Abstract

Amidst the rapid development of technology, website vulnerabilities are a major threat, opening up opportunities for hackers to hunt and steal important data. Web applications are a technological innovation that not only facilitates access to information on the Unipdu Jombang campus, but also functions as the main link in the information system, even though they have to face major challenges in maintaining its security. By using the Vulnerability Assessment (VA) approach that utilizes Acunetix technology, this study attempts to assess the weaknesses of the Unipdu Jombang campus website and offers suggestions for improving its security. The main domain of the website is the focus of the study, which uses automated testing methodology to find vulnerabilities that could be exploited. Many vulnerabilities were found by the test results, including the use of reverse proxy detected, using cloud services such as CloudFlare, and TLS/SSL certificates that are almost expired. Through reports from scans that comply with the OWASP Top 10 2021 guidelines on Acunetix tools, 2 groups of vulnerability categories were found, including: (A05) security misconfiguration and (A06) Vulnerable and Outdated Components. It is hoped that these efforts will improve data security and thwart various threats. The results of this study provide important information for Unipdu website developers, including the need to update SSL certificates and suggest scanning on internal versions of web applications without active WAF. These findings not only strengthen system security, but also help campuses maintain user trust while also being a guide for the development of more reliable and secure information systems in the future.

Abstract

This study examines the opportunities and challenges of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into foreign language learning through a structured review of relevant literature. The findings show that AI can enhance personalized learning experiences, provide valuable teacher support, and improve access to language resources. However, challenges such as data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, and the digital divide remain significant obstacles. The study emphasizes the need for ethical AI design, ongoing teacher training, and policies that ensure inclusivity. Additionally, it stresses the importance of continuous evaluation and collaboration among educators, technology developers, and policymakers. This research contributes to a comprehensive understanding of AI’s potential and limitations in transforming foreign language education, while advocating for balanced and responsible implementation.

Abstract

Conversational AI for Santripreneurs: Enhancing Business Communication Skills in an Informal-Religious Educational Context. Objectives: This paper evaluates the effectiveness of a chatbot-assisted training program in enhancing business communication among young entrepreneurs in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), referred to as "santripreneurs." While santripreneurs possess strong religious and entrepreneurial values, they face challenges with formal communication tasks, such as email, product promotion, and customer replies. Methods: A quasi-experimental design was employed, and 60 entrepreneurs were purposively selected and assigned to either the experimental or control group. The experimental group received chatbot-assisted training, whereas the control group used classical methods, including textbooks and written exercises. Both groups had undergone pre- and post-tests that assessed clarity, professional tone, accuracy in grammar, format, and audience awareness. The usefulness, ease of use, and confidence were determined through a perception survey. The treatment lasted three weeks and consisted of daily 30-minute sessions. Paired-sample t-tests and ANCOVA were used to analyze the data. Findings: The experimental group showed significantly higher post-test scores than the control group (p < 0.001). Their mean improvement was +18.8 points compared to +8.4 in the control group. The strongest gains were observed in professional tone (+22%) and grammar accuracy (+21%), indicating that chatbot feedback was particularly effective in helping learners write formally and avoid errors. Perception data further supported these results: learners gave mean ratings above 4.5 out of 5, with the highest score (M = 4.7) for “the chatbot assisted me in building my communication skills.” These findings demonstrate that chatbots functioned as interactive learning companions, not merely as digital tools. Conclusion: Chatbot-assisted training is an efficient method for developing business communication skills among santripreneurs in informal and religious contexts. In practice, it is a relatively easy and culturally flexible method of supporting young entrepreneurs in areas where formal education is scarce. By integrating AI into pesantren, teachers will be able to cultivate an inclusive training environment that fosters entrepreneurship, preparing their students to engage more confidently in digital business environments. Educators can foster inclusive entrepreneurship education, equipping learners with skills to participate more confidently in digital business contexts. Keywords: chatbot, business communication, santripreneur, digital learning.

Abstract

PT Mega Finance merupakan salah satu solusi masyarakat untuk mendapatkan kredit lunak membantu kinerja PT Mega Finance juga berarti membantu mensejahterakan rakyat. Namun dalam pengelolaan PT Mega Finance kebanyakan masih bekerja secara maual serta belum memiliki sistem informasi terintergrasi yang mampu menaungi dan melindungi masing-masing aktor didalamnya Seperti cara pemantauan kolektor lapangan oleh PT Mega Finance penjamin kenyaman nassabah kredit serta pengoptimalan kinerja kolektor. Karena itu layak bila diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mencakup pengoptimalan kinerja kolektor berbasis Android. Aplikasi penagihan angsuran oleh nasabah berbasis android, dibangun dengan framewrok Codeigniter dan Framework 7 dan MySql sebagai basis data. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya aplikasi penagihan angsuran berbasis android yang menyajikan informasi kapan waktu jatuh tempo dari nasabah dan menampilkan data secara detail pada aplikasi android memudahkan colektor untuk mengunjungi.

