Abstract

Islamic business ethics are universal ideas that are relevant to the business world. The value that is contained in the Islamic business ethics in line with the needs of the conventional business value. Various problems faced by the contemporary business is basically caused by the lack of understanding of human identity. This ignorance leads to negative behavior of businesses in running a business. The essence of business is essentially the fulfllment of human needs. Duties and responsibilities of Islamic business ethics is delivering business activities on the essence of business and self-awareness. However, the implementation of Islamic business ethics at the level applicable is not easy. Islamic business ethics brings challenges and dilemmas, especially when faced with the dynamics of contemporary business.Key Words: Ethic, Islamic Business Ethic dan Contemporary Business

Abstract

Phenomenology is a method designed by Edmund Husserl as a rigorous and apodictic philosophical method. Phenomenology in praxis is often regarded as a hermeneutical effort. This opinion at least comes from a number of philosophers who expressed his support to phenomenology as a hermeneutic.Some philosophers like Heidegger, Dilthey, and Ricoeur put phenomenology as a hermeneutic project. John D. Caputo even specifically positioned phenomenology as a proto hermeneutic or early hermeneutics. The views of the philosophers concerning phenomenology in various discourse certainly can not be separated from the fact that the reading of reality which does phenomenology through epoche procedure actually parse traces of hermeneutics.

Abstract

This article tries to analyze the phenomena of the death philosophically the perspective of the Anton Bakker?s anthropology of the metaphysics. The death events encountered by humans in daily life according to Bakker can be traced through two perspectives, namely negative or positive views. Negative views regard death as the end of everything. Death is the culmination (final) that completes all episodes of human life. There is nothing left behind death. Humans are fully considered complete and finished. Conversely, in a positive view, death is accepted by humans as a new phase of eternity. Death, in this case, does not divert or alienate people from the world. Humans stay alive and don't leave the world. Death crystallizes and perpetuates all human life. Through his death, humans are actually born as new humans in the world. Keywords: Death, Negative Views, Positive Views.

Abstract

Denny Setiawan or Denny Caknan is classified as successful in inspiring millennial generation to be culturally literate through their musical works with regional nuances. Denny became known to the public when his song Kartonyono Medhot Janji went viral in 2019. At the end of 2020 Denny released a new song entitled Ndas Gerih. This song is unique because the song lyrics are written in 3 languages, namely Javanese, Indonesian and English, with more than 30 million views and 27 thousand comments. Not only that, the visualization in the video clip of the song is rich of local cultural and traditional values. This study specifically aims to analyze the cultural values in the Ndas Gerih song through the semiotic perspective of Ferdinand De Saussure. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with the objects of this research, namely lyrics, music (audio) and pictures. The results showed that cultural values were represented in each of the lyrics, music and video clips of the Ndas Gerih song. Those values are local traditional values, religious value, aesthetic value and economic value.

Abstract

Films always influence and shape society based on the message of a film. The messages or values that can be in the film can affect the audience cognitively, affectively and conatively. The film Mulan 2020 tells the story of the life of a soldier named Mulan. In this film, female characters are depicted as active narrative objects and carry the message of feminism. The topic of feminism has attracted the attention of researchers because so far women are often portrayed only as passive narrative objects, even the main erotic objects in films. The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of semiotic code regarding feminism at the level of reality, level of representation and level of ideology. To achieve the objectives of the researcher. The researcher uses a qualitative approach with semiotic analysis based on television codes which are divided into three levels, namely the level of reality, the level of representation and the level of ideology. The results of the study show the values of feminism at the level of reality through the code of appearance, make-up, costumes, speech, environment and behavior. At the level of representation, feminism values are shown through camera codes, characters, actions, conflicts and dialogues. At the ideological level, the values of feminism which are represented by women and nature have a close and inseparable relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the potential, realization and performance of BAZNAS Tulungagung. The problem faced by OPZ has not been able to maximize its role as an institution that receives zakat from the community (muzaki), OPZ BAZNAS is demanded to be professional and build trust so that the public trusts and tithes to it. This study measures the nominal potential and the realization of zakat collected by BAZNAS Tulungagung. With descriptive qualitative methods and based on zakat data and analyzed data from BPS, it is found that Tulungagung Regency is an area with a Muslim population (98%) and economic growth of 5%, per capita income of 23 million rupiah, of course it is potential for collecting zakat funds. In this study, it was found that the zakat realization was Rp. 3.719.296.538, - from a potential of Rp. 153.772.822.140, ​​-. This can be analyzed because, (i) muzaki directly pays zakat to mustahik, (ii) muzaki's low trust in zakat management organizations, (iii) the utilization of zakat funds is not optimal, (iv) low understanding of zakat and (v) low quality of human resources (SDM) as amil zakat, the committees who organize zakat. Meanwhile, the distribution performance of BAZNAS Tulungagung is still dominated by charity patterns and partly empowerment in productive businesses.

Abstract

Pencemaran lingkungan merupakan kasus yang tak lekang oleh waktu. Bahkan hingga saat ini krisis lingkungan menjadi persoalan utama di berbagai negara. Dorongan dari hasrat manusia juga menigkat hingga menyebakan pelestarian alam semakin menurun. Tulisan ini menawarkan ide pelestarian lingkungan berperspektif eko-sufisme dengan pendekatan takhalli, tahalli, dan tajjalli sebagai metode yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka yang dilakukan langsung selama proses penelitian. Pelestarian alam menggunakan konsep eko-sufisme dianggap mampu membangun kesadaran spiritual, agar lebih peduli terhadap ciptaan Allah SWT., khususnya lingkungan. Selain itu penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa pendekatan eko-sufisme mampu memunculkan kembali hakikat manusia yaitu khalifah fil ardl (wakil Allah di bumi) yang bertugas untuk memelihara dan menjaga alam agar tetap lestari.

Abstract

Media berperan sentral pada masyarakat saat ini. Namun tanpa disadari, bahwa kebutuhan pada media berpengaruh terhadap bagaimana media tersebut melakukan sebuah framing pada suatu berita. Analisis framing digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perspektif isu oleh media ketika melakukan penyeleseksian isu dan menentukan fakta yang akan digunakan, dan bagian mana yang akan ditonjolkan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana CNN Indonesia membingkai kasus penembakan 6 Laskar FPI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis framing Zhongdang Pan Kosicki. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa unsur-unsur analisis framing Zhongdang Pan terepresentasi pada pemberitaan CNN Indonesia. Unsur-unsur tersebut antara lain, sintaksis, skrip, tematik dan retoris. CNN Indonesia tidak menggiring pembaca untuk memihak atau condong kepada salah satu pihak, tetapi membiarkan pembaca untuk melakukan pembentukan pandangan sendiri terhadap peristiwa yang di informasikannya.
