Abstract

Vocational high school students really need to master English because to improve and understand the processes in accounting financial reports because every transaction in the accounting department uses English so that students' abilities in English increase even more and students understand and know about transactions related to the company's financial reports from the research results there are still many students who do not understand and do not understand English, it can be shown from the results of the average score of students in the subject of English is still low the type of research is that which is used descriptive qualitative. As well as the method in this research is an observational interview test, as well as the results of the research that has been carried out, namely from the results of student activities from start to finish, namely with the initial test cycle to the final test by looking at the increase in the average value of students in class in each process activity, namely the learning outcomes of vocational high school students by understanding accounting readings in English. Abstract

Jakarta menjadi kota yang sangat maju dalam berbagai bidang, sebagai Ibukota Negara Jakarta menjadi pusat perpolitikan, dan ini memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap masyarakat yang ada di Jakarta. Jakarta sebagai pusat Industrialisasi yang juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap ekonomi masyarakat yang ada di Jakarta, dimana seluruh masyarakat rindu datang ke Jakarta untuk  mencari pekerjaan. Jakarta sebagai kota pusat teknologi dimana hampir seluruh masyarakat mampu mengunakan android dalam kehidupannya. Selain itu nasyarakat yang majemuk di Jakarta menyebabkan adanya, hubungan yang berbeda jika dibandingkan kehidupan dikampung, masyarakat hidup acuh tak acuh satu dengan yang lain. Terjadi kesenjangan dalam masyarakat, namun juga terjadi didalam gereja.  Pelaksanaan kasih dalam gereja memiliki pergeseran. Apa yang sesungguhnya terjadi, selanjutnya apa yang harus dilakukan gereja di kota metropolitan. Tugas Gereja adalah mengembalikan ajaran Alkitab dapat di Implementasikan dalam kehidupan orang percaya.

Abstract

Banyak orang percaya yang kurang memahami bahwa misi adalah tugas yang sudah ada sejak zaman PL dan terus berlangsung sampai saat ini. Dan tidak dapat di pungkiri, bahwa masih ada gereja yang kesulitan memahami konsep misi dalam kitab sejarah, yang memiliki korelasi penting dengan pelayanan misi gereja masa kini. Penelitian ini diambil dari Kitab sejarah yakni kitab Yosua- Ester, namun berfokos lebih banyak di kitab Yosua.  Adapun tujuan penelitiaan ini untuk melihat maksud Allah memilih bangsa Israel menjadi bangsa pilihan seperti, halnya gereja dipilih dari antara orang berdosa.  Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif, didukumg dengan buku-buku yang sesuai dengan bagian ini.  Setelah dilaksanakan kajian maka dapat ditemukan bahwa bangsa Isreal adalah umat perjanjian, yang harus memiliki ketaatan dengan Firman Tuhan, percaya dengan janji Allah, dan juga melakukan setiap perintahnya dengan penuh ketelitian. Gereja memiliki panggilan yang sama dengan bangsa Israel, gereja juga harus memiliki ketaatan dan hidup sesuai dengan Firman Tuhan.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the use of electronic devices since many activities have moved online. The use of computers (desktops), tablets, laptops or other electronic devices (smartphones or e-book readers) has increased the incidence of asthenopia. This study aims to determine the incidence rate of eye fatigue or asthenopia for students in UNTAR Medicine and Engineering Faculties, as well as to compare the incidence rate among students in both faculties to recognize the relationship between the duration of laptop use and the incidence of asthenopia. Three hundred forty-seven respondents from the Faculties of Medicine and Engineering, class of 2019-2021, who had studied for at least five months. The prevalence of asthenopia in the Faculty of Medicine is 86,26%, and in the Faculty of Engineering is 82,35%, with a total of 85,30% in both faculties. There is no difference in the incidence of asthenopia between students of the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tarumanagara. During online learning, 98,10% of students from the Faculty of Medicine and 92,94% from the Faculty of Engineering spent >2 hours studying using a laptop. In addition, the results show that there is no significant difference between symptoms and time staring at a laptop screen. The Chi-Square test results revealed a significance value of 0.122. It means there is no correlation between the length of time staring at a laptop screen and asthenopia symptoms.
