Abstract

Angka kematian ibu (AKI) yang tinggi masih menjadi masalah kesehatan prioritas di Indonesia. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk menurunkan AKI, namun hingga saat ini AKI masih tinggi, yaitu sebesar 305/100.000 kelahiran hidup. Peningkatan program kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA) salah satunya dengan mencegah kematian maternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui aspek sosial budaya dari keluarga dan masyarakat tentang kematian maternal di RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Kabupaten Situbondo. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan desain retrospektif pada kasus ibu yang meninggal di rumah sakit. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan yang terdiri atas keluarga dari bulan Januari–Juli tahun 2013. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat 6 kasus kematian rujukan di rumah sakit selama bulan Januari–Juli tahun 2013. Masih ditemukan perkawinan usia muda, berpendidikan dari tidak lulus SD sampai SMA. Kepercayaan masyarakat masih menyembunyikan kehamilan sampai 3 bulan pertama. Sebagian besar masih memeriksakan kehamilan ke tenaga kesehatan walaupun terdapat seorang ibu yang memeriksakan kehamilan ke dukun bayi. Akses ke tempat pelayanan kesehatan baik di bidan desa, puskesmas, dan rumah sakit semuanya terjangkau. SOCIAL DETERMINANTS IN MATERNAL DEATHS AT DR. ABDOER RAHEM REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL SITUBONDO DISTRICTHigh maternal mortality (MMR) is still a priority health problem in Indonesia. Various efforts have been made to reduce MMR, but up to now MMR is still high, that is 305/100,000 live birth. The decline in maternal mortality still has many challenges. Improved maternal and child health programs (MCH) one of them by preventing the occurrence of maternal deaths. This study aims to determine the socio-cultural aspects of family and society about maternal mortality in the dr. Abdoer Raheem Situbondo Regional General Hospital. Type of qualitative research with retrospective design in case of mother who died in hospital. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants consisting of families from January to July 2013. The analysis showed that there were 6 deaths in hospital during January to July 2013. There were still young marriages, educated from not graduating from elementary to high school. Public confidence still hides the pregnancy until the first 3 months. Most of them still check pregnancy to health workers even though there is one mother who checks to the traditional birth attendance. Access to health care in village midwives, public health centers and hospitals is all affordable.

Abstract

IUD family planning users continue to decline from the 2012 IDHS as much as 4.9%, in 2017 IDHS data of 3.9%. The Total Fertility Rate (TFR) in NTB Province was 2.8 children higher than the national target of 2.36 children. This study aims to analyze the application of virtual reality technology to increase midwives' knowledge in installing IUD. The design of this research design is a quasi-experiment with a pre-post non-equivalent control group design. This research design uses two groups: the case group (the group that is given treatment or intervention using virtual reality) and the control group (the group that is not given treatment or not using virtual reality). The number of samples in this study was 30 respondents for each group (treatment and control). The results of this study that the average knowledge after the intervention group training has a higher average than the average in the control group with a p-value (0.000) <α (0.05).

Abstract

Intra Uterine Device users continued to decline from the 2012 IDHS as much as 4.9%, in the 2017 IDHS data as much as 3.9%. This is one of the factors to improve the quality of health workers in training for family planning services. Improving the quality of midwifery services is carried out with various kinds of training. One of them is the CTU (Contraceptive Update) program for midwives. Effective training is influenced by a variety of situational factors. Situational factors must be identified to achieve the training objectives. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of IUD training for midwives. Descriptive research method with a questionnaire instrument includes the factors of participants, trainers, facilities and infrastructure as well as training materials. The research design used was descriptive with analysis of results using the Rasch model. Situational factors in a training affect the effectiveness of the training. These factors are the participant factor, the trainer factor, the advice and infrastructure factor, and the training material factor. Suggestions in the future for training to pay more attention to these factors in order to achieve an effective training activity

Abstract

Stunting shows nutritional problems that are chronic and last long time, such as poverty, unhealthy behavior, poor parenting/ feeding patterns since the child was born. This study aims to analyze the cultural aspects that influence the incidence of stunting under five in Tehit and Yaben Tribes, South Sorong, West Papua. This research uses ethnographic method during 45 days. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, direct observation supported by visual data (photos, videos), secondary data and literature study. Thematic analysis by comparing secondary data and literature study used in this study. Family parenting, consumption of toddlers, unhealthy behaviour and environment, and infection are themes that considered related to stunting. It is important for the government to provide education related to parenting and fulfilling family nutrition through sustainable development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the quality of services used to improve the qualityof services, to determine patient loyalty and actions taken by the Husada Sidoarjo Scholar Clinic inincreasing patient loyalty in the Husada Scholar Sidoarjo Clinic addiction. This research is a qualitativeresearch and involves data carried out by interview. Analytical data using interactive analysis models,the data will be analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawingconclusions. The results of the study showed that the quality of health services at the Scholar HusadaSidoarjo Clinic had run well, in terms of human resources, sufficient funds, and facilities andinfrastructure that had met the needs. Loyalty of rehabilitation patients of Sidoarjo Husada ScholarClinic patients is still lacking, this is because many patients are less disciplined, less active in theprogram, and less cooperative. Strategy Development of patient loyalty in Cendikia Husada SidoarjoClinic is done by good communication with patients, giving the impression of a friendly officer, andeasy service procedures.Keywords: service quality, strategy, patient loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze nurses' knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards the incidence of nosocomial infections. This study involved 104 nurses who worked at Mitra Keluarga Surabaya Hospital as a source of data using questionnaires and observation of infection criteria. The variables used in this study were knowledge, attitudes, behavior as independent variables, the incidence of nosocomial infections as controlled variables. The results showed that there were studies of nurses' knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards the incidence of nosocomial infections in the Inpatient Room of Mitra Keluarga Surabaya Hospital and the research conclusions showed that most nurses were wellinformed, good attitude and most of them were well behaved. While at Mitra Hospital in Surabaya, Mitra Keluarga Surabaya Hospital mostly in hospitals did not have infection, simultaneous knowledge, attitudes and problems related to the incidence of infections in inpatient areas at Mitra Keluarga Hospital, Knowledge, attitude and partial simultaneous use of events infection in the inpatient room of Mitra Keluarga Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze pro-hypertension management in the Primary Dinayla Utama 84 clinic for thesuccess of the prolanis program. This research method is a case study with qualitative descriptive. Researchlocation at Pratama Clinic Utama Dinayla 84 Surabaya East Java. Research data uses interviews andanalysis. The number of informants was 14 informants. Data analysis using interactive analysis. Theresults showed that hypertension prokeris management with prolanist activities was home visits andprogram participants who still did not find the indicator of success of Prolanis, namely 75% of participantsregistered and to overcome the activeness of the Pratayla Utama 84 Clinical Clinic officers.Keywords: management, prolanis, hypertension

