Abstract

Health literacy merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan manajemen perawatan diri pada penderita DM. Seseorang yang memiliki health literacy yang baik akan meningkatkan keyakinan dalam dirinya untuk melakukan hal-hal agar dapat mencapai tujuan terkait penyakitnya  Oleh karena itu dalam meningkatkan manajemen perawatan diri dibutuhkan health literacy yang baik agar dapat mencegah komplikasi yang lebih jauh pada penderita DM. Self Care merupakan salah satu manajemen diri pada penderita diabetes melitus dan sangat diperlukan untuk mendapatkan kontrol glikemik yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan health literacu  dengan manajemen perawatan diri pasien diabetes melitus di RSUD Tenriawaru Kabupaten Bone tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross-Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien DM yang di rawat jalan dan dirawat inap di RSUD Tenriawaru Kabupaten Bone. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α=0,05). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa variabel yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan manajemen perawatan diri pasien Diabetes Melitus di Rumah Sakit Tenriawaru Kabupaten Bone adalah mendapatkan informasi kesehatan (p=0,000), memahami informasi kesehatan (p=0,006), menilai informasi kesehatan (p=0,003), dan menerapkan informasi kesehatan (p=0,034). Dalam memberikan informasi kesehatan, perawat dan petugas kesehatan lainnya untuk lebih memperhatikan health literacy dan manajemen perawatan diri pasien.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui aspek proses, aspek produk, dan penerapan setelah dilaksanakan evaluasi pada program bilingual mata pelajaran matematika di SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Mix metode, diawali dengan penggunaan metode kualitatif dilanjutkan dengan kuantitatif. Model evaluasi context, input, process dan product (CIPP) digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan fokus pada dua komponen yaitu komponen process dan komponen product. Penelitian evaluasi ini menggunakan data penelitian kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui catatan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Sumber data diperoleh dari guru dan peserta didik program kelas bilingual. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran program bilingual termasuk pada kategori "Baik". Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan penilaian program bilingual dengan menggunakan telaah dokumen berada pada kategori cukup dengan persentase 65%. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi, penerapan hasil evaluasi dengan melakukan refleksi atau membuat rangkuman dengan melibatkan peserta didik serta melaksanakan pengayaan didapatkan hasil bahwa penerapan hasil evaluasi efektif menggunakan uji t dengan nilai gain 0,32 kategori "Sedang" pada program bilingual mata pelajaran matematika. Kesimpulan dari penelitiannya ini yaitu secara keseluruhan proses pembelajaran program bilingual di SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta ketercapaian pelaksanaan dengan persentase yaitu 70,45% termasuk pada kategori "Baik". Pada kegiatan pendahuluan dan kegiatan inti sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik. The purpose of this research is to find out the process aspects, product aspects, and results of the implementation after evaluating the bilingual program in mathematics at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The research was conducted using the Mix Methods approach, beginning with the use of qualitative methods followed by quantitative. The CIPP evaluation model is used in this study with a focus on two components, namely the process component and the product component. This evaluation research uses qualitative research data obtained through interview notes, observations, and document studies. Sources of data were obtained from teachers and students of bilingual class programs. The results of his research are that the implementation of the learning process for bilingual programs is included in the "Good" category. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the bilingual program assessment using document review are in the sufficient category with a percentage of 65%. After evaluating, applying the results of the evaluation by reflecting or making a summary by involving students and carrying out enrichment, it was found that the application of the evaluation results was effective using the t test with a gain value of 0.32 in the "Medium" category in the bilingual program in mathematics. The conclusion from this research is that overall the learning process of the bilingual program at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta has achieved implementation with a percentage of 70.45% included in the "Good" category. In the preliminary activities and core activities have been carried out properly.

Abstract

A cooperative is a business entity that uses the principles of kinship and cooperation in its business. The success and progress of Koperasi Produsen Citra Kina Raya, a cooperative name, were not achieved without members’ participation and satisfaction as holders and users (dual identity). The study aimed (1) to analyze the members’ participation, satisfaction, and cooperatives’ performance; (2) to analyze the effect of members’ participation and satisfaction on cooperatives’ performance in Koperasi Produsen Citra Kina Raya. The study was implemented from January to February 2022. This study employed a survey method using a quantitative approach. The sample size was 78 respondents. Data were collected by scoring answers to the instruments research, which are then analyzed statistically to determine the level of participation, satisfaction, and performance and the influence between the variables. The results show that : (1) The level of participation, satisfaction, and performance was classified well with a percentage score of 79,5%, 83,3%, and 86,5%; (2) There is a positive effect and significance between the independent and dependent variables. The study concludes that participation is well caused by the economic and social benefit that members receive, while the members’ satisfaction affects participation and transaction in the cooperative. Suggestions by the authors are that the cooperative should maintain and increase members’ satisfaction through increasing quality service, trust in management, increasing participation in decision making, and hiring the agriculture machine.

