Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan presensi elektronik, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi kerja, mengetahui pengaruh penerapan presensi elektronik, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja, mengetahui pengaruh penerapan presensi elektronik, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 orangterdiri dari guru ASN dan Guru Honorer yang bertugas di Sekolah Dasar pada Gugus SD Kihajar Dewantara Keca­matan Slawi. Data yang diperlukan dikumpulkan dengan angket dan doku­mentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis indeks, analisis structural modeling berbasis variance-PLS. Hasil dari pene­litian ini adalah penerapan presensi elektronik tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, kompetensi Guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, penerapan presensi elektronik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, kompetensi Guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, motivasi belum mampu memediasi pengaruh penerapan presensi, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality of work life, komitmen organisasi, kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja, organizational citizenship behavior. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tegal. Data yang diperlukan dikumpulkan dengan angket dan doku­mentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis indeks, analisis structural modeling berbasis variance-PLS. Abstract

Farmer groups that actively role as vehicles for learning, vehicles for cooperation, and production units play a significant role in enhancing agricultural output through efficient management practices and the adoption of innovations. An increase in production serves as a key indicator for improving the productivity of farming enterprises. This research aims to analyze the influence of farmer group roles comprising vehicles for learning, vehicles for cooperation, and production units along with farmer characteristics including age, education, farming experience, and land tenure status, on the productivity of rice farming. The research was conducted from February to April 2025 in Karanganom Village, Weleri Subdistrict, Kendal Regency, employing a survey method. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Statistics 27. The results of the research indicate that all variables collectively have a significant effect on rice farm productivity, suggesting that simultaneous changes in these variables can either enhance or reduce productivity. Partially, the variables of vehicles for learning, production unit, age, education, farming experience, and land status were found to significantly influence productivity, whereas the vehicles for cooperation variable did not exhibit a significant partial effect. Among these, the production unit variable demonstrated the most dominant partial influence, highlighting the critical role of improving and expanding production units in positively driving rice farm productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the characteristics of consumers of Bimoli brand cooking oil in supermarkets in Semarang City and analyze the factors that influence their purchasing decisions. The research was conducted from June to August 2025 in five supermarkets representing Semarang City, namely ADA Swalayan Setiabudi, ADA Swalayan Majapahit, Super Indo Imam Bonjol, Super Indo Siliwangi, and Super Indo Sukarno Hatta. The research method used a survey with a quota sampling technique (non-probability sampling) to collect data from 150 Bimoli consumers, with samples taken using a purposive sampling technique. The independent variables included product price (X1), product quality (X2), brand image (X3), packaging (X4), fanaticism (X5), and number of family members (X6), while the dependent variable was purchase decision (Y). Primary and secondary data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and logistic regression with the help of SPSS, including validity and reliability tests, as well as model testing using the Omnibus Test, Likelihood test, Overall Model Fit test, Hosmer and Lemeshow test, coefficient of determination test, and Wald test. The results of the study show that the majority of respondents are women (76%), aged 26-30 years (62%), with a bachelor's degree, working as employees, with a middle income (42%), and purchasing 2 L refills. The results of the logistic analysis reveal that product quality, brand image, packaging, and fanaticism has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, while product price and number of family members have no significant effect.

Abstract

Rice is the main staple food for Indonesians; therefore, its availability and affordability are crucial to maintaining food security. The government, through Perum BULOG, implements the Food Supply and Price Stabilization (SPHP) program distributed via the Rumah Pangan Kita (RPK) network. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the purchase of BULOG’s SPHP rice at Rumah Pangan Kita in Semarang City and to describe consumer characteristics. The research was conducted at three RPK outlets, RPK Life by Grace, RPK Rizky Fajar, and RPK Kawakibi using a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. A total of 120 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies, and analyzed using multiple linear regression, validity, reliability, and normality tests, as well as F and t tests. The results showed that most respondents were female, of productive age, had a senior high school education level, worked as housewives and laborers, had 3–4 dependents, and belonged to the middle-income group. The majority purchased SPHP rice 1–3 times per month. Psychological, personal, cultural, and social factors significantly influence the purchase of BULOG’s SPHP rice. Psychological factors relate to motivation and perception, personal factors include occupation and lifestyle, cultural factors involve values and consumption habits, while social factors are influenced by family and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Changes in agricultural processing systems and the work patterns of tobacco farmers in Morobongo Village reflect the dynamics of adaptation to agricultural modernization. This transformation is driven by technological advancements as well as economic, social, and ecological factors that push farmers toward greater efficiency and productivity. This study aims to analyze the shift from traditional to modern agricultural systems and identify the factors influencing this change. The research, conducted from December 2024 to January 2025, used a case study involving five farmer groups across four hamlets, with data collected through purposive sampling, in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Qualitative analysis was carried out through data reduction, thematic categorization, and interpretation. The results show that modernization offers substantial benefits, including reduced labor needs, faster planting processes, and increased yields. However, several challenges remain, such as limited capital, inadequate training, restricted access to machinery, and shortages of skilled human resources. Environmental issues, particularly declining soil fertility due to chemical inputs, also persist. Overall, the success of agricultural transformation requires not only technological availability but also sustained government support through training, subsidies, infrastructure development, and stronger farmer institutions. This study provides useful input for policymakers and offers empirical insight into farmers’ adaptive strategies amid ongoing agricultural change.
