Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of experimental teaching methods on the skills of science process students in class VIII MTs in OKI District. This research uses non-equivalent control group design design with quasi-experiment method. The sample of research is 68 students. Based on the result of research, students' science process skill in the implementation of learning with experimental method is better than learning by demonstration method in control class. Based on the calculation of t test, obtained result 3,218. It shows H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the gain test, the improvement of students' science process skill in the experimental class is 0,53 (mean) while the control class is 0,23 (low). Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the learning by experimental methods affect the improvement of students' science process skills on the plant movement system.Keywords: learning method, plant movement system, scientific process skill

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning model of Active Learning type of Index Card Match on student's interest in science class VII MTs. This research is a kind of quantitative research. Sampling in this research is done by purposive technique sampling which considering certain criteria based on the value of both classes taught by the same teacher. The sample of research taken by class VII.D and VII.E. This study was conducted during two meetings with the assessment instrument in the form of a questionnaire (posttest). The questionnaire was a questionnaire of students' interest in learning by shaving four indicators of student interest in learning: student interest, student attention, student involvement and feelings of pleasure. The results of this study indicate that students' interest in achievement of student interest indicators obtained 90.27%. In the indicator of student attention for the experimental class obtained 90.10%. Indicator of student involvement in the experimental class was 89.86%. The last indicator of the feeling of pleasure in the experimental class is 91.55%. The result of the research also shows that based on tcount 4,913> ttabel 1,993 and significance value <0.05, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The average score of students' interest in the control class is 63,205 and the experimental class is 68,805. In the four indicators of interest in learning are interest, attention, involvement, and feelings of pleasure, the percentage of the experimental class is higher than the control class. Therefore it is expected that the active learning model of index card match type can be used as a learning model because with this model the students will be more active in their activities so that their learning interest can grow and be maintained.Keywords: active learning, index card match, learning model

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of song media against student learning motivation. This research was conducted at Palembang Islamic Junior High School on June 2017. The research method used quasi experimental design of Non - equivalent control group design. The population in this research is the students of class VII consisting of 2 classes with the number of each class on average 30 students, with class VII B as the experimental class and VII A as the control class, sampling is done by saturated sampling technique . Learning media used media song. Data collection is using questionnaire of students learning motivation. The results of the analysis of the number of questionnaires obtained significance value of 0.000 this means the value of significance <0,05 or 0,000 <0,05. This indicates that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted so the hypothesis states that the song media has an effect on learning motivation . Abstract

The scientific method consists of a series of activities which include: the introduction and formulation of the problem, gathering relevant information, formulating a hypothesis, experimentation and publication or dissemination of scientific informasi.Revolusi is a process of transition from the old paradigm of the new keparadignia. With this paradigm shift perspective scientists to determine the problem, define the methods and techniques, and drawing conclusions on the fact alarn will be different than before. Learning from criticism that was developed by the scientific revolution of Popper and Thomas Kuhn, a positive attitude towards rejection and learn as much as possible of the rejection, we should mainly engaged in research, education, and academia should be ready in criticism and too ready to criticize. Besides learning from the rejection was not a bad thing, but it will spur us to produce better. Here we will be tested, if we are prepared to dissent, dissent is not something that is forbidden, but it is a blessing. Says a proverb, a clash that opinion would sprinkle the truth, as long as the goal is not just disagree, but to work together to find the truth.

Abstract

Rice is a staple food that easily processed easy to prepare, delicious and contains carbohydrate and protein as energy sources. Chlorine is not permitted to be used for rice because it can harm the respiratory system and the liquid can damage humans skin. The Health Ministry of Indonesian Republic already ruled about Ingredient Added Food (IAF) in rule No.722/Menkes/Per/IX/88, it said that Chlorine forbidden to used for rice because Chlorine is not the list of IAF as whitening and cooking wheat group. The purpose of this research is identify and count how much Chlorine in branded rice and inbranded rice that sold in Center Market of Jakabaring Palembang. There are 14 samples of rice in consist of 7 branded rice samples and 7 inbranded rice samples that took from 4 shops and 3 rice sell distributor in Center Market of Jakabaring Palembang. This research was done on 18- August 2015 at Chemical Laboratory of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Chlorine was tested by using Colour Reaction Method, Iodometry Titration Method and Organoleptic Test to identify rice physic that contain Chlorine. The result of this research showed that all samples are negative Chlorine. Based on Organoleptic Test, the sampel without Chlorine has characteristic in pure white colour, no medicine smell, not slippery and unfragile, meanwhile from the positive control that analized contain Chlorine 3,99 mg, showed that rice with Chlorine has characteristic more shine untransparant white colour, has medicine smell, slippery and fragile. In this regard it can be concluded that all sample are not contained Chlorine and save to consumed. This research after to be appropriate to the syllabus concept of K13 it can be as gift as education sector of Biology Education Subject in form Studying Execution Planning (RPP), Student Work Sheet (LKS) were have done validated by 2 validators and the result is valid, and in form Student Studying Video, too.

Abstract

Metode ilmiah terdiri atas serangkaian kegiatan yang berupa : pengenalan dan perumusan masalah, pengumpulan informasi yang relevan, perumusan hipotesis, pelaksanaan eksperimen dan publikasi atau penyebaran informasi.Revolusi ilmiah merupakan proses peralihan dari paradigma lama keparadignia baru. Dengan perubahan paradigma ini cara pandang ilmuwan dalam menentukan masalah, menetapkan metode dan teknik, dan penarikan kesimpulan terhadap kenyataan alarn akan berbeda dari sebelumnya. Belajar dari kritisisme yang di kembangkan oleh Popper dan revolusi ilmiah dari Thomas Kuhn, sikap positif terhadap penolakan dan belajar sebanyak mungkin dari penolakan, kita selayaknya terutama yang bergerak dalam bidang penelitian, pendidikan, dan akademisi harus siap di kritik dan juga siap mengkritik. Selain itu belajar dari penolakan pun bukan sesuatu yang jelek, tetapi justru akan memacu kita untuk menghasilkan yang lebih baik. Disini kita akan di uji, apabila kita siap untuk berbeda pendapat, perbedaan pendapat bukan sesuatu yang di haramkan, tetapi justru merupakan suatu rahmat. Kata sebuah pepatah, benturan pendapat itu akan memercikkan kebenaran, asalkan tujuannya tidak sekedar berbeda pendapat, melainkan untuk bersama-sama mencari kebenaran.