Abstract

Pemberkasan di badan pusat statistic kabupaten jombang dalam hal meminta dan meminjam barang masih dilakukan secara manual, hal tersebut kurang efektif dikarenakan sering terjadi human eror(kesalahan menulis). Oleh karena itu tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi kesalahan input dalam permintaan dan peminjaman barang, dan pemantauan keluar dan masuknya barang di bps jombang. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, serta pengembangan, dan pengujian aplikasi. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur-fitur penting, seperti pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar, laporan stok, serta pemantauan barang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi inventory berbasis appsheet yang berfungsi untuk menjawab permasalahan-permasalahan di bps jombang. Dan aplikasi ini sudah di uji menggunakan blackbox untuk memastikan lagi bahwa fitur-fitur yang ada sudah berfungsi dengan baik sesuai yang di harapkan, dan hasilnya adalah sudah memenuhi dan fitur yang ada sudah sesuai dengan yang di harapkan.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Donor Darah (SIMDONDAR) merupakan sistem yang ada pada PMI Jombang yang digunakan untuk mengelola data pendonor, stok darah, dan kebutuhan-kebutuhan lainnya. Namun dalam pengoprasian sistem ini masih terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu sering terputusnya listrik dan jaringan, teknologi yang sudah lama dan belum terupdate, serta resiko kehilangan data saat input data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja SIMDONDAR menggunakan metode IT Balanced Scorecard yang di dalamnya terdapat empat perspektif yaitu kontribusi perusahaan, orientasi pengguna, keunggulan operasional, dan orientasi masa depan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuisoner kepada 26 responden, kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya serta dihitung capaian Key Performance Indicator (KPI) pada setiap perspektifnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi perusahaan mendapatkan skor akhir 79,30%, orientasi pengguna 76,00%, dan orientasi masa depan 79,70% dengan kategori “Baik”, sedangkan keunggulan operasional mendapatkan skor akhir 51,02% dengan kategori kurang. Secara umum, sistem SIMDONDAR sudah mendukung pelayanan donor darah, namun perlu peningkatan pada stabilitas sistem, efisiensi proses, dan dukungan teknis agar kinerja operasional menjadi lebih andal.

Abstract

Abstrak - Barbershop merupakan tempat layanan potong rambut khusus pria, dalam implementasinya barbershop di area Jombang masih menggunakan metode konvensional dengan konsumen datang langsung ke barbershop, proses pelayanan jasa potong rambut panggilan juga belum tersedia sehingga mengakibatkan konsumen membutuhkan waktu antrian yang lama dalam pelayanan potong rambut. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat aplikasi marketplace barbershop penyedia jasa potong rambut panggilan di area Jombang yang berfungsi bagi konsumen yang ingin melakukan potong rambut di rumah tanpa perlu antri panjang dan tanpa mengunjungi tempat jasa potong rambut (barbershop). Aplikasi yang dibuat berbasis android dengan menggunakan apache cordova, framework 7 dan MySQL sebagai database-nya. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan waterfall dengan pengujian aplikasi menggunakan black box testing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi marketplace barbershop penyedia jasa potong rambut panggilan berbasis android yang dapat memudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan potong rambut di rumah tanpa perlu antri panjang dan tanpa datang ke tempat barbershop sehingga lebih nyaman dan efektif waktu. Selain itu, juga memudahkan bagi pemilik barbershop yang ingin memperluas informasi layanannya dalam jasa potong rambut serta dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dengan tersedianya pelayanan jasa potong rambut panggilan.Kata kunci: Marketplace, Barbershop, Jasa Potong Rambut Panggilan, Android Abstract - A barbershop is a place that provides haircut services specifically for men. In its implementation, barbershops in the Jombang area still use conventional methods, where customers have to visit the barbershop in person. Additionally, on-call haircut services are not yet available, causing customers to experience long waiting times for their turn. This study aims to develop a barbershop marketplace application that provides on-call haircut services in the Jombang area. The application is designed for customers who want to get a haircut at home without having to wait in long queues or visit a physical barbershop. The application is developed for the Android platform using Apache Cordova, Framework7, and MySQL as the database. The software development follows the waterfall model, and application testing is conducted using black-box testing. The result of this study is an Android-based barbershop marketplace application that facilitates customers in getting a haircut at home without long waiting times and without the need to visit a barbershop, making the process more convenient and time-efficient. Moreover, it also makes it easier for barbershop owners to expand information about their haircut services and enhances customer satisfaction by providing on-call haircut services.Keywords: Marketplace, Barbershop, On-Call Haircut Services, Android

Abstract

This work presents a web-based forecasting methodology for predicting the quantity of low-income households qualified for social food assistance utilizing Holt’s Double Exponential Smoothing (HDES) technique. Precise assessment is crucial for governmental bodies and social welfare organizations to guarantee efficient aid distribution and effective resource allocation. The proposed method amalgamates time series forecasting models with a web-based application to deliver real-time predictions and accessibility for decision-makers. Historical data on low-income household statistics were employed to formulate and authenticate the forecasting model. The findings indicate that HDES delivers dependable short-term predictions with low error rates, accurately reflecting patterns in the data. This online application offers policymakers an effective means for monitoring socio-economic trends and enhancing the responsiveness of social assistance initiatives. This research contributes by integrating statistical forecasting with web-based applications to aid social policy decisions.
