Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru Branch in order to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment, Employee Development and Culture Organization simultaneously on Employees Competence PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru Branch. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employess of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru Branch. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure of the population in this study were all employess of 40 persons and sampled. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linier regression method. From the testing that has been done, simultannous regression test (Test-F) showed that the variables of Organizational Employee Development and Culture Organization simultaneously significant effect on employee competency. From the results of the parial test (t-test) showed that the variables of Organizational Employee Development and Culture Organization have significant effect on employess competency. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.720, which means, variable Organizational Commitment, Employee Development and Culture Organization jointly affect the Employee Competency, while the rest influenced by other variables not examinet in this study.Keyword: Organizational Commitment, Employee Development, Organizational Culture and Employee Competency Commitment

Abstract

Increase rate of migration to Riau especially Pekanbaru city cause an increase and growth fitness industry in Pekanbaru led to competititon between companiesnthat is getting touger. This research that aims to describe how strategy that gives an advantage in competition with Spartan Gym Pekanbaru, to analysis environment condition of external and internal by used SWOT analysis and plan alternative strategy to Spartan Gym Pekanbaru at Jl. Wonosari No.6 Pekanbaru. Method that we used in this research is qualitative method. The result of research shows internal factor of Spartan Gym pros is the image of company that have know, company’s uniqueness, facilities and qualities good service, cozy and clean room, and the cons is the location is not strategic, low marketing, the customer service is not friendly and undifferent service. While from the external factor is chance to open new branch, opportunity to cooperation with the other, competitor and the new rival. Based on that factors, Spartan Gym stand on defensive position where company have to do their concentration defensive strategy or focus to plan to business development for Spartan Gym Pekanbaru as fitness center.Keywords : Analysis of competitive advantage, SWOT Analyis, and fitness center.

Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Leadership variable And Discipline by simultan and parsial of paramedic performance at RSUD Pemkab. Kuantan Singingi. Population in this research is counted 160 people from all doctor and nurse at RSUD Pemkab. Kuantan Singingi. Used data by analysis is descriptive, despitefully also use quantitative analysis that is using double linier regresi constructively SPSS version program 17. From result of examination wich have been simultan regresi tsest (uji-F) indicate that Leadership And Discipline by simultan have been effect on signifikan to paramedic performance. Result of test parsial (Test t) indicating that leadership by parsial have an effect on signifikan to paramedic performance. And also discipline variabel by parsial have an effect on signifikan of paramedic performance at RSUD Pemkab. Kuantan Singingi.Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effects of job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory (RICRY) Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study were all employees of PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory (RICRY) Pekanbaru numbering 84 people and the entire population to be sampled in this study, so this research is census method .. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. From the testing that has been done by the researchers showed that job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously and partially significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory (RICRY) Pekanbaru. In terms of turnover intention, the company should pay more attention and be able to anticipate early losses that will occur because the turnover of employees who want to quit the company and seek a job in another company so that the company does not lose competent human resources by considering the convenience of employees at work, job satisfaction of employees and organizational commitment and the company is able to achieve its goals. and the company should pay more attention to the perceived job insecurity of employees by providing certainty to the continued employment of employees, in the future.Keywords : Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intention

Abstract

This research was conducted in February 2017 in the Village Nipah Panjang 2, Subdistrict Nipah Panjang, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, Province of Jambi. The method used is to observe directly the fishing gear used by fishermen. This study aims to produce an Efficient gillnet fishing gear design through an assessment of the construction of gillnet used by fishermen. The principle of design theory uses the reference formula Sadhori (1984) and Fridman (1986). The results show that the construction of gillnet consists as webbing, upper main line, under main line, float line, sinker line, float, sinker I, sinker II and buoy. Based on the calculation of design formula was obtained distinguish of mesh size, spin of line, number of float and sinker, floats and sinker mounting distance. The spin direction used in the sample as Z-Z, while for the new design it is better to use the opposite spin direction such as Z-S or S-Z. The number of sample float is 701 pieces with a distance of 1 m (mesh size 3 inch) and 401 pieces with a distance of 1 m (mesh size 7 inch). While the recommended number of float is 1567 pieces with a distance of 45 cm (mesh size 3 inch) and 540 pieces with a distance of 75 cm (mesh size 7 inch). The number of sample sinker is 1556 pieces with a distance of 45 cm (mesh size 3 inch) and 160 pieces with a distance of 2,5 m (mesh size 7 inch). While the recommended amount of sinker is 1923 pieces with a distance of 36 cm (mesh size 3 inch) and 664 pieces with a distance of 60 cm (mesh size 7 inch). The number of buoy sample is 42 pieces (mesh size 3 inch) and 24 pieces (mesh size 7 inch). While the recommended buoy is 41 pieces (mesh size 3 inch) and 14 pieces (mesh size 7 inch)Keyword: Contruction, Design, Gillnet, Tanjung Jabung Timur
