Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan dapat diartikan sebagai seberapa bagus layanan yang diberikan oleh klinik dibandingkan dengan harapan pasien. Pasien yang merasakan pelayanan yang baik dari suatu klinik akan berdampak pada kepuasan pasien dan meningkatkan keinginan untuk berobat kembali. Tujuan penulisan adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan gigi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di klinik gigi Pekanbaru, untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan gigi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien di klinik gigi Pekanbaru, untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan pasien berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien di klinik gigi Pekanbaru, untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan pasien memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan gigi terhadap loyalitas pasien di klinik gigi Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dimana data diambil menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dari klinik gigi yang diteliti, pasien merasa aman dan nyaman saat berada di klinik namun pegawai belum sepenuhnya memberikan kwitansi saat dikasir. Kepuasan pasien menyimpulkan bahwa pasien yang berkunjung ke klinik gigi yang diteliti belum mendapat pendekatan secara emosional, kepuasan pasien terhadap kinerja dokter dan psikologi untuk pasien anak. Pada hasil penelitian loyalitas pasien bahwa tidak semua pasien yang memiliki kebiasaan untuk menggunakan jasa tersebut dan melakukan kontrol sekali 6 bulan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana Kepribadian mempengaruhi kinerja pengacara anggota Peradi Pekanbaru. Selain itu penelitian ini juga akan melihat interaksi kedua variabel tersebut jika ditambah dengan kepemimpinan autentik sebagai moderasi. Jenis penelitian explanatory research. Populasi adalah Anggota DPC Peradi Kota Pekanbaru, yang berjumlah 196 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan olah data maka ditemukan terdapat pengaruh gender sebagai variabel control turut mempengaruhi kinerja para pengacara anggota Peradi Pekanbaru. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah kurang luasnya populasi yang digunakan. Sehingga disarankan kepada peneliti selanjutnya dianjurkan untuk memperbesar lokus penelitian khususnya di luar Peradi Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the empowering leadership has on professional commitment and capability. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to measure the influence of empowering leadership has on professional commitment and capability of trust as mediation at senior high school 1 & 2 Tebing tinggi Meranti island. Data analysis that researchers use is a quantitative descriptive method. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of the empowering leadership has on professional commitment and capability of trust as mediation using the SEMPLS 6.0 application. From the results of testing the hypothesis, it can be concluded that empowering leadership has a significant professional commitment on capability, the empowering leadership has a significant professional commitment on capability, professional commitment has a significant positive effect on capability, and capability is proven to be a mediating variable between empowering leadership and professional commitment. This is evidenced by a significant value (p-value) of less than 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence ethical leadership, cooperative conflict, and the development of trust as mediation. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to measure the influence of ethical leadership, cooperative conflict, and the development of trust as mediation in the Meranti Islands Regency DPRD Secretariat. Data analysis that researchers use is a quantitative descriptive method. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of the ethical leadership, cooperative conflict, and the development of trust as mediation using the SEMPLS 6.0 application. From the results of testing the hypothesis, it can be concluded that the ethical leadership has a significant positive effect on cooperative conflict, the ethical leadership has a significant positive effect on development of trust, cooperative conflict has a significant positive effect on development of trust, and development of trust is proven to be a mediating variable between ethical leadership and i cooperative conflict. This is evidenced by a significant value (p-value) of less than 5%.

Abstract

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan nationally has experienced an increase in quantity, such as an increase in the number of employees, prospective employees, the number of participants, payment of claims, and even in terms of the number of work accidents and deaths of participants has also increased. In terms of quality, such as the satisfaction of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants based on the survey, it has also increased. This means that every year there are improvements in the service and management performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. However, in addition to improving operational performance both qualitatively and quantitatively, there were also internal problems, especially from the leadership aspect. The subjects of this study were employees working at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in the West Sumatra Regional Office. The population in this study were all employees at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Regional Office of West Sumatra, totaling 154 people. The number of samples in this study was 61 respondents and the sample was taken by random sampling method, namely taking random samples which were considered to represent all employees. Based on the results of the analysis, several conclusions can be drawn: 1) Empowering leadership influences the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees at the West Sumatra Regional Office. 2) Empowering leadership influences the leader-member exchange (LMX) of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees at the West Sumatra Regional Office. 3) Leader-member exchange (LMX) influences the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees at the West Sumatra Regional Office. 4) Empowering leadership and leader-member exchange (LMX) jointly influence the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees at the West Sumatra Regional Office.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kualitas interaksi di tempat kerja, apakah kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja, kualitas interaksi berpengaruh terhadap Kebahagiaan di tempat kerja, dan apakah kualitas interaksi memediasi pengaruh penghargaan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Riau. Untuk itu penulis memilih sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yang merupakan teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel karena jumlah populasi hanya 71 maka diambil seluruhnya untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2022. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, maka dapat ditarik beberapa kesimpulan, 1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kualitas interaksi di tempat kerja. 2) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja. 3) kualitas interaksi berpengaruh terhadap Kebahagiaan di tempat kerja. 4) kualitas interaksi memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kebahagiaan di tempat kerja
