Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the volume of Indonesian cocoa exports to Malaysia. Multiple linear regression and ordinary least squares (OLS) were employed to analyze time series of data from 2005 until 2013. Based on the analysis, it is obtained that factors that significantly effect the volume of Indonesian cocoa exports to Malaysia with a significance level (α) five percent are the real prices of Indonesian cocoa exports to Malaysia and the real prices of cocoa beans the international market.

Abstract

Food is one of should contain nutrient adequacy of the primary needs for human life consisting of healthy and nutritious consumption patterns. The daily food consumption for societies calories, proteins, and vitamins. Consumption is usually gained from staple foods containing much carbohydrates, such as rice and tubers. Meanwhile, proteins are derived from plants and animals while vitamins are obtained from the consumption of fresh fruits. Fruits are source of vitamin that has many benefits for health. Free trade leads to the invasion of imported fruit on the market over time. With the physical qualities, different tastes, and more reasonable prices, some consumers switch to select non-local fruit consumptions. This behavior indicates the person’s perception and the preference shift to consume local fruits. The research was performed in the industrial area in North Jakarta, with the consideration that this place is as the center of industrial activity with the highest productivity value in Jakarta, and the potency as the strategic region bordering with Tanjung Priok port which becomes the center of import-export commodities, especially fruits.

Abstract

Tea is an Indonesian excellent product that has been recognized worldwide. Indonesia is the seventh best tea producer which have international market potential.Therefore Tea Indonesia is expected to take advantage on existing opportunities from downstream industry of tea. The one of stated-owned plantation company who have downstream industry of tea is PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Walini’s tea is a one famous brand product for this company. The development downstream industry of tea PTPN VIII is faced with yet achieved the expected sales. Amount of cost operational marketing and sales are indicated of operational risk. The objective of this study is strategy handling of marketing operational risk Walini Green tea bag product in downstream industry of tea PTPN VIII. Identification risk is first step to know the problem of marketing operational in downstream industry of tea PTPN VIII. By using Z-Score and Value at Risk (VAR) metode, it be showed the result of probability and impact of marketing operational risk. Preventif and mitigation strategy can be handling this company to growth up the expected sales.

Abstract

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; (1) untuk menentukan faktor yangmempengaruhi produksi benih ikan lele di Pandawa Lima Fisheries Farm Bogor,(2) untuk menentukan elastisitas produksi benih ikan patin di Pandawa LimaFisheries Farm Bogor, dan (3) untuk menentukan tingkat teknis efisiensi operasipembenihan ikan lele di Pandawa Lima Fisheries Farm Bogor. Analisis R / Cdigunakan untuk menganalisis pendapatan produksi benih lele selama 30 siklusproduksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usahatani positifdengan nilai Rp 851,343.75 per siklus. Nilai R/C adalah 1,12 menunjukkan bahwapenetasan ikan patin di Pandawa Lima Fisheries Farm Bogor dianggapmenguntungkan dan layak dikembangkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of consciousnesses, perceptions, and consumer preferences on consumer behaviors in consuming local fruits. The research was conducted in Slipi, Hypermart Puri Indah, Supermarket Kebon Jeruk, Minimarket in Kembangan area, and Specialty Stores of Rezeky Fresh Fruit Center. A total of 100 respondents were interviewed by using accidental sampling technique. Analysis descriptions and multiple regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. The results showed that the variables of consciousnesses, perceptions and customer preferences significantly affect consumer behavior in consuming local fruit.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are; (1) to determine the factors effecting seed production of catfish in the Pandawa Lima Fisheries Farm Bogor, (2) to determine the elasticity of seed production of catfish in the Pandawa Lima Fisheries Farm Bogor, and (3) to determine the level of technical efficiency on hatchery operations of catfish in Pandawa Lima Fisheries Farm Bogor. The R/C analysis was employed to analyze income of catfish seed production for 30 cycles of production. Results showed that farm income is positive with a value of Rp 851,343.75 per cycle. The R/C value was 1.12 indicated that catfish hatcheries in Pandawa Lima Fisheries Farm is considered advantageous to cultivate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhivolume ekspor kakao Indonesia ke Malaysia. Regresi linear dan kuadrat biasa(OLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data time series dari tahun 2005 hingga2013. Berdasarkan analisis, diperoleh bahwa faktor-faktor yang secara signifikanmempengaruhi volume ekspor kakao Indonesia ke Malaysia dengan tingkatsignifikansi (α ) lima persen adalah harga riil ekspor kakao Indonesia ke Malaysiadan harga riil biji kakao pasar internasional.

Abstract

Pangan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan primer hidup bagi manusia, yang terdiridari menu konsumsi empat sehat lima sempurna. Konsumsi bahan panganmasyarakat sehari – hari hendaknya memperhatikan kecukupan gizi baik kalori,protein maupun vitamin. Kebutuhan konsumsi biasanya diperoleh dari makananpokok yang banyak mengandung karbohidrat, seperti nasi dan umbi – umbian.Sementara kebutuhan protein diperoleh dari bahan pangan yang berasal daritumbuhan serta bahan pangan yang berasal dari hewan. Sedangkan vitamin dapatdiperoleh dari konsumsi buah – buahan segar. Buah merupakan sumber vitaminyang memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Seiring berjalannya waktu,perdagangan bebas menyebabkan serbuan buah impor di pasaran, dengan kualitasfisik dan rasa serta harga yang dianggap lebih terjangkau beberapa konsumenberalih memilih konsumsi buah non lokal. Pergeseran perilaku inimengindikasikan pergeseran persepsi dan preferensi seseorang terhadap perilakumengkonsumsi buah lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan industri di JakartaUtara dengan pertimbangan Jakarta Utara sebagai sentra kegiatan industri dengannilai produktivitas tertinggi di DKI Jakarta, serta potensi dari wilayah yangstrategis yang berbatasan dengan Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok yang menjadi pusatkegiatan ekspor impor khususnya komoditas buah – buahan.
