Abstract

This research was backgrounded by urban communities the formed farmer groups to meet the needs of vegetable consumption in residential areas by utilizing the walls and fences of houses to increase green space, reduce air pollution, and increase income. Vegetables grown are sold in person or online. Agricultural extension is also not optimal, so it is necessary to adopt innovative agribusiness information systems such as the Farmer Application support. This study aims to, 1) Identify the characteristics of farmers in the Asmat Green Gang Hydroponic Village; 2) Analyze the relationship between farmer characteristics and the level of knowledge and the level of adoption of agribusiness information systems based on farmer applications; (3) Analyze the level of knowledge and perception of farmers with the level of adoption of agribusiness information systems based on farmer applications.The results of this study show that farmers in the Gang Hijau Asmat Hydroponic Village have not accepted or refused to apply the farmer application to their hydroponic vegetable farming business. This is because the socioeconomic characteristics of farmers are not related to the level of knowledge and adoption even though farmers' perceptions of farmer applications are good. Farmers there are classified as new farmers because they only started planting in 2017. They are also new to the Farmer application so that is still in the adjustment stage from what was originally direct counseling to online counseling. Farmers in This Hydroponic Village are included in the classification of early adopters to determine the speed at which farmers apply farmer applications.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kurva Pembelajaran pada industri pengolahan nonmigas skala besar dan menengah di Indonesia periode 2008-2018. Data sekunder untuk pooled type dikumpulkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia periode 2008-2018. Data diolah menggunakan POM-QM for Windows versi 5.3 yang diproduksi oleh Pearson Education. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Rata-rata Kurva Pembelajaran industri pengolahan nonmigas di Indonesia periode 2008-2018 sebesar 58,20 persen.

Abstract

Zakat as the third pillar of Islam is an instrument of Islamic social finance that is often used in overcoming the problem of poverty and reducing income inequality between the rich and the poor. Trusted zakat institutions, such as Baznas Kab. Indramayu, for 3 consecutive years in 2017 and 2018 won WTP status (unqualified) and received the 2019 Baznas Jabar Award in the Best Collection Growth category. The purpose of this study is to understand the implementation of the 9Ps marketing mix of Baznas Kab. Indramayu in alleviating poverty in Kab. Indramayu, through a descriptive analysis approach and measuring the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution of ZIS funds. The results showed that Baznas Indramayu Regency had implemented the 9Ps marketing mix consisting of Product (utilization of ZIS in the form of consumptive and productive programs), price (amount of ZIS paid by muzaki), promotion (activities to invite, inform, persuade, remind Baznas products), place (distribution of ZIS to mustahik), people (organizational structure based on the Decree of the Indramayu Regent), process (ZIS collection activities), Physical Evident (has its own office and cooperation with 5 banking institutions), public relations (services to muzaki and mustahik) and power (as a non-structural institution). The ZIS distribution efficiency values range from 5 – 7.5% (quite efficient) and the effectiveness values range from 83.92% - 131.33% (very effective).Keywords: Baznas; 9Ps marketing mix; muzaki; mustahik; poverty. Abstrak:Zakat sebagai rukun Islam yang ketiga merupakan instrument keuangan sosial Islam yang kerap digunakan dalam mengatasi masalah kemiskinan dan mengurangi ketimpangan pendapatan antara orang kaya dan orang miskin. Lembaga zakat yang dipercaya, seperti Baznas Kab. Indramayu, selama 3 tahun berturut-turut pada tahun 2017 dan 2018 meraih status WTP (wajar tanpa pengecualian) dan memperoleh penghargaan Baznas Jabar Award 2019 dalam kategori Pertumbuhan Penghimpunan Terbaik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami pelaksanaan bauran pemasaran 9Ps Baznas Kab. Indramayu dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan di Kab. Indramayu, melalui pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan mengukur tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas distribusi dana ZIS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Baznas Kabupaten Indramayu telah melaksanakan bauran pemasaran 9Ps terdiri : Product (pendayagunaan ZIS berupa program  bersifat konsumtif dan produktif), price (besaran ZIS yang dibayarkan muzaki), promotion (kegiatan mengajak,menginformasikan, membujuk, mengingatkan produk Baznas via Lembaga atau media local / media social), place (penyaluran ZIS ke mustahik melalui UPTD dan UPZ Kab. Indramayu), people (struktur organisasi berdasarkan SK Bupati Indramayu), process (aktivitas pengumpulan ZIS sesuai dengan peraturan Baznas Pusat), Physical Evident (memiliki kantor sendiri dan Kerjasama dengan 5 lembaga perbankan), public relation (pelayanan terhadap muzaki dan mustahik) and power (mengikuti struktur pemerintah sebagai Lembaga non structural).  Adapun nilai efisiensi penyaluran ZIS berkisar 5 – 7,5 % (cukup efisien)  dan nilai efektifitas berkisar 83,92 % - 131,33 % (sangat efektif).Kata Kunci: Baznas; bauran pemasaran 9Ps; kemiskinan; muzaki; mustahik.

