Abstract

This research aims to examine the perception of the people of Bandung City about Smart People to realize a sustainable Bandung Smart City, by developing 4 Dimensions, namely Education, ICT, Openness, and Creativity. From these 4 dimensions, it is reflected by 8 Smart People indicators which are assessed based on public perception as beneficiaries of policies to make a society a Smart Citizen. Smart People measurement begins by identifying the potential possessed by the city of Bandung, and analyzing what indicators play a big role and need to be improved in each dimension. Then it implies Government policies as a bridge between the community and the Government in making decisions. This study uses the Mixed Method. The data was processed by Structural Equation Modeling, testing based on the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) theory. To support this quantitative data, the researcher conducted interviews with stakeholders directly involved in the development of Smart People in the city of Bandung. The relevance of this research is very much in accordance with the Faculty Research Road Map referring to Sustainable Development. The results of this study explain that the Information Communication Technology dimension reflects Smart People which has the highest loading standard of 0.94. The Community Openness Indicator is the one that has the lowest loading standard of 0.59, and it is hoped that this indicator will increase its role in representing Smart People in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to educate aspiring entrepreneurs at the Taruna Jaya 1 Youth Social Institution about the importance of digital marketing strategies for achieving success in the digital era. Entrepreneurs, including MSMEs, need to leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance visibility, reach a broader market, and build stronger customer relationships. A participatory educational method was employed, encouraging active discussions. As a result, participants understood practical steps such as identifying target markets, building a strong online presence, utilizing content marketing and social media, and the importance of evaluating digital marketing strategies. With proper implementation, entrepreneurs can increase competitiveness and achieve sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Sustainable business development through green entrepreneurship and digital transformation is a vital solution to enhance the economic independence of youth under social care. This community service program was conducted at the Youth Social Rehabilitation Center (PSBR) Rusun Rawa Bebek, Cakung, East Jakarta, on July 7, 2023, involving 38 participants (17 female and 21 male), most of whom had junior high school education backgrounds. The program aimed to foster entrepreneurial spirit among beginners by introducing the concepts of eco-friendly products (green products) and digital marketing strategies. The methods included lectures, interactive training, group discussions, and Q&A sessions. Preliminary evaluation indicated strong enthusiasm, with 55.3% of participants reporting that the material matched their needs and 52.6% finding the sessions easy to understand. These results demonstrate an increase in participants’ comprehension of green entrepreneurship and digital-based marketing strategies. The program provides a foundation for further capacity-building activities such as developing simple business plans and mentoring digital marketing practices, thereby strengthening entrepreneurial interest and capabilities among beginner entrepreneurs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of economic performance which consists of growth in per capita income, Human Development Index, Public Consumption Expenditure, and Poverty Level on Environmental Quality in Indonesia (EQI). This study focuses on 34 provinces in Indonesia from 2016 to 2020 using the panel data analysis method. Data was obtained from the Statistics Processing Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The regression results show that economic growth, public consumption spending, and the poverty rate do not affect the environmental quality index and only the Human Development Index which has a positive effect on environmental quality, especially from the high education component forming a society that is intellectually educated and has a lifestyle that is influential in terms of consumption of environmentally friendly products.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh Anggaran Pendidikan, Kesehatan dan Tingkat Kemiskinan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di Indonesia menggunakan regresi data panel. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder selama periode 2013-2023 yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) 34 Provinsi di Indonesia. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel Anggaran Pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi IPM, Variabel Anggaran Kesehatan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi IPM, Variabel Tingkat Kemiskinan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan mempengaruhi IPM. Data bersumber dari Kementrian keuangan dan Badan Pusat Statistika.