Abstract

This study titled analysis misconceptions students use science subjects in SMPN 4 penukal utara kabupaten penukal abab lematang ilir pendopo. Misconceptions in students often happens, the misconception occurs because the need for students to understand a concept, as happened to the students at SMPN 4 penukal. This study aims to analyze student misconceptions in science subjects in SMPN 4 penukal utara kabupaten penukal abab lematangilir. According Omrood (2008) misconception is the belief that is not in accordance with generally accepted explanation and proved valid about a phenomenon or event. The research methodology used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Sampling using cluster random sampling, to be sampled VII.1 class research amounted to 38 students .Instruments used in the study using a multiple-choice test reasoned open. The analysis showed that there was a misconception in science subjects, namely on the material characteristics of living things and the organization of life. Percentage of misconceptions students on the material characteristics of living things at 41.5% for the material organization of life 48%. t can be concluded that student misconceptions in the material organization of life is higher than the misconceptions on the material characteristics of living things. Student misconceptions caused by student learning, the methods used, and the lack of students in finding information.

Abstract

Di lembaga pendidikan yang bersifat formal seperti Madrasah, keberhasilan dapat dilihat dari hasil pembelajaran menulis permulaan melalui Metode Abjad (Alphabet). Kualitas dan keberhasilan belajar siswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan dan ketepatan guru memilih dan menggunakan metode pembelajaran. Umumnya, lembaga pendidikan Islam terkhusus guru Bahasa Indonesia harus selalu berorientasi pada penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam belajar.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Efektifitas Metode Abjad (Alphabet) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis permulaan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas I di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Quraniah VIII Palembang? 2). Bagaimana signifikansi perbedaan kemampuan menulis permulaan sebelum dan sesudah diajarkan dengan Metode Abjad (Alphabet) pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas I  di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Quraniah VIII Palembang? Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa dan siswi kelas IB Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Quraniah VIII Palembang berjumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, tes (pre-test dan pos-test), dan dokumentasi. Analisis data untuk mengambil kesimpulan menggunakan rumus tes t. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu hasil observasi menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran menulis permulaan melalui Metode Abjad (Alphabet) pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia tergolong baik. Hasil pemahaman konsep siswa pada post-test mengalami peningkatan skor mean jika dibandingkan dengan pre-test yaitu 64,52 (pre-test) meningkat menjadi 80,24 (post-test). Sedangkan untuk uji perbandingan didapatkan kesimpulan setelah membandingkan besarnya t yang diperoleh dalam perhitungan ( ) dan besarnya t yang tercantum pada tabel t yaitu (  = 2,06 dan  = 2,80) maka dapat diketahui bahwa lebih besar dari pada yaitu 2,06< >2,80. Jadi, karena  lebih besar dari pada  maka hipotesa nihil yang diajukan ditolak, ini berarti bahwa adanya pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran menulis permulaan melalui Metode Abjad (Alphabet) bagi siswa berkesulitan menulis (disgrafia) pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas I Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Quraniah VIII Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitianini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 28 orang yaitu kelas VB yang terdiri dari 13 orang laki-laki dan 15 orang perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, observasi, tes (pretest dan posttest), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa uji test ”t”.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana penerapan media gambar fotografi pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas V di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Palembang?Bagaimana hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan media gambar fotografi pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas V di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Palembang?Dan Adakah pengaruh penerapan media gambar fotografi terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA Kelas V di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Palembang?Dari analisis tersebut maka diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu: pertama penerapan media gambar fotografi efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu dapat dilihat dengan data observasi siswa bahwa persentase rata-rata siswa dikategorikan baik 46% siswa melakukan 4 indikator kegiatan dari 5 indikator yang telah ditentukan. Dengan demikian media gambar fotografi dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran khusunya materi struktur bumi. Kedua Hasil belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan media gambar fotografi dan sesudah menggunakana media gambar fotografi pada mata pelajran IPA materi struktur bumi mengalami perubahan atau perbedaan yang meyakinkan (signifikan).Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai belajar siswa pada saat pretest dan posttest.Ketiga terdapat pengaruh penerapan media gambar fotografi terhadap hasil belajar siswa hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji “t” yaitu: perhitungan (to =12,09) dan besarnya “t” yang tercantum pada Tabel Nilai t (tt.ts5% = 2,05 dan tt.ts1% = 2,77) maka dapat diketahui bahwa to adalah lebih besar dari pada tt yaitu 2,05<12,09>2,77. Dan berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho yang diajukan ditolak. Ini berarti Ha diterima, bahwapenerapan media gambar fotografi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas V di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Palembang.

Abstract

Interactive learning is often known as the child's question approach. This model is designed so that students will ask questions and then find answers to their own questions. Stages in the interactive learning model consist of early knowledge preparation, exploration activities, student questions, inquiry, final knowledge and reflection. Teachers in this interactive learning process can develop effective inquiring techniques or engage in creative dialogue by asking questions to students. The nature of the question can reveal something or have inquiry properties, so through the questions asked, students are developed in their ability to think creatively of facing event.
