Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Fundamental Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Industri Otomotif di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2017. Jumlah perusahaan industri otomotif yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 11 perusahaan yaitu yaitu PT. Astra International Tbk. (ASII), PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk. (AUTO), PT. Indo Kordsa Tbk. (BRAM), PT. Goodyear Indonesia Tbk. (GDYR), PT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. (GJTL), PT. Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk. (IMAS), PT. Indospring Tbk. (INDS), PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk. (MASA), PT. Nipress Tbk. (NIPS), PT. Prima Alloy Steel Universal Tbk. (PRAS), dan PT. Selamat Sempurna Tbk.(SMSM). Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Variabel Current Ratio, dan Price Earning Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada Industri Otomotif Indonesia dan hanya Net Profit Margin dan  Earning Per Share yang berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada Industri Otomotif Periode 2013-2017. Secara simultan F hitung sebesar 7,162 > F tabel sebesar 2,56, variabel Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Price Earning Ratio, dan Earning per Share berpengaruh terhadap harga saham

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine: 1) Motivation, Competence, Work Environment and Performance of Employees in Private-owned Politechnic; 2) to determine the effect of motivation on Employee Performance, 3) to determine the effect of Competence on employee performance; 4) to determine the effect of Work Environment Employee Performance; 5) to determine the effect of Motivation, Competence and the Work Environment simultaneously on Employee Performance Politeknik Pajajaran Insan Cinta Bangsa Bandung. The method is a method of research used census (population) of 35 respondents using descriptive analysis and verifikatif. From the results of descriptive analysis showed that the total effect of motivation (X1) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 63.3%, the total effect of Competency (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 14.8%, and the total effect of Work Environment (X3) Performance of Employees (Y) of 7.7%. While the influence of Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture of Performance jointly or simultaneously have the effect of a total of 85.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrument untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan budaya kerja Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik, sedangkan pengumpulan data untuk penyusunan instrumen menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan tinjauan literatur yang dikombinasikan dengan hasil FGD dengan ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrument penelitian adalah valid dan reliabel dengan nilai rata-rata kevalidan adalah 0,51 dan nilai reliabilitas adalah 0,86, maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen-instrumen yang dikembangkan untuk variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi, budaya kerja serta kinerja guru dapat digunakan untuk penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Regional financial capacity is used as a baseline in the calculation of the amount of allowances for DPRD officers and members, especially in Subang Regency. Determination of the amount of regional financial capacity is influenced by the amount of regional general revenue and expenditure for state civil servants. In addition to receiving welfare benefits, the leadership and members of the Subang Regency DPRD based on PP No. 18 of 2017 also received housing and transportation allowances that did not exceed the allowances for the leadership and members of the West Java Provincial DPRD. The results of this study are used to identify the general picture, problems in implementing existing policies, and knowing the amount of housing and transportation allowances for the Leaders and Members of the Subang Regency DPRD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of Product Quality, Distribution on Customer Loyalty. The decrease in Customer Loyalty is due to the inadequate Product Quality, Distribution Channels. The theory used is related to product quality, distribution channels and customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The population in this study amounted to 216 customers and a sample of 140 customers. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The data analysis used was validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing. The conclusion in this study is that partially and simultaneously Product Quality, Distribution Channels and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyaltyat PT Solarens Ledindo.

