Abstract

The study was conducted in PT. Sentra Karya Raya Pekanbaru Light which is a general trade contractors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation and working conditions on employee job satisfaction. The study population was the entire staff of about 63 employees who conducted the census. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17 for windows. The results showed that compensation and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. In contrast, although the working conditions had a positive effect but not significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction of 44.3 % can be explained as the variation that occurs in variable compensation and working conditions. Recommendation that can be given is that management adjusts the amount of receipts in the form of compensation to the employees base salary and incentives in line with the applicable regulations, as well as holding a pension plan and budget for employee recreation. Working conditions by increasing the harmonious relationship between employees and security need to be dikondusifkan back.Keywords : Compensation , Working Conditions and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aim to know Influence of Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Culture to Discipline Work Employees At PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru. As for becoming population in this research is all laboring employees at PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru. Population in this research is all employees to in PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru amounting to 84 people. In intake of writer sampel use census method to all employees. Date analysis the used [is] descriptive analysis, despitefully also use quantitative analysis that is using doubled linear regresi constructively program of SPSS version 18.00. From result of examination which have been conducted, test of regresi simultan indicate that Compensation, Motivation and Organizational Culture have an effect on to Discipline Work Employees of PT. Riau Pos Intermedia Pekanbaru. Result of Test of parsial indicated that Compensation variable, Motivation and Organizational Culture effect to Discipline Work Employees at PT. Abstract

The Performance which not yet adequate represent a problems which often faced by company in its effort to increase advantage to reach. Problem of performance closely related with attainment of company target, because labour represent one of the primary factor to company in reaching target which have been specified. Disability of company in effort to increase employees performance represent an constraint faced by each every company. Target of this research is to see influence of Medicare & working safety and environment work to employees performance part of production at PT. Surya Bratasena Plantation Pelalawan. Population in this research amount to 175 people. While technique intake of sampel by sampling cluster with election of sampling accidental sampel. thereby known the amount of as many sampling 64 date. Analysis use doubled linear regression method with program of SPSS 18. Pursuant to result of research known that health & working safety by parsial and simultan have an effect on signifikan to employees performance part of production at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect caused by the variable leadership and supervision of the work discipline variable.In this study, the authors took a sample of 85 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple regression analysis, partial regression, simultaneous test, the coefficient of determination, validity and reliability, and the classic assumption test (test for normality, heteroscedasticity test, and test Multicollinearity). With SPSS version 17.0.From the results of testing that has been done, t test results in partial leadership significant effect on employee work discipline PT. Karya Satria Abadi Pekanbaru, while partial supervision significant effect on labor discipline. F test results obtained from the F table value of 3.11 with a probability value (sig) = 0.00. Because the sig <0.05 then the decision is accepted Ha. Results of statistical test calculations show that the calculation results of statistical tests showed Ha accepted and Ho rejected. This means that leadership and supervision together (simultaneous) effect on employee work discipline PT. Karya Satria Abadi Pekanbaru. Based on the obtained test determination coefficient R square value of 0.398 means that R2 is approach to 1. This means that the greater the ability of the independent variable (X) describes the change in the dependent variable (Y) or in other words the variables affecting leadership and supervision of the work discipline of 39.8% while the remaining 60.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.Keywords: Leadership, Supervision, and Work Discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Effects of Extrinsic Motivation, Discipline of Work and Work Environment on Employee Productivity at PT. Bratasena Plantation. In this study the authors use independent variables is extrinsic motivation (X1), work discipline (X2) and work environment (X3), as the dependent variable productivity (Y). Slovin technique is used to obtain the sample population. To analyze our data, we used multiple regression analysis. testing while t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination (R2) is used to test our hypothesis. From the research that has been done with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 21, it can be concluded that extrinsic motivation, work discipline and work environment positive and significant impact on work productivity with the formula Y = -0.246 + 0.733 (X1) + 0.169 (X2) + 0.104 (X3) and the contribution of Fwhich amounted to 67.825 against the dependent variable and the significant level of 0.000Keywords : Extrinsic Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education and training on employee performance partially Mechanical Section at PT. Intraco Penta Cabang Pekanbaru. To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance partially Mechanical Section at