Abstract

Currently, SMEs face many growing competitors and it can disrupt the stability of the growth of these SMEs. This study uses environmental scanning in bridging the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of SMEs. The main object of this study is to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of SMEs by using environmental scanning as a mediating effect. This research focuses on testing the Entrepreneurial Orientation, Environmental Scanning and SMEs Performance. Respondents in this study were SMEs in West Java and Central Java with a total of 124 SMEs as respondents. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The results show that Environmental Scanning can mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of SMEs. UKM sering dihadapkan pada persaingan dengan kompetitor yang tumbuh dengan pesat dan dapat menggangu stabitilitas pertumbuhan UKM. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan environmental scanning dalam menjembatani hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja UKM. Objek utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja UKM dengan menggunakan variabel environmental scanning sebagai efek mediasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Environmental Scanning dan Kinerja UKM. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UKM di wilayah Jawa Barat dan Jawa Tengah dengan total responden 124 UKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian Structure Equation modeling (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Environmental Scanning dapat memediasi hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja UKM.  Ketika para pemilik/manajer UKM memiliki kemampuan environmental scanning yang baik maka akan dapat memperkuat dan meningkatkan hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja UKM

Abstract

Respon pondok pesantren terhadap perkembangan dunia usaha salah satunya dengan diterapkannya pembelajaran kewirausahaan, dengan semakin banyak memasukkan keterampilan dan praktik ketrampilan secara nyata dengan dasar pendidikan wirausaha atau entrepreneurship diharapkan bisa membekali santri dengan berbagai kemampuan sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang begitu cepat serta keadaan yang sangat sulit terkait Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini banyak tantangan yang harus dihadapi jika dikaitkan dengan konsep dari kewiraushaan. Sehingga dibutuhkan pemahaman yang kuat bagi para santri untuk dapat memhami konsep dari kewirausahaan dalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan yang sudah terjadi dan akan terjadi. Dari beberapa konsep kewirausahaan maka konsep dari orientasi kewirausahaan akan menjadi unsur yang penting dalam pengembangan keterampilan generasi muda dalam menemukan ide-ide yang kreatif serta innovatif. Adapun kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini akan dilaksanakan pada Pesantren Khusus Terjemah Alquran Islam Tabiatul Banin Desa Dukupuntang Kabupaten Cirebon Jawa Barat.

Abstract

MSMEs have become the foundation for growth in various countries, including Indonesia. Especially in West Java, MSMEs play an essential role in absorbing labour. However, MSMEs in West Java face an uncertain business environment and difficulties in creating products that suit market needs. This research will use the Resource Based View (RBV) and Dynamic Capability View (DCV) theories. This research examines the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the innovation performance of MSMEs by using foresight capabilities as a mediating variable. 245 MSMEs were collected as respondents to fill out the survey questionnaire. The MSMEs used in this research are from West Java, with the main characteristics of operating for more than one year and developing new products for at least two years. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the research framework. It was found that entrepreneurial orientation can influence the innovation performance of MSMEs positively and significantly. The influence of foresight capabilities on MSME product innovation performance has a positive effect. The mediating effect of foresight capabilities on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation performance was partially mediated. MSMEs that behave more entrepreneurially benefit from being more proactive, innovative, and risk-taking in an uncertain market environment. Product innovation can be achieved through a good understanding of entrepreneurial orientation mediated by an understanding of Foresight to process information for future decisions. Finally, managerial and theoretical implications and future research are presented.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the moderation of corporate political connections on the relationship between audit committee characteristics and CSR. This article has developments from various literature on the relationship between corporate governance and CSR; one of those is the audit committees in recent years, which have been synonymous with financial reporting and process audits. This study also uses agency theory, Resource Dependency Theory (RDT), and Social Exchange Theory (SET). The results show a significant positive effect of audit committee independence and expertise. Moreover, political connection is not effect on CSR. Then, political connection can be low moderate between audit committee independence and CSR and political connection can be hight moderate between expertise and CSR