Abstract

Guru Sekolah Dasar di Desa Guwo Sari, Pajangan, menghadapi kesulitan dalam membuat soal yang sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan yang benar, sehingga memengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran dan penilaian. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dirancang solusi berupa pelatihan dengan tema “Web-Based Attitude and Knowledge Assessment Training for Elementary School Teachers” yang dilaksanakan oleh Prodi S3 PEP SPs UNY. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 guru dan berlangsung di Gedung Disdikpora Kabupaten Bantul selama satu minggu, dari 10 Oktober hingga 17 Oktober 2024. Materi pelatihan mencakup kebijakan pendidikan, penyusunan instrumen penilaian sikap dan pengetahuan, serta praktik penggunaan teknologi berbasis web. Pelatihan ini berjalan lancar dan mendapatkan respon positif dari peserta, terlihat dari antusiasme guru, keberhasilan mereka menyelesaikan tugas dengan baik, serta tingginya nilai evaluasi yang diberikan. Selain itu, para peserta memberikan respon positif dan apresiasi tinggi terhadap pelatihan penyusunan penilaian ini dengan nilai yang diberikan dominan berada pada nilai 8-10. Selain meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru, kegiatan ini memotivasi mereka untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam sistem penilaian secara lebih efektif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di wilayah Desa Guwo Sari, Pajangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, mengevaluasi, dan menganalisis dampak LKPD berbasis SFAE terhadap literasi numerasi dan minat belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D) menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, yang mencakup tahap desain, validasi, uji coba, dan revisi LKPD. Instrumen penelitian meliputi angket, observasi, dan tes literasi numerasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif untuk mengukur peningkatan literasi numerasi, serta analisis kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi minat belajar, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas LKPD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengembangan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementasion, dan evaluasion) pada LKPD berbasis SFAE memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap literasi numerasi dan minat belajar siswa. 2) Kelayakan dari ahli media memperoleh penilaian sebesar 80% dan ahli materi 86% yang masuk dalam kategori "Layak". 3) Kepraktisan dari penilaian/respon guru berada di persentase 90%. Sementara itu, penilaian siswa untuk produk 96,67%, persentase minat 62,33% menunjukkan bahwa LKPD ini praktis dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi dan minat belajar siswa. 4) Efektivitas menunjukkan skor 69.75%, mengindikasikan respon positif yang konsisten dari sebagian besar siswa yang menandakan pemahaman materi kuat. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis SFAE tidak hanya membantu siswa dalam memahami materi dengan lebih baik tetapi juga meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar mereka.   This study aims to develop, evaluate, and analyze the impact of SFAE-based LKPD (Student Worksheets) on elementary school students' numeracy literacy and learning interest. The method used is development research (R&D) employing the ADDIE development model with both quantitative and qualitative approaches, which includes the stages of design, validation, trial, and revision of the LKPD. Research instruments include questionnaires, observations, and numeracy literacy tests. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to measure the improvement in numeracy literacy, as well as qualitative analysis to evaluate learning interest, practicality, and effectiveness of the LKPD. The research results show that: 1) The development of the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) for the SFAE- based LKPD has a significant positive impact on numeracy literacy and students' learning interest. 2) The feasibility assessment from media experts received a score of 80%, and from material experts, 86%, both of which fall into the "Feasible" category. 3) The practicality assessment/response from teachers is at a percentage of 90%. Meanwhile, the student assessment for the product is 96.67%, and the interest percentage is 62.33%, indicating that this LKPD is practical in enhancing material understanding and students' learning interest. 4) Effectiveness shows a score of 69.75%, indicating a consistent positive response from most students, which signifies a strong understanding of the material. The study shows that the SFAE-based LKPD not only helps students better understand the material but also enhances their learning interest and motivation.

