The aim of the research is to analyze how the Civil Servant Control Function is implemented at the Mulak Seframe Subdistrict Office, Lahat Regency. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods in this research are literature study and field study consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The existing controls at the Mulak Seframe Subdistrict Office, Lahat Regency, have generally been implemented well, such as: 1). Control of activities to be carried out by employees. The process of controlling activities or work programs has been implemented by determining who will carry out the activity and how the activity will be carried out and where the activity will be carried out. 2). Control over the process of determining the limits of what employees will do by determining the expected results. In this control, employees know the limits of what can be done with the aim of getting results as expected. 3). Control in determining direction so that all activities run according to targets. In this control, employees in carrying out their activities have a direction and goals or targets that have been determined by the leadership. 4). Abstract

The Stevia plant is used as a low calorie natural sweetener known as"the sweet herb of Paraguay". Stevia leaves a higher level of sweetness than cane sugar. Stevia can be propagated by stem cutting techniques. Soaked of stem cuttings in Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) auxin can promote the growth and development of Stevia. Research was conducted to determine the effect of commercial PGRs (Rootone-f) and natural PGRs from Shallot extract. This study used a complete randomized design with different concentrations, both Rootone-f (0, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 mg/L) and shallot extract (0, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% and 2%). Observations were made after 6 weeks (42 days) of planting on several growth parameters (height of plant, number or buds, number of leaves, number of roots and length of roots). Commercial PGRs showed a significant effect on growth parameters. While natural PGRs of shallot showed a significant effect on height of growth parameters. The recommended concentration of commercial PGRs for Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni M. stem cuttings was 300 mg/L.

Abstract

Tempeh waste is obtained from the tempeh processing cycle in the form of liquid waste. This waste contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, and water. The nutrient content contained in the waste can be utilized by microorganisms for making POC. Effective Microorganisms (EM4) is one of the strong activators used for making POC. Trichoderma harzianum is known as a decomposer that can improve compost quality and soil structure. This study aims to determine whether the POC produced affects the growth of Brassica juncea L. The experiment used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments, namely P0 (control), P1 (60 ml/L), P2 (120 ml/L) and P3 (180 ml/L). with a total of 24 experimental units. Analysis of NPK and C-Organic nutrient content showed Nitrogen = 0.20%, P = 0.060%, K = 0.24%, Organic C = 1.43%. P3 dose (180 ml/L) is the best dose in mustard green growth which includes observations of plant height, number of leaflets, leaf width, leaf area, mustard wet weight and mustard dry weight.

Abstract

Fungus belong to eukaryotic prosthetic organisms that are chemohypertrophic. When studying the properties of fungus, a material is needed as a nutritional source to grow or isolate fungus known as the media. The most commonly used media for fungal culture is instant PDA media. The relatively high price of instant PDA media is a common problem. That's why we need alternative media that are more economical. The aim of this research is to test whether the gadung tuber flour media can be used as an alternative to PDA. Method used in this study is the experimental method and  design used, fully randomized design with 6 treatments and 4 replicates. Concentrations of gadung tuber flour used were 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%. The data obtained was analyzed with Annova with a confidence level of 95%. The results showed that the grading tuber meal alternative media had a significant effect on the growth of Candida albicans. Fungus can grow in alternative media at a concentration of 5% to 25% with the highest number of colonies at a concentration of 25%, namely 155.3 in 100 µl.AbstrakJamur termasuk organisme prostetik eukariotik yang bersifat kemohipertrofik.

Abstract

Assistance activities for the community, especially the protection and security section of the Tuwung LPHD area, provide a strong basis for improving village forest management, by identifying problems and challenges faced before and after activities, as well as real data on regional potential including fauna inventory and existing management practices. The evaluation shows a good understanding of the area management section, which contributes to the development of superior human resources for fauna management at LPHD Tuwung. Data from the protection and security section of the Tuwung LPHD area, regarding the role of the area management section, can continue to be improved through training approaches to management and maintenance of fauna, as well as community awareness and development. Management of fauna in village forest areas needs to be carried out wisely and sustainably. Training on management and maintenance of fauna in the LPHD environment for village communities is very necessary as an effort to increase competence in maintaining the sustainability of forest ecosystems, including efforts to increase community awareness about the need to preserve fauna in village forests. The policy implications of this activity emphasize the importance of developing policies that support training and education of village communities in the management and maintenance of fauna. Such policies should include the provision of adequate resources and technical support to ensure the implementation of sustainable and effective forest management practices, as well as understanding the regulatory framework that strengthens the protection of village forest fauna and ecosystems through active community participation.