Abstract

Good human resources is one of the organizational functions that must be owned so that the performance of the organization or company runs well. This study aims to analyze the conceptualization of work loyalty on employee performance in generation millenial at PT.PLN Indonesia Power Kamojang POMU. The data collection method used was by distributing questionnaires, samples and the population used was 50 generation millenials employees with an age range of 25-35 years. technical data analysis used in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive method, where this method aims to explain or describe the characteristics of a state of the object of research. This study uses a simple linear regression test analysis, classical assumption test. The analytical tool used is SPSS. The variables used consist of independent variables, namely work loyalty and the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it can be interpreted that work loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.PLN Indonesia Power Kamojang POMU, which means that if work loyalty increases, the resulting employee performance will also increase. Important information from this study is that work loyalty affects performance, so companies need to pay attention to this.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan era globalisasi, Menteri Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (MenKop-UKM) menyoroti persaingan pasar yang semakin meningkat antara perbelanjaan tradisional dan platform belanja online serta e-commerce. Ancaman terhadap perlindungan pasar digital domestik, terutama di sektor konsumsi harian dan daya saing UMKM, menjadi perhatian utama (Kompas.com: 2023). Meskipun pertumbuhan ekonomi di sektor UMKM diinginkan, kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan sumber permodalan, dengan banyak pelaku UMKM kesulitan mendapatkan tambahan modal. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar UMKM di Indonesia (74%) tidak memiliki akses terhadap pembiayaan (onlinepajak.com: 2023). Pemangku kepentingan terkait UMKM, seperti Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia, merespon dengan menciptakan standar akuntansi keuangan EMKM yang berlaku sejak Januari 2018. Di sisi lain, beberapa inisiatif kreatif, seperti program "Little Bandung" di Kota Bandung, didukung oleh pemerintah setempat untuk membangun citra UMKM lokal di luar negeri (Kompas.com: 2016). UMKM membutuhkan modal kerja untuk menjalankan operasional sehari-hari, dan efisiensi operasional menjadi kunci untuk mencapai tujuan keuntungan yang optimal. Pengendalian internal perusahaan menjadi faktor penting dalam memastikan efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan modal kerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan tentang efektivitas penggunaan modal kerja UMKM di Kota Bandung, dengan fokus pada kontribusi sistem pengelolaan internal terhadap efisiensi penggunaan modal kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana UMKM di Kota Bandung dapat memanfaatkan modal kerjanya secara efektif, mengidentifikasi dampak pengendalian internal terhadap pengelolaan modal kerja, serta menganalisis efektivitas pengendalian internal dan pengelolaan usaha. Melalui analisis penggunaan modal kerja, penelitian ini juga berusaha mengidentifikasi potensi keterbatasan atau kekurangan dalam sistem pengendalian internal yang mungkin mempengaruhi efektivitas penggunaan modal kerja.

Abstract

This research analyzes how uncollectible receivables are in relation to the amount of receivable turnover at PT Astra Internasional Tbk. This research uses a descriptive approach. This analysis method uses the bad debts ratio and the accounts receivable turnover ratio to prioritize systematic observations of research activities and produce relevant and focused results. The results of the research show that the risk of bad debts at PT Astra Internasional Tbk has decreased from 2018 to 2022. This is different from the results of previous research from 2012 to 2017. This shows the effectiveness of the company's efforts to ensure that management of receivables runs well. . The arrears ratio of PT Astra Internasional Tbk shows that there is a low possibility that receivables cannot be collected.

Abstract

The level of efficiency of a company in utilizing fixed assets can be measured by calculating the turnover of fixed assets to measure the level of profit generated in relation to its fixed assets by calculating the profitability ratio, proxied by return on assets. This study aims to determine the effect of fixed asset turnover on return on assets at PT. BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. The research method used is descriptive with quantitative data types. While the type of research is explanatory level research that explains the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. Data collection techniques using documentation, interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show that there is no influence between the turnover of fixed assets on the return on assets at PT. BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung.

Abstract

High employee engagement can have a positive effect on the progress of a company's business, including one of them is an insurance company. One of the factors that can shape employee attachment, whether it increases employee engagement, even lowers it, is the existing recruitment system in the company concerned. When an employee is recruited, starting from the first call-up session, until the employee enters the first day of work, the employee must pass through a series of recruitment systems. This research is conducted with the intention to test and know the factors that can increase employee's attachment one of which consists of recruitment system, and also by using work environment as moderation variable. The results show that employee selection and job design have a direct influence in establishing employee engagement, while the new employee orientation will increase employee engagement if moderated or reinforced by the environmental factors in which they work, and has no direct effect on increasing employee engagement. Keywords: employee engagement; health insurance company ; recruitment system; work environment