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the service management process, the factors that support and inhibit service management, and the management strategy of HIV/AIDS prevention services in the screening effort conducted by Temayang Health Center of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a qualitative research to analyze the quality of HIV/AIDS prevention services conducted by Puskesmas Temayang Bojonegoro District. Primary data were obtained from interviews with doctors, laboratory officers, village midwives, village nurses, and DHO officers. The result of the research stated that first, the form of management functions that have been done by Puskesmas Temayang in tackling HIV/AIDS disease as a screening effort are: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Control (supervision). Secondly, the factors that support and obstruct the program are: Internal factors include, lack of extension media, insufficient funding resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure; External factors, including misunderstanding among the public about screening HIV / AIDS, reluctant people are present in extension activities and health checks related to HIV / AIDS, the provision of a limited examination room. Third, management strategy is done by doing cross-sectoral cooperation which involves three main element that is element of Government, Community element, and element of youth. Abstract

PENDAHULUAN Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan status kesehatan masyarakat serta mensukseskan program jaminan sosial bidang kesehatan, sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 12 Tahun 2013 tentang Jaminan Kesehatan Pasal 21 Ayat 1, maka dilaksanakan Prolanis. Peserta BPJS Kesehatan mendapatkan fasilitas Prolanis yaitu pelayanan kesehatan promotif dan preventif. Prolanis adalah suatu sistem produktivitas masyarakat. Untuk itu BPJS melalui Program pengelolaan penyakit kronis (Prolanis) melakukan upaya promotif dan preventif yang terintegrasi dan model pengelolaan penyakit kronis bagi peserta penderita penyakit kronis, seperti Diabetes Militus. Fenomena tingginya kasus diabetes militus dan hipertensi di Sidoarjo juga dapat dilihat dari kunjungan pasien ke Klinik Prima Medika Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan data Klinik Prima Medika Surabaya, rata-The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the quality of service, efforts to improve the quality of service, obstacles and how to overcome the barriers of service quality in the Program of Management of Chronic Disease (Prolanis) diabetes mellitus patients in Prima Medika Clinic Sidoarjo. This research is a qualitative research to analyze service quality in Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) of diabetes mellitus patient in Prima Medika Clinic Sidoarjo. Primary data were obtained from in-depth interviews of patients, doctors, nurses, administrators, and BPJS officers. The results showed that the Prima Medika Clinic in Sidoarjo already has a good service quality in organizing the Prolanis of diabetes mellitus patients. The clinic's efforts in improving the quality of proline services is by providing medical consultation, education / counseling, reminder via SMS / phone, home visite for participants who are not coming 3 times, Prolanis gymnastics, health monitoring. As for Prolanis obstacles that some Prolanis participants are often absent in Prolanis activities, diabetics do not nurse maximally, lack of coordination and cooperation between faskes 1 and faskes 2. To overcome barriers, home visits from Prolanis participants are frequent not present in activities to find out the cause, integrated data update about people affected by diabetes mellitus disease, increased cooperation between faskes 1 and 2. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service, patient satisfaction, obstacles faced byClinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo in realizing patient satisfaction. This research is a qualitative research toanalyze patient satisfaction in Clinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo. Primary data were obtained from in-depthinterviews of patients, doctors, nurses, administrators, and owners Clinic Hj. Tarpianie Sidoarjo. Basedon the results of the research can be known that first, the overall service quality is good enough thisassessment is based on the five indicators of service quality is only one indicator that gets poor penalaian,while the rest get good penilain, good enough, and very good. Second, patient satisfaction in receivinghealth services at Clinic Hj.Tarpiane also considered satisfactory. This conclusion is based on 3indicators of patient satisfaction. The three obstacles that are possessed by the Clinic are as follows: (1)The management is unable to fulfill the patient's wishes, (2) The services provided are not in accordancewith the competence specification (3) the human resources are still incomplete, (4) which does not matchthe patient's expectations.