Abstract

This research having the purpose of establishing a model that will be used to understand, analyze, and test the gap of about variables corporate image owned by PD BPR Balongan Cirebon on purchase intention to be customer on Cirebon community, so that this research aims to build a model new for marketing in the banking sector. Analysis tool used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). The result of the study shows there are significant effect between corporate image and trust, perception of service quality and trust, corporate image and purchase intention, trust and purchase intention, and perception of service quality and purchase intention. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja UMKM di Jawa Barat dengan menggunakan variabel learning orientation sebagai mediasi. Pendekatan metode quantitative digunakan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan pengujian model hipotesis menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM). Sampel yang digunakan total ada 188 responden. Ditemukan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan secara langsung dapat memengaruhi kinerja UMKM di Jawa Barat. Selanjutnya, orientasi kewirausahaan dapat memengaruhi learning orientation UMKM dan learning orientation dapat memengaruhi kinerja UMKM yang ada di Jawa Barat. Learning orientation ditemukan dapat memediasi hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan pada kinerja UMKM. Terakhir, disajikan implikasi secara manejerial dan teoritikal berserta penelitian dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether electronic word of mouth and celebrity endorsers affect purchase intention in e-commerce Lazada through consumer trust. The research method used is descriptive research method with the population in this study is the Kuningan Regency community who have visited and have never made a purchase at Lazada e-commerce whose number is unknown. The sampling technique used a non-probability technique with a sample of 200 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was by distributing questionnaires and measuring them using an interval scale. The analytical tool used in this research is SEM AMOS. The results showed that: (1) E-WOM positively and significantly affected purchase intention in Lazada's e-commerce. (2) Celebrity endorsers have a significant effect on purchase intention in Lazada e-commerce. (3) E-WOM positively and significantly affects consumer confidence in Lazada e-commerce. (4) Celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on consumer confidence in Lazada e-commerce. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of online store image and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for online store products on Tokopedia. By knowing the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, companies can get important information to implement better marketing strategies, especially in online media. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with the population being people who have made known Tokopedia transactions in the Kuningan Regency area. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 people. The data collection technique used in this research is by distributing questionnaires and measuring using an interval scale. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 23 software. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it shows that: (1) online store image and online customer reviews together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia, (2) online store image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia (3) online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia  Keywords: Online Store Image, Online Customer Review, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan literasi Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di Pesantren Khusus Terjemah Al-Quran Islam Tarbiyatul Banin. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memegang peran sentral dalam membentuk karakter santri, pesantren memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi literasi SDGs dalam kurikulum pesantren dapat memperkuat nilai-nilai Islam yang relevan dengan tantangan global, sekaligus memberikan dampak positif bagi pengembangan kapasitas santri. Program ini juga memperkaya kurikulum pesantren dengan pendidikan terkait keadilan sosial, keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan kesetaraan. Selain itu, program pelatihan keterampilan praktis bagi santri, seperti keterampilan digital dan kewirausahaan, telah meningkatkan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi modern. Kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak turut memperluas cakupan program SDGs di pesantren, sementara evaluasi dan pendampingan berkelanjutan menjamin keberlanjutan program ini. Integrasi literasi SDGs di Pesantren Tarbiyatul Banin diharapkan dapat menciptakan generasi yang berwawasan luas, peduli lingkungan, dan siap berkontribusi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan. Abstrack This community service project aims to integrate Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) literacy within the Islamic boarding school, Pesantren Khusus Terjemah Al-Quran Islam Tarbiyatul Banin. As an Islamic educational institution central to character-building, pesantren has significant potential to support sustainable development. This program was implemented through stages of socialization, training, technology application, and ongoing guidance and evaluation. The results demonstrate that integrating SDG literacy into the pesantren curriculum enhances Islamic values relevant to global challenges while positively impacting students' capacity development. The program enriches the curriculum with education focused on social justice, environmental sustainability, and equality. Additionally, practical skills training in digital and entrepreneurial areas prepares students for modern economic challenges. Collaboration with various stakeholders expands the reach of SDG programs within the pesantren, while continuous evaluation and guidance ensure the program's sustainability. This integration of SDG literacy at Pesantren Tarbiyatul Banin is expected to create a generation with broad perspectives, environmental awareness, and readiness to contribute to sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship of foresight capability to the innovation performance of SMEs by using digital transformation as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative research method. Data collection was carried out through a structured offline questionnaire. The technique of determining the sampling is done by using purposive sampling. The population in this study were SMEs originating from the West Java region, with a total of 187 questionnaires collected. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the hypothesis. This study proposes ten hypotheses, of which seven direct effect hypotheses and three hypotheses test the mediating effect. The study's results found that foresight capability can affect product innovation performance. The effect of foresight capability (network and analysis) can affect digital transformation, but the time horizon cannot affect digital transformation. Digital transformation can affect the performance of MSMEs product innovation. This study found that digital transformation can partially mediate network relationships and analysis on product innovation performance and cannot mediate time horizon relationships on product innovation performance. The findings of this study enrich the foresight literature, digital transformation, and innovation performance of MSMEs products.