Abstract

Abstract Background: The elderly are an age group where every individual experiences health problems, both physical, cognitive and psychosocial. These health problems will cause a decrease in the quality of life in the elderly. Therefore, interventions are needed aimed at minimizing the decline in the quality of life of the elderly. Structured Group Exercise Program (SGEP) is an intervention in the form of planned physical exercise, repetitive and consistent body movements to improve or maintain one or more components of physical fitness. Objectives: This research aims to determine the effect of SGEP on the quality of life of the elderly in the elderly community RW 08 Desa Kemiri, Kecamatan Kebakkramat, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Methods: This research is a quantitative Pre-Experimental Design research with one group pre-post test type. The research was conducted at the elderly community RW 08 Desa Kemiri, Kecamatan Kebakkramat, Kabupaten Karanganyar. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 27 samples. The research instrument used was the World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL-BREF). The SGEP intervention was carried out in 8 sessions over 8 weeks. Data analysis used a paired t-test which was processed using SPSS version 25. Results:. The sample for this study was 100% female. Other characteristics were dominated by the elderly age group (59.3%), family status was dominated by the sample living with family (85.2%), and employment was dominated by the non-working sample (59.3%). The results of the paired sample t-test obtained Asmyp Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000, which means p-value < α (0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of providing the Structured Group Exercise Program (SGEP) intervention on the quality of life of the elderly in the elderly community RW 08 Desa Kemiri, Kecamatan Kebakkramat, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Abstract

Abstract: Bilingual Learning Program in Math and Science Subject for Junior High School: An Evaluation using CIPP Model. Objective: The current research was to reveal the implementation of bilingual learning programs at private junior high schools in D.I. Yogyakarta in terms of context, input, process, product. Methods: A descriptive quantitative approach was implemented to 52 students that was chosen by purposive sampling. Data collection used questionnaires, observations and interviews that was analyzed in terms of content validity, construct validity, reliability, and percentage of success. Findings: The context component is in accordance with the school's vision, mission, goals and curriculum, the input component of Budi Mulia Dua Middle School with a percentage of 74% is in the good category, Mutiara Persada Middle School with a percentage of 62% is in the good category, Growing Middle School with a percentage of 78% is in the good category, Component process Budi Mulia Dua Middle School with a percentage of 70% in the good category, Mutiara Persada Middle School with a percentage of 77.5% in the good category, Growing Middle School with a percentage of 79% in the good category. The product component shows that the results of the bilingual class are higher than the national class. Conclusion: Evaluation of the CIPP model bilingual learning program has gone well. Abstract

Local taxes are taxes whose management and collection are carried out by local governments and for the benefit of the region itself as well as a source of regional income that contributes to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB). Gross regional domestic product (GRDP) is one of the macroeconomic indicators designed to present economic events in the exploitation of these resources and further understand the relationship between the transactions that occur in between. In Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency, the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD) is dominated by the contribution of tax revenues and levies. Local taxes and levies are the largest revenues that can contribute to the South Bolaang Mongondow Regional Original Revenue. Local taxes are able to become a mainstay in contributing to GRDP, because it is in line with the rapid development and economy in Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of local taxes to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Bolaang Mongondow Selatan Regency. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data (time series) in the 2010-2020 observation period. PDRB data collection is obtained from BPS South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, while regional tax and PAD data are obtained from South Bolaang Mongondow BPKPD. The results obtained are approximately 62.3% of local taxes have a significant effect on contributing to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP).

Abstract

Antibiotik adalah obat yang digunakan untuk penyakit infeksi bakteri. Sekarang ini masyarakat dapat dengan mudah membeli dan mendapatkan obat antibiotik dengan bebas, sehingga sering kali masyarakat tidak tepat dalam penggunaan yang mengakibatkan keefektifan antibiotik berkurang. DAGUSIBU (Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan, Buang) adalah salah satu cara pengelolaan obat yang baik dan benar. Cara pengelolaan ini menjelaskan bagaimana mendapatkan obat, menggunakan obat, menyimpan obat, serta membuang obat. Pengetahuan DAGUSIBU ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat yang sering menggunakan obat-obatan antibiotik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang DAGUSIBU obat antibiotik di Desa Tangkahen Kalimantan Tengah. Metode pada penelitian ini yaitu pre- eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest, post-test dilakukan menggunakan media leaflet yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik regresi ordinal. Hasil penelitian pengetahuan DAGUSIBU antibiotik sebelum dan sesudah pemberian edukasi. Hasil analisis regresi ordinal didapatkan hasil nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang artinya nilai tersebut di bawah 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian edukasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh pemberian edukasi terhadap pengetahuan DAGUSIBU antibiotik.
