Abstract

A shopping cart is an assisting tool in the commercial area where its function is as a temporary container for selected shopping items before the items are counted and billed. The cart becomes an indispensable tool in supermarkets. The more shopping items there are, the more energy is needed to manually push or pull the cart. This is considered not very effective in supporting consumer productivity in finding and fulfilling their needs. The aim of this research is to create a smart cart used in supermarkets, thus facilitating users in carrying shopping items. The design of the smart cart combines hardware and software. Arduino Uno serves as the main component with object detection around it using the HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor and Bluetooth Module as the link between the cart and Smartphone. The cart is controlled by a smartphone using Bluetooth as the connection within a maximum range of 7m, powered by 4 DC motors and a 12V DC Battery. The maximum load capacity of this cart is 2,5 Kg. The cart's ability to detect objects is limited to a distance of <20 cm.

Abstract

Hypertension is a disease that requires long-term medical therapy. Among the complications caused by hypertension is fatty liver. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of complementary administration of black cumin (nigella sativa) on SGPT levels. The experimental research method uses Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT). Randomization of samples used a random sampling method and patients with a diagnosis of hypertension were divided into two groups. The control group was given placebo therapy 2x2 capsules a day, while the treatment group was given black cumin capsule therapy 2x2 capsules a day. This research was carried out for 30 days by measuring SGPT levels on days 0 and 31. The results of sociodemographic data analysis show that hypertension sufferers are more likely to be in the age range 55-65 years, female gender, primary school education, work as a housewife, suffering < 2 years, the most common comorbidity is hypercholesterolemia, more often have no history of hypertension, more people consume medication but not routinely. Changes in SGPT levels in hypertensive patients in the control group showed an average decrease of 0.60 U/L P-value 0.280 and the treatment group showed an average decrease of 0.65 U/L P-value 0.719. The independent T-test between the control group and the treatment group showed that there was no significant difference in the effect of using black cumin with a P-value of 0.600. This shows that giving black cumin capsules is safe for use in the liver of hypertensive patients. Keywords:          Hypertension, SGPT levels, Black Cumin, Hepatoprotector   Abstrak Hipertensi penyakit yang membutuhkan terapi pengobatan dalam jangka panjang. Diantara komplikasi yang disebabkan oleh penyakit hipertensi adalah perlemakan hati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemberian  komplementer  jinten hitam (nigella sativa ) terhadap  kadar SGPT. Metode penelitian eksperimetal menggunakan Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT). Pengacakan sampel menggunakan metode sample random sampling dan pasien dengan diagnosis hipertensi dibagi mejadi dua kelompok. Kelompok kontrol diberi terapi plasebo 2x2 kapsul sehari, sedangkan kelompok perlakuan diberi terapi kapsul  jinten hitam 2x2 kapsul sehari. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 30-hari  dengan mengukur kadar SGPT pada hari ke-0 dan dan ke-31. Hasil analisis data sosiodemografi penderita hipertensi lebih banyak pada rentang usia 55-65 tahun, jenis kelamin perempuan, pendidikan terakhir SD, pekerjaan sebagai IRT, lama menderita < 2 tahun, penyakit penyerta terbanyak hiperkolesterolemia, lebih banyak tidak terdapat riwayat hipertensi, lebih banyak mengkonsumsi obat namun tidak rutin. Perubahan kadar SGPT pasien hipertensi kelompok kontrol menunjukan nilai rata-rata penurunan 0,60 U/L P-value 0,280 dan kelompok perlakuan menunjukan nilai rata-rata penurunan 0,65 U/L  P-value 0,719. Independent T-test antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan menunjukan tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh penggunaan jinten hitam signifikan dengan nilai P-value 0,600. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pemberian kapsul jinten hitam aman digunakan terhadap hati pasien hipertensi. Kata Kunci:         Hipertensi, kadar SGPT, Jinten Hitam, Hepatoprotetektor

Abstract

Kesehatan lingkungan merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, di Kabupaten Tegal masih ditemukan berbagai permasalahan seperti tingginya angka kematian ibu, bayi, dan prevalensi stunting yang berpotensi diperparah oleh kondisi lingkungan yang kurang sehat. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diterapkan adalah penggunaan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk memantau kondisi lingkungan secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemantauan kesehatan lingkungan berbasis IoT menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terhubung dengan sensor DHT22 (untuk suhu dan kelembaban) serta MQ-135 (untuk kualitas udara). Data yang diperoleh dikirim ke platform cloud ThingSpeak untuk ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik pemantauan digital. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental dengan pengujian sensor terhadap alat ukur pembanding untuk mengetahui tingkat akurasi sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai galat rata-rata pengukuran suhu adalah 2–4%, kelembaban 3–5%, dan kualitas udara sekitar 4%. Nilai tersebut masih dalam batas toleransi akurasi sensor, sehingga sistem mampu bekerja dengan baik dalam memantau kondisi lingkungan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemantauan berbasis IoT ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif yang aplikatif dan edukatif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta literasi masyarakat terhadap kesehatan lingkungan. Pengembangan lanjutan disarankan untuk menambah parameter lingkungan lain serta integrasi notifikasi otomatis agar lebih responsif terhadap perubahan kondisi lingkungan

Abstract

Tinkercad is a web-based platform that allows users to design in the fields of electronics and coding. The platform offers various simulation components to support planning and procurement of necessary components. The community service activity took place on May 28, 2024, starting from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM local time. The event was attended by 31 students from SMK NU 1 Islamiyah Kramat, Tegal Regency, consisting of 10th and 11th grade students majoring in Computer Networking Engineering (TKJ). The challenge faced during this community service activity was the students' lack of knowledge in using Tinkercad for electronic design and coding. The aim of the community service was to enhance the understanding of SMK students about Tinkercad application. The method employed was an interactive workshop lasting for 2 hours with 31 TKJ students. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests, post-tests, and questionnaires. The results achieved: 100% of students admitted to never having used Tinkercad before. After the workshop, 100% of students reported finding it easy to understand and follow the training. The results indicated a significant improvement in their understanding of Tinkercad usage.
