Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menganalisis tentang keteladanan kepemimpinan Yesus dan implikasinya pada masa kini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode literatur. Pendekatan tematis digunakan untuk memahami keteladanan kepemimpinan Yesus, kemudian melakukan sintesa dari berbagai sumber mengenai keteladanan Yesus dalam memimpin. Dari hasil penelitian, Alkitab menunjukkan bahwa Yesus adalah sosok yang dapat menjadi teladan bagi komunitas-Nya dan keteladanan kepemimpinan-Nya masih relevan dengan kepemimpinan Kristen pada masa kini. Alkitab menunjukkan paling tidak ada empat bidang keteladanan kepemimpinan Yesus, yaitu: karakter Yesus dalam memimpin, kerohanian Yesus dalam memimpin, manajemen Yesus dalam memimpin, dan pelayanan Yesus dalam memimpin. Model kepemimpinan Yesus sangat penting untuk untuk diterapkan dan dipraktekkan dalam kepemimpinan pada masa kini bagi pemimpin gereja. Pemimpin harus menjadi teladan bagi orang-orangnya dengan melayani secara sukarela, pengabdian diri, keteladanan, kerendahan hati dan dengan iman.Â Keywords:Â exemplary; Leadership; Jesus.

The purpose of the research that the author intends is to find how Christ is an example in the pastoral ministry according to John 10. 11-15, where the main essence of a shepherd in the text is the attitude possessed by the pastor, namely the willingness to give life for the sheep means the ability to sacrifice for the lives of the sheep or the congregation, by knowing well the life of the sheep and manifesting a loyal attitude towards the sheep. This writing is intended so that all of God's people understand well that about how a shepherd is intended to be able to understand his role as the main figure that ensures the continuity of the shepherding, namely how a shepherd has an attitude of responsibility, the right integrity in shepherding, and how a shepherd can shepherd by not pursuing wages, but shepherding by loving every sheep that herded. Some of the things that the author pays attention to in this research are how The pastor needs to be a character who must play the main role, as an example, who cares for the congregation, a person who is consistent in ministry, and some important attitudes, both by the pastor of the congregation, it can be noted that there is still a lack of understanding of the pastor's example of the growth of the church specifically based on John 10:11-15.

Abstract: This study aimed to describe vocational high school teacher’s strategy in teaching writing. There are difficulties faced by the students in writing English text such as grammar, vocabularies, sentence structure, stating the idea, etc. In this case, the researcher wanted to see how the strategy chosen by the teacher could minimize the students problem in writing. This study emplys descriptive qualitative research that describes the findings and discusssion mostly inwords rather than number. This study was conducted in 10 RPL Evercoss class. The instruments used are field notes, observation sheet, students’ questionnaire consists of seven questions, and teacher’s interview guide, and questionnaire. It was found that the students of 10 RPL Evercoss class were enjoying the activity in their teaching and learning process prepared by the teacher. They found moving table enjoyable and fun to learn how to write English text. In addition, the students feel more motivated to learn how to write in English better using the moving table.

KEKUDUSAN HIDUP MENURUT 1TESALONIKA 4:1-8 RELEVANSINYA TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN PEMUDA DI GKAI SUNTER Enny Irawati

This research is intended to analyze in depth and objectively the understanding of GKAI Sunter youth about holiness according to 1 Thessalonians 4: 1-8). This study uses qualitative research methods in taxonomic analysis, using inductive interpretation of biblical research based on the naturalistic paradigm. Data was collected through participant observation using holiness based written interviews according to 1 Thessalonians 4: 1-8. The questions used are based on an analysis with three sub focus (1) Life that pleases God, (2) Life in holiness, (3) Life doing God's will. The samples used were 7 young men from the age of 16-23 years, male and female sex. The results showed that the youth of GKAI Sunter had a good understanding of holiness. The highest understanding that in Christian marriage is monogamous and there should be no divorce, continued with the understanding that maintaining holiness means not having sex outside marriage and the lowest is an understanding of the type of fornication that must be shunned, namely murder and obscenities.

PEMAHAMAN REMAJA TENTANG ULANGAN 6:6-8 RELEVANSINYA BAGI PERANAN ORANG TUA TERHADAP ANAK Enny Irawati

This research is intended to find a relationship between adolescent understanding of Deuteronomy 6: 6-8 with the role of parents in educating children. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods, namely test analysis, validity test and linkert scale calculation. This research was conducted randomly to high school students in Jakarta and students in Jakarta, Salatiga and Yogyakarta. Data collection, researchers used 2 types of questionnaires for the 2 variables studied. Each questionnaire contained 10 question items with 3 scales: True, Doubtful, False. The research was conducted on 6-8 July 2020. The sexes of respondents were male and female. The age of the respondents between 15-24 years. The results showed that adolescents had a very good understanding of 87.5 percent about the role of parents according to Deuteronomy 6:6-8 and parents had a good role of 78.8 percent in educating children.

This study is intended to analyze deeply the understanding of children's obedience to their parents in terms of Ephesians 6: 1-4. This study used a qualitative research method, using literature study and inductive interpretation of the Bible based on analysis with three sub-(1) children's obedience, (2) respecting parents, (3) children willing to receive education. The results showed that children are obliged to respect their parents because it is God's command and there is a promise given to children who respect their parents. Parents have the authority to educate their children, therefore parents also have an obligation to educate their children from an early age in order to respect their parents. It can be concluded that cooperation between parents and children is needed. Between parents and children must be able to carry out their roles in accordance with their respective responsibilities that have been set out in the Word of God.

DAMPAK PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 Enny Irawati

The Covid-19 virus is a frightening specter because there is a high death rate and transmission is so fast. And online-based education is one of the methods used today to reduce the rate of transmission of COVID-19. This study is intended to provide an explanation of the effectiveness of online education in suppressing the spread of COVID-19. This study uses qualitative research methods, using literature studies. The results of the study show that online learning is effective in suppressing the spread of covid-19, but there are still positive and negative impacts from the online learning system. Therefore, students and educators must be able to work together with creative packaging so that the quality of education is not reduced even though it is held online.

The results of the study show the importance of believers being rooted and growing in Christ, not sinning in making decisions in the midst of times, being able to be grateful for any blessings received. Historical services often experience planning problems, even at times in a systematic way through and coordinating a group of parties related to the violations of God's servants. This research is intended to provide a new perspective so that God's servants remain faithful in the field of ministry even though they are experiencing various kinds of challenges. This study uses a qualitative research method by using inductive discovery of the Bible. The results of the research show that challenges in ministry have even occurred since the Old Testament era and continued until the ministry of the early church in the New Testament and it was found that God's servants and OT and NT remained focused on ministry and were proud to be God's ministers.

Vocational high school students really need to master English because to improve and understand the processes in accounting financial reports because every transaction in the accounting department uses English so that students' abilities in English increase even more and students understand and know about transactions related to the company's financial reports from the research results there are still many students who do not understand and do not understand English, it can be shown from the results of the average score of students in the subject of English is still low the type of research is that which is used descriptive qualitative. As well as the method in this research is an observational interview test, as well as the results of the research that has been carried out, namely from the results of student activities from start to finish, namely with the initial test cycle to the final test by looking at the increase in the average value of students in class in each process activity, namely the learning outcomes of vocational high school students by understanding accounting readings in English.
