency National Land Agency Office is used as research’s population with total 70 employees. Researcher used saturated sample technique on research with 70 sample. There are 3 methods being used in this research, such as the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test with SPSS 21 program. This research categorized as quantitative descriptive research that used primary data and secondary data obtained by observation, documentation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. Final results of this research higlights positive and significant impact from Organizational Culture and Motivation variable on Employee’s Performance, while there is a positive and insignificant effect on Workload variable to Employee’s Performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of all variables has a contribution of 41.4% and the remaining 58.6% is explained by variables outside this research model.

Abstract

In researching this has to find out whether the Effect of E-Tracking Service Quality, Price and Location on Customer Satisfaction at PT Indah Cargo Logistik Surakarta Branch. Researchers not know the number of population. Probability and nonprobability sampling techniques are sampling methods. The number of one hundred respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis as an analytical technique. The results in research showed that e-tracking services, prices and locations had an effect on overall good customer satisfaction.