Abstract

Input for rice farming that does not comply with the recommended dosage is inefficient because it causes farming productivity to not be optimal. This research is based on a partnership between farmers and PT. WPI in an effort to increase the productivity of rice farming to support the realization of food security. Based on the background of this problem, the aim of this research is to analyze (1) the characteristics of farmers (2) the use of production inputs for rice farming partners of PT. WPI, and independent farming businesses, (3) efficient use of production inputs from PT partner farming businesses. WPI, and independent. The method used is mixed method research with primary and secondary data. Respondents were determined using proportional random sampling. Conclusion of the research results: a) Judging from the aspects of age, education, experience, family size and main occupation, the characteristics of PT. WPI partner farmers are not significantly different from the characteristics of independent farmers. b) Input from partner and independent farming businesses, consisting of land, seeds, urea fertilizer, SP36, NPK, organic and the amount of labor has a significant effect on farming production. c) The use of production inputs in partner and independent farming businesses is not/is not yet efficient. Use of organic fertilizer in partner farming businesses of PT. WPI still needs to be added, MR > MC. Meanwhile, the volume of seeds, Urea fertilizer, SP36, NPK and labor usage does not have to be increased because MR < MC. The use of independent farming inputs has not yet reached optimal levels. To achieve an efficient level of input use, Urea, SP36, NPK, Organic fertilizer and labor are farming inputs whose volume of use must be increased. Input seeds whose usage rate does not have to be increased.

Abstract

Seaweed is one of the plants that has a lot of potential as a functional food ingredient, active ingredient of drug preparation and even cosmetics that are quite natural in producing various pharmacological activities both as a source of antioxidants, antibacterials, antimicrobials and anticancer. Seaweed is currently a potential asset for areas that are able to produce it to meet the increasing market needs. Lontar Village, located in Banten Province, is one of the main seed producing areas. However, seed production factors are one of the main indicators that need to be used as a standard in this study, such as the length of the rope span, age characteristics, education characteristics, characteristics of the seed farmer's business experience. This type of research is quantitative and data is obtained primarily and secondarily. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the study showed that the factors that influence seaweed production in Banten Province, especially Lontar Village, are influenced by the length of the rope span, age characteristics, education characteristics, characteristics of the seaweed farmer's business experience. The conclusion is that seaweed production is influenced by various characteristics, namely age, education, and seaweed farming experience.

Abstract

Vegetable consumption has been on the rise in 2024, and projections suggest that by 2030, it will reach 17.48 million tons, equivalent to 62.4 kg per capita per year. This growing demand presents a valuable opportunity for 13,019 individual agricultural businesses engaged in urban farming. One of the key advantages of hydroponic vegetables is their freshness, as they are sold along with the hydroponic installation itself. However, producing hydroponic spinach, kale, and pakchoy comes with challenges, especially for companies looking to optimize production costs. This study aims to identify the best production combination to minimize expenses. Using linear programming analysis through the LINDO application, this study examines decision variables—hydroponic spinach (H1), kale (H2), and pakchoy (H3)—with constraints based on both internal factors (seeds, nutrients, growing media, planting holes, and labor) and external factors (customer demand). The results indicate a 2.14% cost reduction, amounting to Rp. 8,148,745, with an optimal production mix of 2,696 units of hydroponic spinach, 2,101 units of hydroponic kale, and 2,448 units of hydroponic pakchoy. To further improve cost efficiency, PT Sarindah Wicaksana is advised to carefully allocate resources based on optimal demand and implement a well-structured production plan.