PT. Intraco Penta Cabang Pekanbaru. To determine the effect of education and training and motivation on employee performance simultaneously Mechanical Section at PT. Intraco Penta Cabang Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Intraco Penta Cabang Pekanbaru, whose work on quantum mechanics. Because in this study, the authors focused only mechanic training in improving mechanical performance. The number of employees who work on quantum mechanics in 2012 as many as 80 people. For this study the policy, then the sampling done by the census. Thus, the entire population sampled in this study. The method used is multiple linear regression. Results reveal that for education and training variables partially significant effect on employee performance is obtained because a significant level of 0.001> 0.005. This shows the value of t> t table (2.743> 2.03), then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. This means that the education and training of a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study for partial motivation variables significantly influence employee performance because significant levels obtained for 0,000> 0,005. This shows the value of t> t table (3.765> 2.03), then Ho is reject and Hi is accepted. That is the motivation significant effect on employee performance. From the test results are known regression calculation of F values obtained at 25.2544 with a significant level of 0.000 with (α) of 5% and Ftable worth 3.1504. This shows the value of F> F (25.254> 3.1504), then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted. This means that at the same time, the variable education and training, motivation significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study ams to determine the influences of leadership and variable compensation on employee produktivity at PT. Murini Sam Sam, Kelurahan Pinggir Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. As for the population in this study were employees in the production Departement PT. Murini Sam Sam, amounting to 136 and 58 employees in this study were sample dusing slovin. Analysis of the data used method is to use a simultaneous test, and test partial coefficient of Determination. The result showed that there were significant and positive effect of the variables of leadership and compensation, either simultaneously or partial, of the employee productivity PT. Murini Sam Sam 66,30%. Determined by factors of leadership and compensation, where the largest contribution is given by the variable leadership, and 33,70% determined by ther factor that affect of work productivityKeywords: Leadership, Compensation, Employee Productivity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at the influence of Incentive and Communication on Motivation and Work Peformance PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru. The population in this study amounted PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Pekanbaru 102 employees. While the sampling technique is done by census method. Data analysis was performed using the path analiysis processed with spss version 18.0. Based on the survey results revealed that there are significant indirect incentives to work achievement through work motivation and there is no direct influence on the Job Performance Communication Working through work motivation. This means that work can strengthen the motivation variable incentive effect and work towards achievement of communication Employee. Companies should consider factors that affect employee performance by increasing employee motivation at work , as well as the incentives and pay attention to the communication that exists among employees so that employee performance can be improved.Keywords : Incentive, Communication, Motivation and Work Peformance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to performance through discipline employees working at PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk Pekanbaru. This study using 98 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method is a way to test variables, regression test, and the last test path analysis or path analysis.From the results of testing that has been done, the effect obtained directly between job satisfaction variables affect the performance by 0.184, which means 18.4% of the variable performance is influenced by variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment to employee performance effect of 0.192 which means that 19.2% of employee performance influenced by organizational commitment. For the variable of job satisfaction on work discipline effect of 0.404, which means 40.4% of employee performance is affected by organizational commitment. For the indirect effect is the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through the discipline of work to get the 0.192. The influence of organizational commitment to performance through the discipline of work to get the results for 0.201, which means an indirect influence between organizational commitment to performance through disciplined work affects 20.1%.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Discipline of Work and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and competence partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Main tekologi Jakarta Pekanbaru. The subjects were all employees in the PT. Jakarta Pekanbaru Main Technology in 2014, amounting to 47 people. Using census sampling method and the data obtained is processed by multiple linear regression models (multiple regression) using SPSS 16 for Windows. Partial test results indicate that the work environment have a significant effect on performance; motivation significant effect on performance; and competence have a significant effect on performance. Results of environmental testing work, motivation, and competence simultaneously show the effect on the performance of 85.80% and the remaining 14.20% is influenced by other factors. The author suggests for the leadership of the company to further improve the working environment and pay attention, motivation and competence as significant influence on employee performance.Keywords: Performance, Work Environment, Motivation, Competence
